Consumer Complaint: In XXXX XXXX used paypal to pay for items i bought on XXXX It was taking a super long time for some of the items to arrive and I started tracking some of them. Most when I tracked them had never left XXXX. Paypal is stating I disputed transactions, what I did was asked for there help in getting my items I paid for. They tracked a couple that said landed in us but no tracking beyond that and I never got the items I addressed to paypal. I did do a few charge backs but not nearly 50 % of them did I do that. Paypal never said anything about my account to my bank nothing. No notice of action nothing. I was not alone in the mail issues and XXXX that point in time. Alot of people were having the very same issue. When you allow sellers to tell XXXXy there based in XXXX and are not and dont even have tracking to show delivery whos fault is this really???

Consumer Complaint: I attempted to buy some cryptocurrency using PayPal and received a notification that " there was a problem with my account '' and that I needed to submit verification documentation XXXX bank statement, etc ). I did so immediately and was told three days later that I could no longer use PayPal and that my account was permanently limited due to a " potential risk. '' No explanation of the risk was given and as of this writing I have no idea why the account was limited or suspended even though I have used the service for many years. I currently have an approximately {$3500.00} balance in my crypto accounts and can not access it at all for another 180 days. They are holding my money and are not allowing me access to it for no defined reason.
