Consumer Complaint: A loan open in XXXX XXXX was repossessed car was sold to me at an outrageous financial rate and a car that was crashed and presented as new. I was scammed with this vehicle and they would n't resolve anything when I came to find out shortly after I was denied help. I have contacted Santander in regards to what they state I owe which should be nothing as the car was n't worth nearly half what it was sold to me for. I ask they remove this negative account and leaves alone.

Consumer Complaint: On or around XX/XX/2017 a Request for FULL DISCLOSURE was sent to CEO, XXXX XXXX XXXX of Santander Consumer USA , Inc. served with this Notice and Demand to Admit or Deny the statements in the enclosed " REQUEST FOR ADMISSIONS '' document and return it within twenty ( 20 ) days with a verified signature of an authorized agent of the Lender. This Notice and Demand is the Consumers good faith attempt to settle this matter and clear up any confusion about the terms and execution of the alleged Loan agreement and the disposition of the outstanding deposit with Santander Consumer USA , Inc. of the value of the Consumers promissory note associated with this alleged Loan. Santander Consumer USA , Inc. failure to validate the purported debt by returning the enclosed " REQUEST FOR ADMISSIONS '' document with a authorized and verified signature to the Consumer within twenty ( 20 ) days of receipt of said Notice and Demand will be deemed a dishonor of the Notice and Demand, and will be presumed by Santander Consumer USA , Inc. acquiescence, that Santander Consumer USA , Inc. took the Consumers promissory note and, without authorization, stamped it, sold it, and then used the proceeds of that sale as the funds for the alleged Loan, causing the Consumer to be damaged in a transaction making themselves incompetent witnesses and by taking legal action did dispossess consumer goods and did misuse personal, family or household goods for purposes not intended - without ever obtaining competent judicial permission or prior direct consent- and, without just compensation. ( 1692c ( a ), 1692 ( b ), 1692c ( C ) ( 1 ) ( 2 ) ( 3 ), FDCPA ). The Consumer is prepared to exhaust all applicable provisions of the FDCPA and the FCRA to obtain " FULL DISCLOSURE '' of the facts material to the terms and execution of this alleged Loan agreement.

Consumer Complaint: I have contacted Santander trying to remove this account from My Credit report for years they refuse. I have advised them I am a victim of identity theft and requested proof this account indeed without a doubt belongs to me and they fail to do that. The only thing they have sent me is proof of the payments made to the car which does n't prove this debt or account indeed belongs to me.i demand proof such as copy of my drivers license, passport, state issued id, social security card etc documents providing I opened this account personally. I even tried to settle this account even though I do n't owe anything to them and they refuse to remove the account even after payment. This is t correct and someone needs to put into place my rights as a consumer.

I have never purchased a vehicle and would like this deleted from my credit files immediately. I have contacted the company and was advised I appeared as a consigner to a vehicle and that the car had been repossed. I have no knowledge of this and would demand this be deleted immediately from all my credit files as this information is innacurate and misleading as it 's fraud. I am requesting the company to provide proof and they ca n't provide anything that I opened this account such as id state issued, driver license, passport, social security card and they have none of this on file apparently

Consumer Complaint: Dispute number XXXX : If the culmination of systematic payments and insurance checks pay the 75 month account off many months before it was due, why is there still a year 's worth of late payments on my record? The monthly payments of {$110.00} were slightly over what was requested every month. Both the primary insurance and the GAP insurance had to make their payments before I started making mine. The GAP insurance payed late, plus I had a dispute with them. Once I started making my payments, they were slightly over the amount requested, on time, and resulted in paying off the contract many months before it was originally due. The report of late payments is inaccurate and needs to be removed.

Consumer Complaint: In XXXX XXXX had a total loss on a car that I purchased in XXXX the other company that was at fault XXXX auto pay them with the car was worth however Santander USA still says I owe over {$10000.00} at an interest rate of 17 % and they still charge me interest rate a daily interest rate as well a monthly payment of XXXX which I think is well over the federal law interest rate in Florida I tried to offer settlement because I can not still pay on the car do not have and at the time I was not working because of the car accident injuries they denied a settlement offer and it still charge me a daily interest rate FL from what I have paid and what the USA or have paid them in the car as well pay for. I was also infected by hurricane Irma, still consumer financial will not accept settlement and or no payment relief.

Consumer Complaint: My husband and I have a car loan through Santander Consumer USA. The original amout they financed for was XXXX. We were informed today that the principle of our amout has n't even been paid down by XXXX since XX/XX/XXXX when we took the loan. I called them today, XX/XX/XXXX and they told me basically that the only way to get any of our payments of XXXX. XXXX a month is to pay more than our monthly payment. So basically we were told that none of our payment is actually going to the principle but we could pay more every month in order for anythint but intrest to be paid. Our note is for 48 months but at what they are doing it is going to take us around 12 years and XXXX to pay off our XXXX vehicle.
