Consumer Complaint: I have been trying for months and months to get my mortgage caught up. I have a good rate, so I do n't think any refinancing would help. However, I just ca n't double up on my payments and they keep tacking on all these late fees. Then there is a section of " other charges '' to this day no one can tell me what those are or what they mean. I would just like a little help to give me a deferment or something so that I can keep paying every 30 days, but that it 's under 30 days past due and not incurring these fees for no reason, all while sending me threatening letters.

Consumer Complaint: I have been trying to get a loan modification from OCWEN for almost two years. They have put me through the ringer. My account is a XXXX account. When I ask for a modification they just raise my monthly payments and extend the loan but never give me a modification. Many of my payments were not reported. I ask OCWEN to send me a copy of my original contract with my payment history but they just refuse. They ask me to send the same paper work over and over again. This seems to be a never ending story. THIS IS UNLAWFUL. PLEASE HELP ME. I bought this home in 2007 THAT IS MY XXXX DREAM. IT IS HORRIFIC TO THINK THAT I COULD LOSE IT DUE TO THE ILLEGAL ACTIONS OF OCWEN!!!!!

Consumer Complaint: Ocwen is charging me late payment fees monthly for a past due balance that was paid through my bankruptcy. Thus, each month, during the bankruptcy while I was making my on time payments through the trustee, they were applying the payment to the previous month. My bankruptcy was discharge in XXXX XXXX with all of my account current. However, Ocwen is claiming that my account when they received in XXXX XXXX was still past due. Thus, each month, during the bankruptcy and now, while I was making my on time payments they were applying the payment to the previous month. Ocwen is currently reporting me to the credit agencies as delinquent when it is not. I make on time monthly payments each month. I have tried to resolve this several time and have requested payment history 3 times. Ocwen has not sent me this information. My last attempt was today XXXX XXXX, XXXX when I spoke with XXXX repersenative id # XXXX. I have also tried to create an account on their online page so that I could access my payment history but I can not get access to my account online.

Consumer Complaint: My name is XXXX XXXX, I live in Oregon and I have this situation with the banks. I received documents from Deutsche Bank national Trust Company and they are saying that I owe them money for some kind of judgment. I 'm not aware of any judgment especially from Deutsche bank. I 've had my loan sold to XXXX XXXX and I believe Deutsche bank already received money for selling my loan from XXXX because now XXXX has my loan and is asking me to pay my mortgage to them and XXXX is sending me my monthly statements. So why is Deutsche bank is after me and why is there a judgment when they already got paid for this loan by XXXX? Deutsche bank put a Sheriffs sale on my home for XXXX/XXXX/2015. I 'm very confused why they would do this and to me it seems like they are doing something very fraudulent here. I would like to stop the sale completely so that I could hire an attorney or if your company ( CFPB ) can provide a good one or recommend one so that I could have them investigate this matter and resolve this fraud. Please give me some time to do so.

Consumer Complaint: I was denied for HAMP program on XXXX/XXXX/2015 ( See attached letter ). My attorney requested the NPV chart tied to that Making Home Affordable Program ( HAMP ) review and Ocwen states I was not denied for NPV so they are not required to issue the NPV chart to the me. If I was actually reviewed for HAMP, then I want the NPV chart to make sure the correct values were used as I believe I qualify. The only conclusion I can come to is that Ocwen is blocking me from review for HAMP and HAMP 2. or the investor of myloan is not partivipating in HAMP. However, Ocwen states my investor is participating in HAMP and that I was reviewed for HAMP and I simply do not qualify. My attorney has run the NPV on check my NPV web site and it comes back positive ( See attached ). I do understand that there are variables that can change with each investor, but I do not understand why Ocwen refuses to give me the NPV and disclose the numbers they used in the HAMP review. Ocwen is evading issuing me the NPV chart after denying me for HAMP and HAMP 2. My attorney believes the program ( HAMP ) requires servicers to issue the NPV chart if they deny a borrower for the HAMP program. I was offered a regular modification with worse terms than I would be offered with HAMP. It appears Ocwen is doing this on purpose and they are unwilling to review me for HAMP and isssue the actual ( NPV ) findings solely to offer me a worse deal with worse terms which I can not afford.

Consumer Complaint: I have filed complaint after complaint. Ocwen started threatening me with foreclosure due to a second mortgage that was discharged in bankruptcy. I was advised by the bankruptcy attorneys to refile bankruptcy to stop the foreclosure until they could correct the error they made in not filing the lien strip even though the money was discharged. I did just that. I wrote the courts and advised I was paying monthly to the courts even though my debts were discharged. To no avail. The case was dismissed several months ago. Now Ocwen wants the entire balance paid. On XXXX XXXX 2015 I called Ocwen and asked for a payment arrangement. The agent did n't ask any financial information but told me I had to pay XXXX in 2 days and another XXXX in 3 weeks and XXXX monthly. I could do that. I asked for the XXXX. I was told it would be sent out on XXXX/XXXX/15. I called Ocwen a week a letter asking for the modification packet. I was told it was sent out. I asked what address it was sent to. The agent gave me an erroneous address. I stated that back in XXXX I updated my address with Ocwen. I advised them I had the employee repeat the address twice and he got it correct. I advised I did n't receive the packet. Someone changed the address in the system. The employee advised it was faxed to me. I stated I do n't have a fax nor did I provide a number. He then stated oh it was mailed. As of today I have n't received it. I asked Ocwen what did they mail out to me. They mailed out foreclosure papers. I advised I did n't get anything because the purposefully sent it to Georgia. I asked if it was certified they stated yes. But could n't state who signed for it. I advised them i felt it was illegal to try to deny me the right to keep my home and foreclose without my knowledge. I set up a payment arrangement today. When I received the email it was entirely different than what we agreed on. I am pleading with CFPB please look into this. I a. Doing my part. I advised the agent I will take out money out of my XXXX for the town payment. He said ok as long as I could make the payment. I am willing to make an arrangement and request a modification but Ocwen is not working with me even though it 's there actions that have caused this situation.

Consumer Complaint: I have been experiencing ongoing challenges while trying to honor my agreements with my lender, i.e., discrepancies in the amount indicated on the company 's website vs. what is actually owed, the ongoing receipt of Past Due Notices in spite of making all of my agreed upon payments on time, the mistaken report to the credit bureaus regarding my payments and finally, hours and hours spent on the phone with the company 's representatives without resolution.

Consumer Complaint: In XXXX due to my medical debts as well as those of my mother who was suffering from XXXX XXXX XXXX I obtained a mortgage on property I owned in XXXX XXXX Georgia through XXXX XXXX mortgage who then sold it to Ocwen Loan Servicing , LLC . Despite Ocwen taking additional money for insurance and taxes on the property they refused to pay those saying I had not requested it in the original application ( Unusual, in that they were building an escrow for me just for that purpose ). I lost my job in XXXX, just a few months after obtaining the loan. I fell behind with payments as my resources dwindled, and on XXXX occasions, the last being in XXXX of XXXX, the property fell into default and Ocwen began to file papers to sell the property. With the passing of my mother due to XXXX XXXX and my inability to find work I had to move out of that property and let another family move into it to pay the mortgage, insurance and taxes. The property is not worth enough to pay off the mortgage even if sold. I am not able to live there, which said property has been in my family since XXXX, and the fact that I still own the property makes me ineligible for many types of public assistance.
