Consumer Complaint: Chrysler Capital has been inaccurately reporting data to the three credit bureaus. They have reported me as having late payments for the months XXXX, XXXX & XXXX. Attached, you will find that I paid my car note on time for the months XXXX, XXXX & XXXX. Therefore, the information they've provided to the bureaus is incorrect and should reflect the truth. This is negatively impacting my credit score for no reason at all.

Consumer Complaint: Santander Consumer USA is America 's largest sub prime car loan company, who has been challenged in court by the attorney generals office. Per a lawsuit by 34 states including Florida, Santander was found and has since admitted to wrongful unethical practices that led consumers like me, into loans that were purposely granted for the sole purpose of financial entrapment. thus, leading to early payment defaults. I have been notified by Florida attorney generals office that my loan is subject to receive a deficiency waiver due to their findings in my my case, as well as an additional monetary settlement. I have reached out to SCUSA over 47 times, and to no avail, I have ad few representative that have tried to help me to the best of their ability, but have gotten nowhere. I have reached out to 4 major credit bureaus, I have disputed this particular account numerous time with each CRA, my reasoning was inaccurate information and account was in litigation and was found to be in the favor of the consumer ( myself ). I included copies of both complaint/ judgement and proof of my claim in the settlement. under the settlement Santander was ordered to do balance waivers to those who had defaulted with in the first 12 months, I first defaulted in XXXX of XXXX, less then 6 months of purchasing the vehicle. Santander continued their deceit in masking when my original default was by stating it was in XXXX of XXXX, when in fact it was in XXXX of XXXX, and continued to default 13 times after. there are several in accuracies as I have stated before, the judicial orders aren't being followed and santander 's blatant carelessness to follow court orders and FCC regulations is unethical. I have attached all the lawsuit, claimant correspondence forms and CRA documentation and unique claimant form from the Florida Attorney Generals Office as evidence. account number XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ssn

Issue: Struggling to pay your loan
Subissue: Lender trying to repossess or disable the vehicle
Consumer Complaint: The lender settled a 34 state lawsuit for unfair lending practices. I've tried several times calling and speaking to representative with the company with no help at all. No answers at all. When I got my loan I was under extreme pressure by the car dealer to take the loan from Santander to purchase my vehicle. I was never notified that Santander didn't use my credit score they used an Unknown Internal Score to give me the loan. I believe that was unfair because I was never actually given the opportunity to know if other lenders would offer me a better interest rate. I was also told by the dealer that I had already committed to the loan and that I couldn't stop the process.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, Chrysler Capital received a check from myself to pay off the lease-buyout. I included the pdf of the pay off amount and that it was good through XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, said check was cashed, but my account showed that I was past due on my payment. When I called, a customer service representative stated to, Give it 48 hours max to close the account. I called Monday and it is now Friday and my account is showing past due payment. Subissue: Loan balance remaining after the vehicle is repossessed and sold
Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXX the vehicle was repossessed by Santander USA, and sold. It was reported to my credit bureaus that the remaining balance was {$18000.00} after paying on it since XXXX. I never received a letter showing how much the vehicle was sold for, nor did they show any deductions for this. I have disputed this information directly with Santander, and they sold the debt to a debt collector. This has made my credit worthiness decline, and has caused a great deal of financial strain. Please resolve this issue between me and Santander USA.
