Consumer Complaint: I think a fair resolution to my issue is to remove my account I've paid this company in full what else do you want from me. They are reporting inaccurately stating that I was late XXXX of 2017 to XXXX and XXXX but yet stating I paid on time to XXXX i don't understand. Your inaccurate reporting is hurting my character, reputation, and ability to get get approved for funding for new home. I've learned my lesson as a young adult to not do business with companies like Santander these companies are very inconsiderate and have no sympathy for their clients only for profit I Do Not Recommend doing business with this company they ruin your life and credit profile cant forget the ridiculous high interest. All im asking for is to please remove my account from all 3 credit bureaus i would like absolutely no ties with this Company thank you. I sent out sent out a dispute letter trying to get this resolved but they responded with a screenshot this does not help my complaint.

Consumer Complaint: on XX/XX/2020 I called Santander Consumer USA to find out options about my car loan and the debt since the call is recorded I explain the Telephonic Agent the situation that New Yorkers and the whole world about the Pandemic and the struggles to handle hardship financial matters how can be possible that they are charging interests and fees during pandemic? I had to sign another extension in order to get the account current, which in the mean time for 3 months all the interests an fees will impact financially the budget of my family and will be stuck in a loan that never decreases the level of debt how can that be possible for any parent to negotiate that unfair agreement during pandemic banks and corporations are hurting peoples credit in this unfair money game to the citizens of the united states of america

Consumer Complaint: on Saturday XX/XX/XXXX I went to the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Located at Address : XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, NY XXXX to see if we can get a bigger car for our family of XXXX people, then since I get in contact with the sales team I ended up signing a contract without knowing the impact that will happen in the future. my concern is how they trick people during the paperwork process, the Sales person named XXXX XXXX convinced me about an Internal Insurance, that will protect the purchase if something happened like damages in the engine and parts and another many stuff which in other words is a SERVICE CONTRACT I asked him many times if i decided to withdraw later on their " insurance '' that how he explained me my monthly budget for the car payment supposed to be {$500.00} per month, and with their insurance protection will cost additional {$220.00} " subject to change if I decided not to keep their insurance. 40 days after the purchase on XX/XX/XXXX I went to their service center, the vehicle had a weird noise in the engine, I was afraid because i drive the vehicle only for couple of days. I realized that I have to pay for the repairs, I complaint with the service center team because sales told me beside the insurance also told me 90 days guarantee if something happened. ln XX/XX/XXXX I have to come back due another noise with the vehicle and I had to pay {$150.00} in the service center, as per today 's the same vehicle has the check engine signal blinking in the car tablet.. I call the to take the vehicle and is very hard to get an appointment with them I considered that " INSURANCE '' or Service center is not worthy and is a trick for them to get money from customers XXXX XXXX never mentioned that they will add the insurance the service center in the loan which was {$3000.00} and increased my monthly payment to {$710.00} per month During this pandemic time my family budget is tight and became to a hardship situation and when I called the bank that's how i realized that they lied to me.

I have made additional payments ( outside of regular payments and they still take interest ). This company is a scam. I need help as I have already given them XXXX on my truck and I am still upside down. You can't get any help when you call them. This is beyond unresonable and I do not know what else to do. I would default on the loan at this time but I am working on my credit and it is very good. Please help.

Consumer Complaint: I had a car loan with Santander and traded in my car for a new lease with XXXX XXXX in XXXX, XXXX My new car lease went into effect on XX/XX/2020. XXXX neglected to pay off the balance in a timely manner. For some reason they paid all but {$15.00}. I tried to call Santander to pay it myself since I couldnt get anyone from XXXX to get back to me quickly. Santander said the remainder had to paid by XXXX at this point because the account was now their responsibility. They would not take a payment of {$15.00} from me. After several attempts XXXX finally paid off the balance and the account was listed as paid in full. However Santander reported a 30 day delinquency to my credit report for a late XXXX payment. I no longer owned the car after XX/XX/XXXX. I have tried to dispute it with Santander. They just tell me to contact the credit dispute center, and the dispute center tells me to contact Santander. I cant get anyone to help me. My credit took a huge hit that was not my fault. Over {$15.00}? PLEASE help me fix this. I am trying to buy a home and this has set me back. Why would anyone intentionally go 30 days delinquent over {$15.00}? I didnt even have the car after XX/XX/XXXX. Please help or help me find someone who will. XXXX has apologized for paying it late but Santander says they can not override the credit reporting even though it is inaccurate. They refuse to let me speak to a supervisor or offer any other solution other than to contact credit dispute. Please help me figure this out. I paid every single payment on tine with this company.

Consumer Complaint: Vehicle repossessed and sold. The deficiency balance almost exceed the original balance of the loan. This after making payment on $ XXXX and remaining balance of $ XXXX after paying for almost three years. Impossible to have this balance. I researched the company and I see that this a predatory lender in the finance business. They are outside of the norm for being a company that finance cars. I am out right in disagreement the deficiency amount. I was never alerted of the vehicle being sold at auction another violation. I am asking that this company be held accountable especially in the current climate, pandemic era. https : XXXX

Consumer Complaint: I am having an issue with Chrysler capital on my report. I have never been late on my account when I leased my vehicle. I purchased my vehicle on XX/XX/2019 and provided proof. They were paid off by dealer and at around XX/XX/2019 I received a bad remark saying I was 60 days late. Never record letter, call, anything. I called Chrysler and the fixed it but left 30 day late. I spoke with the dealer and they said they asked them how much was it to pay off and they sent them the money right away. Still after dispute and dispute, they keep reporting it as 30 days late which is not accurate and it is messing with my credit report. I provided proof of my purchase and the date says clearly XX/XX/2019.

Consumer Complaint: I traded in my leased XXXX 6 months before lease end on a new XXXX lease at a XXXX dealership. The lease included provisions for the dealership to pay off the trade in in full. A month later I got a lease end termination bill for {$6000.00} from Chrysler Capital and when I contacted them they said it was probably just a delay in paperwork and not to worry about it. A month after that I got another {$6500.00} bill from Chrysler Capital and when I contacted them they lied and said I never traded in the old Jeep and that I owed this money. I have the new lease contract that proves otherwise. They say I have to pay the amount, which is not supported by any type of documentation. My remaining payments ( 6 times $ XXXX/month ) only add up to {$3300.00} so theres no way I could owe {$6500.00} even if what they said was true. These people were rude, arrogant and dismissive. The best part is that this happened 3 years earlier on my previous trade in as well, which eventually got sorted out after weeks of harassment by them. Should I have learned my lesson then? Probably. But now I have proof of a pattern of fraud, contempt and disrespect for a loyal cuStomper who always pays their bills on time. Chrysler Capital needs to be brought to justice.

Consumer Complaint: Submitted several disputes and last verified date shows XX/XX/XXXX and account currently listed as not disputed. Status update date proves that this account wasn't even investigated as the credit bureaus stated so this account can't possibly have been verified because the status update date has not changed. Creditor was required to send me specific paperwork within a certain period of time regarding where it was sold and the balane on the account. I didn't receive this paperwork and have requested it several times. Contacted creditor and was told it was charged off yet credit report shows balance XXXX shows last payment XX/XX/XXXX and several chargeoffs are reporting in 2yr payment history XXXX show no data on 2 yr pymt history XXXX shows last payment date of XX/XX/XXXX and no data on 2 yr pymt history How was this date verified as accurate when so many values, reported by the same company, dont even match up?
