Consumer Complaint: After getting denied a loan modification and then denied a repayment plan, I applied for a short sale with Ocwen almost 2 years ago. Since then I have lost 3 buyers. I send Ocwen everything they request in a timely manner but they still call and email saying they need everything that has already been sent. Whenever I call, I get told something different every time. I 've been told it is approved then call back asking for the approval letter and told it is still under review. The files stay " in review '' for months. Whenever I ask for a manager I am told none are available but will call you back, yet I never receive a call back. They are forcing my property into foreclosure.

Consumer Complaint: I have been trying to modify mortgage with Ocwen Loan Servicing LLC for 13 months. This mortgage claims, I have not submitted all the documents that was requested. Once documents are submitted that was requested. They waited over 30 days and request the documents to be resubmitting stating the documents need to be update or would request additional documents. I have even gotten assistant from New Jersey XXXX XXXX, they have submitted the documents on my behalf and they gotten the same result I have gotten. I have contacted my NJ XXXX and The NJ Attorney General Office informing them of the practices that Ocwen Loan Services , LLC is doing.

Consumer Complaint: In XXXX and XXXX of 2014 we received a phone call from Ocwen Company stating that our house payment was due and we were late. Immediately, we explained to them that the payment was sent and received by them on XXXX XXXX, 2014. They said that their records did not show anything. Since we have proof from our XXXX bank account we immediately faxed the statement from the bank. The employees from Ocwen Company kept arguing with us that we had n't made the house payment. My husband and I kept sending information and proof for about 8 months to the Ocwen Company but they ALWAYS denied everything. My husband and I gave up and decided to pay them another payment of the full amount. We are 100 % disappointed of being part of the Ocwen Company.

I felt rushed to accept this deal, so I would n't lose my property. Please investigate the financial structure in which the loan was underwritten and other stipulations in the agreement.

Consumer Complaint: I have a XXXX year 4.75 % fixed FHA loan originally with GMAC mortgage and now currently with Ocwen Loan Servicing , LLC . My monthly payment including escrow and insurance was {$2700.00}. An escrow analysis was carried out in XXXX XXXX, 2015 and the escrow shortage in the amount of {$440.00} was generated. I paid {$2800.00} in XXXX and was posted on the account on XXXX, 2015. In XXXX, I paid {$2800.00} and it was posted to the account on XXXX XXXX, 2015 and in XXXX, I paid again {$2800.00} on XXXX XXXX, 2015, on XXXX XXXX, 2015 ; I paid the Escrow shortage in the amount of {$440.00} as requested. My monthly payment was not adjusted to reflect my fixed monthly payment in XXXX. I wrote a letter dated XXXX XXXX, 2015 requesting another escrow analysis to reflect an adjustment to a monthly payment of {$2700.00} which was the original payment. I got a letter from the research department that the monthly payment due on XXXX XXXX, 2015 will be {$2700.00}. Hence, the complaint that the action taken by Ocwen Loan servicing is unfair. How can the terms of the loan be changed to affect my monthly payment from {$2700.00} fixed payment to {$2700.00} especially when I have made up for the escrow shortfall as the last analysis reflected.

Consumer Complaint: On XXXX/XXXX/2015, I received a letter stating that Ocwen has not received my payment for XXXX/XXXX/2015. Please find attached an email from Ocwen ( under document proof payments ) stating that they have received such payment on XXXX/XXXX/2015 ( before XXXX when late payment fees can be assessed ). Additionally, it said on the notice that a late charge has been assessed but in the itemization of current amount due, it stated that there were no current late charges and the balance due was {$1400.00} and {$87.00} for the negative escrow balance for forced placed insurance which was under review at that time. On Friday XXXX XXXX, 2015, I received a letter dated XXXX XXXX, 2015 stating that I have {$3300.00} of past due payments. Please see attached proof of payments for {$1400.00} made for XXXX XXXX, 2015 through XXXX XXXX, 2015 which does not explain the past due amount stated on the letter. Additionally, I sent a check in the amount {$1000.00} to their office on XXXX XXXX, 2015 to pay off the negative escrow account for the force placed insurance from XXXX while I am trying to go back to the insurance companies to research the information. I should not have any past due amounts for the mortgage payments or late fees as I have been paying it monthly before the XXXX of each month. As of XXXX XXXX, 2015, I should not have any negative escrow account as I sent a check to cover the entire balance. Consequently, I am asking Ocwen to please address the discrepancies on their statements so that they can reflect the right amount of the mortgage payments XXXX principal and interest ) in the amount of {$1400.00} moving forward.

Consumer Complaint: Through the help of XXXX, formerly the HUD Certified Housing Counseling Agcy, I filed for a Modification Loan with Ocwen Mtg Co., my paperwork showing the date of filing on XX/XX/2015. Again and again, I have sent documents requested by Ocwen, either directly from my fax machine or when they claimed they did n't receive them, through XXXX fax machine. Apparently Ocwen is not properly utilizing the webportal called HOPE LoanPort to pull recently uploaded documents. Again, today, they requested documents sent to them more than once over the last XXXX months, prolonging a decision on my loan. Ocwen informs me they have an auction date on my home of XXXX XXXX, 2015.

Consumer Complaint: On XXXX/XXXX/2014 an ACH Payment was deducted for my XXXX mortgage from my checking account from Ocwen Loan Servicing LLC ( Ocwen XXXX. They stated that they did not receive it.I disputed the claim and the Virginia XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX assisted me with process. I sent Ocwen another payment for XXXX via a certified check from the XXXX Bank. Ocwen stated that they did not receive this check.I had received a copy of the back of that check showing that it was cashed by Ocwen and they still denied receiving the payment. The mortgage payment eventually with Ocwen after my mortgage was transferred and closed to another provider. I was sent a Check for {$3.00}, XXXX dated XXXX/XXXX/2014 from Ocwen with no letter of explanation. During this process Ocwen placed a late payment notice on my credit report. I file a dispute with XXXX ( report number XXXX XXXX to clear up the error. Ocwen refused to remove the late notice from my record.

Consumer Complaint: OCWEN Mortgage company is refusing to address an over-charge for wrongly calculated escrow of taxes and insurance. We have NEVER missed a payment but they are applying our payments to some sort of holding account and not giving us credit for prompt payment. Please help us obtain the address of their registered agent in New Jersey, so we can file a small-claims lawsuit and get this resolved. The problem has been festering for 6 long months. Thank you!

Consumer Complaint: My father passed away in XX/XX/XXXX. He owned a house whose mortgage had been sold XXXX times in XXXX years. The final mortgage holder was Ocwen Loan Servicing , LLC . The mortgage was upside down, so we decided to let the house foreclose. Through our estate lawyer, we requested a deed in lieu of foreclosure in XX/XX/XXXX. Since then, I have recieved monthly bills and calls until XX/XX/XXXX when they finally sent the paperwork to do the deed in lieu. I signed it in the presence of my lawyer and witnesses. My lawyer XXXX it to Ocwen in the envelope they provided. During all that time, my sisters and I received at least XXXX letters and XXXX or more registered letters about paying the mortgage. There was not enough money in my father 's estate to do so. I told Ocwen that at least XXXX times on the phone and more times in letters from my lawyer. In XX/XX/XXXX, I got a letter requesting that I purchase hazard insurance for the property. My lawyer sent them a copy of the signed deed in lieu papers and reminded them that I do not own the property anymore. The property was vacated in XX/XX/XXXX and Ocwen did an inspection and changed the locks in XX/XX/XXXX. Today I received another notice about purchasing hazard insurance. No matter what we do, they keep trying to get me to do something with this property. Also, my lawyer has requested a final statement from them, so that I can close out the estate account and pay a few other bills that ca n't be paid until Ocwen gives me the final statement. They have ignored this request. How do I get this matter closed? I keep having to pick up registered letters and pay lawyer fees for letters to Ocwen, to no avail.
