I have did disputes, also called and tried to get them to fix it and they are still messing up my credit score!

Welk that stopped after I complained and fast forward until now. I called XX/XX/XXXX and was told I owe a whole payment but was never told for what month after several and several times asking. XX/XX/XXXX I looked at my XXXX XXXX app and saw where my interest rate is 19.38 percent. But my paperwork says 18.00 percent. I called the finance company and they had no answers for me what so ever. First when i realize that the rate was very higher ; the same day XX/XX/XXXX, i try to return the car but the dealer ( XXXX XXXX ) refuse to take back the car. And since then i keep paying and dealing with a bizarre and unprofessional company Month ago, I was very surprise after calling to request the status of my loan and their customer service told me that " i have request an extension in XXXX '', that's why my loan have been extended. I never request any extension on my car loan. Since i get a loan from this bank, i used to have bad experience and i never complaint against that. But this time, they are going so far to use unfair practice with my account and without any clear explication It's unethical and very shamefull.

Consumer Complaint: I disputed Santander Consumer USA for not removing a negative account that has been reported to the Credit Bureaus. It has been seven years since our first negative payment, we admit we were late due to loss of job, but we were able to catch the account up and get it back in good standing, the account was paid in full in XX/XX/2016. We disputed it with all three credit reporting agencies and all that was done was they responded with " we've updated the account to Closed '' ... ..The account was closed in XX/XX/2016 and we are disputing them still reporting it when after XXXX years from he first negative pmt it can be removed from your report. We have called this company and they can not give us any information regarding this matter as the account has been closed since 2016. Santander should remove this from my credit report since it has been seven years, but they are refusing to do so, or have any contact with us to explain why they are not removing it.

Consumer Complaint: I was shocked when I reviewed my credit report and found late payment in XXXX of 2019 I am not sure how this happened, I believe that I had made my payments to you when I received my statements. My only thought is that my monthly statement did not get to me, or the payment was not applied as fast as expected. I checked my bank account and noticed that you deducted the money out of my checking account that on the month that you marked me late on my credit report.
