Consumer Complaint: In short I have this issue with Chrysler for over 5 year. I purchased a vehicle in my early 20s, a used XXXX. Having buyers remorse I returned the vehicle to the lot and was told that it would not effect my account or credit because it was not pass the first initial payment. Taking their word for it I delivered the car in great condition and gave them the keys. Month later and so on I am getting charged for the vehicle as if I still own the vehicle. However when I called and asked about the situation they were nasty about it and did not stand by their word and continued to charge me even after being sold ( the vehicle ). They refuse to take it off my report and I am not settling for anything more than the time I physically owned the vehicle. Less than a month which should be {$400.00}.

Consumer Complaint: Santander has been reporting this auto loan to my credit files since XX/XX/2013. It has now been 7 years and I gave the car back to them. But they still reported my account 30 days for the last 7 years. It is supposed to be deleted from my credit report. But they aren't deleting it. They will find some excuse for why its still being reporting.

Consumer Complaint: I took out a loan with Santander Consumer USA XXXX to buy a XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/2009. I got the loan with a rate of 29 % and they charged me 10 points upfront. I struggled every year to pay the car note paying more than 3.5 times what I paid for the car. I almost lost everything trying to make that car payment. I have been late almost half the time I had this loan. I have had the loan for almost 10 years after 10 years Santander should have take the negative remarks off my credit report after 10 years. Santander what they did was the oldest payments they took off my credit report so they could keep showing my negatives for almost 20 years way past what is allowed by law.

Consumer Complaint: I have a car loan from CHRYSLER CAPITAL, and I have always made my payments on time. For some reason, I realized that there was a late payment on my credit report, I called CHRYSLER CAPITAL and they said their system mistakenly put me on paperless billing, which I did not request, and it caused my 30 day late. As you can see, I have always had a stellar payment record. I tried contacting XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and CHRYSLER CAPITAL with no successful resolution. XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX reporting me 30 days late in XX/XX/2020. There was an error on their part. I was never 30 days late.

Consumer Complaint: This particular account situation that is lately filing on my own credit document has a seriously unfavorable relation to my personal ability to obtain a present loan application. I highly recommend you generate verification that Credit Union has been reported completely in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act regulations, it's really a serious problem to misreport. More confirmation of the aforesaid item too. My proper request must over, I was never 30 days/60 days/120 days late in any of my payments and I'm not greatly tuned in to the date opened so I prefer to ask you be investigated as soon as possible and confirmed to be correct. Thanks!

Consumer Complaint: I was shocked when I reviewed my credit report and found late payment on the dates below : XX/XX/XXXX XX/XX/XXXX I am not sure how this happened, I believe that I had made my payments to you when I received my statements. My only thought is that my monthly statement did not get to me, or the payment was not applied as fast as expected. I checked my bank account and noticed that you deducted the money out of my checking account that on the month that you marked me late on my credit report.
