Consumer Complaint: This complaint is regarding account information below that has not been investigated and no information given. Its been over 2 months with no information given to me regarding these accounts. I have no knowledge of these companies and they shouldnt be reporting as I never gave permission for the reporting per Section 1681a -I sent correspondence to the Credit Bureaus regarding this. I was never notified in writing per 15 U.S.C 1692ag prior to accounts being on my credit report, within 5 days. Moreover, these accounts violate debt collections, abusive and unfair practices per section 1692f ( 1 ) adding additional amounts.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2022 I've sent a letter to Portfolio Recovery Associates LLC to Cease and Desist from contacting me by any means, remove my name from their database and consumer reporting agencies, and that i refuse to pay the alleged debt with respects to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Portfolio Recovery Associates LLC and their agents sent repeatedly letters dated XX/XX/2022, and XX/XX/2022 of improper investigations, unnecessary requests for verification, and unlawful termination into investigation. On XX/XX/2022 I sent another Cease and Desist to Portfolio Recovery Associates to XXXX of their agents. Agent from Portfolio Recovery Associates LLC, sent another letter dated on XX/XX/2022 stating that I allegedly have to pay for an account in collections which is against the the law. On XX/XX/2022 I sent an Affidavit of Truth along with another Cease and Desist to thoroughly explain why I refuse to pay, there is no physical contractual agreement between myself the consumer and this debt collection company.

Consumer Complaint: I keep getting debt collection letters from " Portfolio Recovery '' and debtors, of multiple Collectors for the same debt ( s ) and I asked for a " signature agreement '' or original copy of the credit card or my " Special Fonts '' signed e-signature to prove these debts are " Not '' from the Identity Thieves, that Stole my personality and keep Selling my info and data over the internet. I received a normal monthly type " bill statement with my name typed onto a state and bill. The Thieves have that " personal Info '' same as these Debt Collectors. but, The Credit Agencies have alerted me many times, that my personal and info is being shared over the Dark web. I can't seem to get the help or verification of my " signature document '' from any of these Collectors and my cases just get closed as the debt collectors send you all at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ( CFPB ) and the credit agencies the same " statements '' with my personal name and address and then you all close the cases and so does the credit agencies. where is the " Reporting and Collecting Proof of signature Agreement???

Consumer Complaint: I received a letter from Portfolio Recovery Associates , LLC on XX/XX/22 claiming I owe them {$11000.00}. ( Acct # XXXX ) I responded to the letter on XX/XX/22 requesting validation of the debt. I sent through USPS Certified Mail Return Receipt requested. I received the receipt showing they signed for it on XXXX XXXX. I requested the original creditors info, account number, total amount owed & when account was closed. I requested a copy of the contract / agreement signed by all parties stating that I owe this debt. I requested details about the age of the debt, including a copy of the last billing statement sent to me by the original creditor ; a detailed explanation of any interest added & payments made since the last billing statement and the legal authorization for the interest. The failed to respond with any of those items proving the debt is mine. I received a bill from the today there does not show any of this information. This debt is NOT mine and Portfolio Recovery has failed to prove otherwise. They failed to respond within 30 days to my debt validation letter.

Consumer Complaint: In my recent dispute to XXXX, PORTFOLIO RECOVERY ASSOCIATES LLC. certified to XXXX that the information they were reporting was accurate. As a consumer reporting agency, as defined under 15 U.S. Code 1681a ( f ), assembling consumer credit information for monetary fees for the purpose of furnishing consumer reports to third parties, it is your duty to adopt reasonable procedures for meeting the needs of commerce. Pursuant to 15 U.S. Code 1681b ( a ) ( 2 ) I'm aware that a consumer reporting agency needs the written instructions of I, the consumer, to furnish a consumer report. Without written instruction this consumer reporting agency has committed fraud by using my identifying information without lawful authority to furnish this information on my consumer report. If I didn't give you written instruction to furnish your tradeline onto my consumer report, by law its identity theft. The term identity theft as described in 15 U.S. Code 1681a ( q ) and Regulation V 12 CFR 1022 3 is a fraud committed or attempted using the identifying information of another person without authority. I never gave PORTFOLIO RECOVERY ASSOCIATES LLC. authority or written instruction to furnish their tradeline onto my consumer report. Please provide the written instruction that I, the consumer have gave to PORTFOLIO RECOVERY ASSOCIATES LLC. which has authorized this furnished information. If you can not provide me with these written instructions by me, this has been a fraudulently made consumer report using my identifying information. l am demanding this information resulting from identity theft, be removed. I have not given any written instructions or any permissible purpose for any of the following inaccurate and unverified information to be furnished. That is a violation of 15 USC 1681b, which constitutes as aggravated identity theft in accordance with 18 U.S. Code 1028A. I have attached an FTC report due to the fraud and identity theft pursuant to 15 U.S. Code 1681a ( a ( 3 ), that has taken place.
