Consumer Complaint: I got a loan from Santander back in XX/XX/2016 for a vehicle. The car value was close to XXXX, but I already had a vehicle loan with a XXXX income. I was quickly approved and left the dealership 30-45 minutes after arrival. I was past XXXX XXXX and I was the only client that had been holding up the reps at that dealership. I recently just disposed my paperwork with Santander, but I do have proof of business with them through email notifications. One time they tried repossessed my vehicle, when I picked it up, the hood of the car flew off not even a minutes after leaving the lot.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2020 I was made aware of fraud and a lawsuit from Santander Consumer USA in regards to the dealership that I bought my car from. In reading the court documents I was made aware that there are 2 unknown files that was submitted to the financial department at Santander and I am sure they are aware or have some dealings with this matter. I am asking for BOTH files with only the information I submitted and NOT tampered information that was falsely given to them. If this matter is not cleared within 30 business days, I will move forward with civil action also. Furthermore, Santander participated and defrauded me as well as millions of others by exposing me to unnecessarily high levels of risk through high loan-to-value ratios, insane interest rates, significant backed fees, and high payment-to-income ratios. Santander also participated in fraudulent activity with the dealership by turning a blind eye to dealer abuse and failing to meaningfully monitor dealer behavior to minimize the risk of receiving falsified information, including the amounts specified for consumers incomes and expenses. Nonetheless, due to fraudulent activity with the dealership and mishandling and deceptive servicing practices from BOTH parties my vehicle will be repossessed. I am asking Santander to release me from all financial and legal obligation for this deceptive servicing practices and DELETE all information from all consumer reporting agencies and three credit bureaus that has been sold and illegally reported to Third Parties.

Consumer Complaint: I have constantly pleaded with Santander to give me an alternative way of making my payments so I am not late. They have refused to assist me. They have made reposts against my credit stating I have been more than 30 days multiple times when I have not been and when I call to gather information no one can explain to where the mistake is. I make the payments and they still report me as late and charge me fees when I pay on time. I have called multiple times to correct the mistakes and to stay current.

Consumer Complaint: In 2018 I was stationed at XXXX XXXX TX in a XXXX XXXX. This meant I was in the desert for long period of time with out communications because of the equipment being tested. Anyway my ex wife at the time stop paying my bills without my knowledge. As soon as I found out I started paying all my bills with all the late fees. By the time I paid Santander they had charged off my vehicle. I called them several times to rectify the issue and they said my account was current ant the would report it to the credit agencies monthly. Now I being paying an extra XXXX dollars a month so I can pay off my car sooner, but due to Santander refusing to change my report and report accurately to the credit agency Im getting a negative rating from the credit agency.
