Consumer Complaint: So opened up a PayPal account they my good friend sent me an amount for personal use. It was received on PayPal but was pending or on hold for reasons. I waited 3 days or so then woke up this morning with an email saying I'm permanently limited or disabled. And can't no longer access my account send withdraw or get the mo I urgently need from PayPal. Rather now will have to wait for 180 days before they will refund which is not my fault for the error of disabled without an explanation. I really need that hard earned money from my account.

Consumer Complaint: Through PayPal I received a payment and initialized transfer to bank. Their standard procedure is up to 72 hours for review. After 72 hours they sent an email saying the payment was going into my bank account. Instead of sending to my bank account they moved it back into the PayPal. I had to re-request it to be sent to my bank account and wait another 72 hours ( in which they will keep this cycle going ). This is at least my 5th time dealing with PayPal with a similar issue across two accounts, one of which they held my money for 180 days. Calling customer service to talk to a representative takes hours, with the majority of the time them disconnecting the call or transferring you then disconnecting you. The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with and I am beyond tired of them holding people 's money like ransom so they can gain interest on it.

I had a large total coming in, {$4000.00} of my money PAYPAL decided to place on hold for 180 in case fraud or in case some one decides to request a refund. I was okay with that. XXXX XXXX XX/XX/2021, XXXX was made. Time for me to get my money back. PAYPAL decided to not help with transfer of my funds ( cant add new card or new bank information ). PAYPAL blocked my calls as well, No reply to emails. Im reporting PAYPAL because theres so many others in the same situation. PAYPAL, holding money or funds with no solution.

Consumer Complaint: Hi So this is about the US based company XXXX. I have been a XXXX customer for years and I never faced any issue with them as I work with all possible honesty. I hardly face disputes as I never take money for something l dont deserve and my clients are happy with me. One fine day XXXX says you no longer can use paypal and we are closing your account permanently. Money is stuck in there too. It is a pandemic time and even the slightest amount makes a difference to us. Money is not the problem. The problem is firsr paypal made us dependent on them and now when we have no other medium of receiving payments they have closed the account. The company acts like a bully as it is not ready or available to explain the reason of shutting down. There is no reason to shut it down as I have been using it with all honesty and all my customers love my work. I have always believed that honesty never ever put us down and honestly is rewarded across borders. My XXXX knows that I have been honest in my work and every XXXX I have earned denotes my hardwork and paypal has to understand this and not shut down on us like this. You have to check how they are behaving with the customers as there is no way to contact them at all. If there is XXXX in real and I have done good deeds in life then justice will prevail.
