Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX To : Whom it May Concern, This is about the inaccuracy that is inequitably furnished by your organization on my Consumer Report. I came to know about this inaccuracy for over a year and have disputed repeatedly due to the nature of account. Due to this inaccuracy, my right to extend credit has been damaged to a great extent. As a result, I was discriminated against and refused the following ; 1 ) Extended Credit 2 ) Car Loan According to 15 USC 1681 ( a ) ( 3 ), Consumer reporting agencies have assumed a vital role in assembling and evaluating consumer credit and other information on consumers. I hereby put your organization on notice and would like to inform you that I never gave consent to this report being furnished by you on my behalf and I am also aware of the fact that your organization assumed a vital role. As a result, my livelihood has been adversely affected. There is no such law that states anything that needs to be reported to a consumer reporting agency. Therefore, your organization is liable. Financial institutions are required to take steps to protect the privacy of consumers finances under a federal law called the Financial Modernization Act of 1999, also known as the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act which also has been violated. Further, pursuant to 15 USC 1681 ( a ) ( 4 ), a consumer reporting agencies must expertise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and a respect for the consumers right to privacy. I request you to give me a piece of evidence that the information which is being reported has been properly investigated. Also, provide me with the details of the procedures that meet the need of commerce for the consumer credit. Consumer Complaint: Portfolio Recovery has violated my Federally Protected Rights under the FDCPA. I sent Portfolio correspondence to cease communication and they failed to comply with federal law. I am aware I was never obligated nor responsible to pay a 3 party debt collector pursuant to 15 USC 1692a-3 I have received repeated phone calls with the means of coercing and swindling me into paying an alleged debt under 15 U.S.C 1692d ( 4 ). I am aware you using my consumer report with Extortionate means to swindle me into paying an alleged debt. I have now put you on Notice to XXXX XXXX from me from all mediums as stated in attachment. The FTC rule XXXX. XXXX prohibits creditors and sellers from selling and purchasing consumers credit contract which is unfair and deceptive practice to collect on a contract you are not the holder of. You are not collecting on behalf of your client you are collecting on behalf of your debt collection business and will be held accountable in Federal Court.

THEY NEED TO CEASE COMMUNICATION IN ALL MEDIUMS INCLUDED BUT NOT LIMITED TO XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, SOCIAL MEDIA, EMAIL ETC. On XX/XX/2022, I sent a certified letter to Portfolio Recovery Acct # XXXX, tracking number : XXXX and it was delivered on XX/XX/2022, at XXXX. This letter was demanding that they cease all communication on all mediums included but not limited to my consumer reports XXXX, XXXX and XXXX. I also sent copies of these letters to XXXX, XXXX and XXXX via certified mail letting them know that I refused to pay this alleged debt. As of XX/XX/2022, XXXX and XXXX have continued to report this inaccurate and false information. XXXX has failed to promptly update and correct information it furnished to Consumer Reporting Agencies ( CRAs ) that it determined was not complete or accurate, and continued to furnish this inaccurate and incomplete information, in violation of the FCRA 623 ( a ) ( 2 ), 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( a ) ( 2 )

Consumer Complaint: Portfolio Recovery Associates , LLC ( PRA ) is not licensed to debt collect in Pennsylvania. I have sent them sever XXXX 's however the are still furnishing innaccurate informtion on my report. No such records with my signature have been provided. These accounts were opened fraudelenly and your reporting of this information is fraudulent as well. I was never contacted. Pleae provide proof other than words of how nd when I was contacted, I have disputed this several times. There is no contract between me and PRA I am going to file an ftc report and contact my lawyers immeditely.

Consumer Complaint: I requested a debt validation from the credit companies for each account. ALL FOUR REQUESTS FOR VALIDATION MUST BE RETURNED in 30 days. I requested on or around XX/XX/XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX As codified by federal law I requested : Debt validation- 1 ). Copy of the ORIGINAL CONTRACT with my SIGNATURE for the debt. 2 ). FULL payment history from the original creditor 3 ). Need the name and address of the original creditor 4 ). Need proof that they now own Or have been assigned to collect the debt. Most companies sent the name and address of original creditor and the proof they have been assigned to collect the debt not NONE of the credit companies showed NO ACCOUNT WITH AN ORIGINAL CONTRACT WITH SIGNATURE OR A FULL ( not just a month or two ) HISTORY. As codified by federal law these accounts must be closed and must be removed as a Derogatory mark on my 3 credit reports. I gave contacts them to explain that they have not returned the full request as required by law and are refusing to close and remove remarks.
