Consumer Complaint: I requested a quote from XXXX for my roof. I told them I was going to pay cash. They pulled a hard inquiry without my approval. They never told me they would pull my credit. They pulled my credit and now I have an account with Synchrony Bank. It's open but not being used. I dont even have access to it. They pulled my credit and my credit score went down. They opened up a new account that I did not want or need. I am afraid to reach out to my XXXX representative because he is scary. I am not going to reach out to this company because they know where I live. I ended up cancelling the job because they were charging me double compared to XXXX XXXX and others.

I recently received a copy of my credit report and noticed there is an unauthorized credit inquiry made by the company. To my knowledge, i have not signed any documents authorizing the company in question to view my credit report. this listed inquiry was without authorization, and for no legitimate business reason. Finally, I am requesting that it will be removed immediately from my credit report according to the provisions of 612 ( 15 USC 1681 ).

I finally get my card amd went to use it amd them told my account was closes. I have had synchrony cards in the past and they are known fir this action. Thy will just randomly close your cards saying you are a risk of not paying. Funny how can you be a risk of not paying when you are paying your bills on time. I have seen this complaint on different complaint boards but this time I wanted to put the complaint in on my own.

Consumer Complaint: I was charged {$7.00} interest on XX/XX/2022 in the statement closed on XX/XX/2022. When I called credit card company on XX/XX/2022 and inquired about the interest, I was told above interest pertains to the foreign transaction fees ( total {$63.00} ) posted in the statement closed on XX/XX/2022. However, the credit card already reversed the full amount of above mentioned transaction fee on XX/XX/2022 following a conversation I had with them on XX/XX/2022. When I asked them why they charge interest for a charge that's already reversed. I was told they charge interest based on the statement balance in spite of further changes after the statement was issued. In another word, in order to avoid interest, I would have to pay for the fee in the statement balance even if this very same fee got reversed after the statement was issued. The thing is the credit card company didn't tell me that when I spoke with them on XX/XX/2022 during which they agreed to reverse the foreign transaction fee.

I have never had an issue with XXXX until now and I dont believe I should be held responsible for items already payed for using XXXX as well as being responsible for a card I did not authorize.

I told the attorney my first 2 payments would be at the end of the month and then I would send earlier he said it was fine as long as I started my payments and would not have to go back to court as long as payments were made. I called and the representative said that they did receive my 3 payments and could not tell me why I had another court date.
