Consumer Complaint: I have a mortgage with Ocwen. There is to be an ACH draft at the beginning of the month, generally around the XXXX through the XXXX, as I get paid on the XXXX. This month, no ACH draft. I telephoned and reached XXXX or XXXX through outsourcing and was told that XXXX mortgages were affected, in that an ACH draft can not occur. This is the XXXX time this has happened with Ocwen, the first time in a similar complaint I filed in XXXX of 2014. I am told I may have to pay over the phone every month.

Consumer Complaint: i requested a loan modification in XXXX 2013. I was put on a 3 month trial, made all 3 payments on time and was told it would be approved. Then in XX/XX/XXXX, I was told that Ocwen did not receive approval from the Bankruptcy court for this modification so it was denied. I have paperwork showing it was approved. Ocwen then modified the terms of my loan without my knowledge, back-dated the paperwork to XX/XX/XXXX and sent me my contract that they signed in XX/XX/XXXX but I signed in XX/XX/XXXX. My escrow was at a negative balance at this point, they never applied any of my payments to my escrow for XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX or XX/XX/XXXX and are telling me I am delinquent. I have a letter from the Office of the Consumer Ombudsman stating they were going to advance my mortgage two contractual payments to bring me current and i am now being told it will only be one month and I am still delinquent.

Consumer Complaint: Ocwen mortgage tried to complete a modification with me for over 1 year. I was told not to make payments, or to make lowered payments for that timeframe. I completed paperwork over and over again, only to have the dates pushed back or them state paperwork was not complete, or still in review. Then, once the modification was completed, my mortgage was sold to XXXX and I started the loan with them " 2 months behind '' which I was not. I can not get either company to resolve the 2 months behind issue and my credit score has dropped to the lowest level. I can not check my account online with XXXX because they wo n't give me the security code to access my own account. I have fought this for 7 months with no resolutions. I paid a XXXX payment last month and still show 2 months behind. Escgrow account has gone negative and with no notice, they took money from my insurance company for my auto insurance. I can receive no help on the phone from either company and need resolution of the initial modification with Ocwen and the subsequent issues with XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: Case number : XXXX ] Please except my apology for not using my account log in, However I could not Log in to follow up on the status of my previous complaint. There is essential information regarding my residence, After meeting with a new attorney located within the XXXX XXXX County Court House to request Legal assistance with filing an appeal decision to the Judge deciding with my current lender " Ocwen '' for thier unfair lending practices. It discovered y and my families case ; was the first case the judge resided over andour case was extremely complicated!!! We are still residing with our home after a period of # 2 years which was a result of vigorous fighting on our part to prove Ocwens mishandling of our Mortgage. Following our last attended court date which happens to be # XXXX of only # XXXX in a period of # 2 years the Judge stated he would render his decision in # 28 days. To our astonishment we received notice from our former attorney, the judge closed our case and sided with our lender without ever looking into the documented legal history of this servicing company within only one week interim. I am submitting this information due to the appeal timing and under duress of only # 2 day 's remaining before we loose all rights and Ownership of our property. We feel due diligence within the discovery process has not been served and Due process has not been considered, Ocwen has received and are currently receiving more complaints daily than all other servicing companies combined!!! I would appreciate your assistance in this most important matter. ( without rendering legal assistance ) understood. My Congressman XXXX office personnel are assisting my family as well / I was referred to your agency via their assistance! THANK YOU FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION.

Consumer Complaint: My bank sent me a notice saying that I needed to make an escrow shortage payment, because according to their escrow analysis my account was short of funds ( the statement shows funds of {$3300.00} and their numbers never make sense to me ) It was to be paid in full or my monthly payment was going " to be adjusted accordingly ''. I sent a full payment in a money order from USPS via certified mail. They received the money. I have been trying to make my standard monthly payment online as I always do it, and the system is asking me for more money ( as if I had not paid the additional escrow ). I call the bank twice ( on XXXX XXXX. and XXXX XXXX ) and they said they need to adjust the system, but in the mean time I have to make the higher payment and they will readjust it when they make a new analysis. The system is refusing to take my normal monthly payment and I am subject to penalties/late fees if they receive a late payment. I do n't have the extra {$130.00} they asking for until they adjust the system.

Consumer Complaint: The mortgage company, OCWEN, held the mortgage on my home which I sold ( closed ) on XXXX XXXX, 2015. OCWEN acknowledged receipt of the funds to close the loan on XXXX XXXX, 2015. They informed me they would send a check for my escrow account ( {$2800.00} ) within 30 days. Despite the fact they had my new address, they claim to have sent the funds to the old address in XXXX. Since the beginning of XXXX, they claim to have cancelled that check and to have sent the check to my address on many occasions. The story is that it has been sent or will be sent and just wait XXXX weeks to receive it. It has now been 117 days since they received my close out and I still have nothing but promises. I have spoken with customer service and/or an escalation specialist more than XXXX times regarding this issue.

Consumer Complaint: Ocwen Loan Servicing has now received XXXX, XXXX modification applications for a HAMP II modification. The first application response " never received '', the second response from Ocwen " nothing '' they said they sent a denial letter and through our attorney, a request was made for a copy of what was supposedly sent to us as a denial and they NEVER sent us a copy. The XXXX application was sent through the courthouse computer and finally months later we heard, " NO MODIFICATIONS ALLOWED ON OUR MORTGAGE BY THE OWNER '', the bank sent the copy of their servicing agreement with XXXX XXXX since our response was " well, for a loan that can not do modifications, we already got an approved HAMP i '' ... ..okay, please send in another application ... We sent in another application and our attorney received a denial letter because " YOU 'VE REACHED YOUR MAXIMUM IN HAMP LOANS AS YOU '' VE ALREADY RECIEVED A HAMP I AND HAMP II ''. That 's completely false. Meanwhile I call Ocwen to just see if they are consistent in anything and I am verbally told by our account manager, that we were denied all kinds of modifications including the XXXX because our mortgage owner " does not allow modification!!!!! '' Now we are suppose to appeal!!!! I will not only appeal, I will be sending Ocwen 's CEO, President OBAMA and the OCC a copy to show how well Ocwen is doing as a federal mortgage servicer of the HAMP mortgages! PS Ocwen has already been fined by the feds millions of dollars for wrongful accounting and servicing. YET HERE WE STILL ARE!!!!!

Consumer Complaint: First my mortgageisnot behind and hasnt been behind for a while now. Since XX/XX/XXXX my payments to my mortgage company Ocwen has been rejecting my mortgage payments and treating me as if I am not making payments. I was first told that it was a NSF problem, I didnt investigate it because I had an issue in the past where I had to shuffle my accounts and paid my mortgage on the wrong checking account - I took responsiblity for that error and agreed to the fees, etc.. My account had gotten behind and I used XXXX XXXX get my funds to Ocwen same day and apparently that is the only way I can submit payments since XX/XX/XXXX ( so I learned yeserday ). I was never informed of that unitl XX/XX/XXXX. I have been told it was returned for NSF, then I entered the wrong check numbers ( when they dont even request check # 's online ), then I am using the wrong account number. I suggested several times to them to check and see if my account has any flags and it didnt matter because as long as I have been a customer of Ocwen for many years and XXXX thing is clear, the customer service team ca n't help anyone. I advised the company repeatedly that my account seems to be flagged for no online payments, and every customer service person I spoke to advised me that is not true and continues to advise me to send my payment XXXX or XXXX XXXX. It cost {$40.00} each time to send money, then I am taking on another nsf fee of {$37.00} and my credit score is impacted by being reported late which hurt me when I purchased my new car recently. I have never gotten an XXXX on the phone so I am not sure if there is a language barrier becaseu the urgency of my issue is not being acknowleged or what is the problem but I have been told they would escalate and get back to me, I have asked for managers and I have been lied to that they are transfering me to a manager and I spent XXXX minutes with another representative. I am out of almost {$300.00} worth of fees and then my credit score hgas been impacted as if i am not paying my mortgage, when in fact I am paying it and they are rejecting my payments. I can not go another month waiting for them to fix this issue, I just cant afford to pay XXXX again. I need to speak to a managment level employee to resolve this issue once and for all. I ned Ocwen to provide me the same information every time I talk to them and answer why my account information is not accurate. The customer service number is manned by mindless robots who can not assist real problems. I sent an email to relationship manager and several online emails o Obudsmen. with no resoltion. It is hopeless. Is there anything I can do about this?

Consumer Complaint: Our home loan is a balloon, we knew it would need refinanced and worked hard for two years to build a good credit score to prepare for the refinance, when it came time to refinance we had a great score but was shocked to learn that we are underwater and lenders would not finance the full amount. The first step we made was talk to the mortgage company and ask for a modification of the loan by either extending the length for a few years to 30 yrs, at least until we could wait out the value decline and hopefully improve value as well. We were immediately declined because " We both have jobs and can afford our monthly payments '' to which we completely agreed except for the balloon has now matured and we are not allowed to make payments. We then found a company that would refinance at the value that was stated by Mortgage company and submitted it as an offer of settlement. Example home mortgage owed is XXXX we offered XXXX the mortgage company kept sending letters that it was under review and had us wait even longer ( no payments allowed to be made ) We are not going to look good for our credit now. Today I was told simply the lender wants full amount, we do n't have liquid assets to make up the difference we explained that. No explanation as to why our settlement was declined. I was told our next step could be Deed in Lieu.
