Consumer Complaint: I wrote this agency XX/XX/XXXX with complaints against Ocwen Loan Servicing. They responded at that time with assistance. Since that time their costumer service toward me and my family has decreased significantly. Today XX/XX/XXXX I checked my credit report and found my credit score has decreased XXXX points in the ast month due to reporting of Ocwen. At this time I am requesting they cease faulty reporting of payments. I contacted them XX/XX/XXXX to request a change in the payment date of the loan but they refused. Ocwen has continued to provide poor servicing of this loan since they received in in the bankruptcy of GMAC. It is unfair to have your credit screwed up by these incompetent individuals.

I have just recieved a call today from XXXX XXXX Relationship Manager from Ocwen Loan stating that my case was already been acted upon after a very long time. It is you and your office that make them listen and do what is really right and fair for my case. I am already getting ready to file a legal case with Ocwen but I am glad I did contact CFPB first. I also realized by doing a litigation, it will cause me money and have to wait for a long time again for a resolution. I am very glad I did n't have to do that option anymore. This thing happened because of your assistance. I believed the only thing I am waiting is for them to do an accurate credit reporting, which I do understand will happen perhaps in the next 30 days. Consumer Complaint: Ocwen Loan Servicing LLC continues to threaten additional servicing fees for the purpose of adding insurance I already have. On XXXX/XXXX/15 I sent the first Qualified Written Request under RESPA answering their requests for insurance dated XXXX/XXXX/15, XXXX/XXXX/15, and XXXX/XXXX/15. Required documents were submitted but I never received 60 day response ( nor acknowledgement ). On XXXX/XXXX/15 I sent another Qualified Written Request under RESPA in response to Ocwen 's revived demand for insurance dated XXXX/XXXX/15. All requested documents were sent again. Now in a letter dated XXXX/XXXX/15, Ocwen threatens to tag on an additional {$620.00} yearly to servicing fees for insurance I already have. They claim they do not have evidence of insurance coverage, even though I sent it multiple times to their designated fax number ( XXXX ) XXXX. My transmittal confirmation sheets show their receipt. The internet is full of consumer complaints about Ocwen, suggesting habit and custom on the part of Ocwen 's ongoing servicing violations.

Ocwen after being served notice of Rescission, TILA in Rescission and Billing Error Notice, alleges to have sold the loan to another debt collector without providing any disclosures in compliance with federal law. When I called several time inquiry about the deed I got no response, just shifting me from one department to another. Next a Sheriff appeared to evict me from my hone, with a sticking type paper. When I inquired she said, " You got to get out :. I was absolutely deviated, where I felt that XXXX was the only solution. However, friends rallied around me, and that day I went to the court ( XXXX ) to file an appeal. I was asked to submit a letter, to the judge explaining my situation. A week later I received notice for a hearing XX/XX/2015. Where I appeared before the judge, but the lawyer representing XXXX, XXXX, XXXX law firm, did n't allow me to get a word in edgewise.. However, since the complaint process was completed by your organization Litton continues to send me documents concerning Foreclosures. Ocwen is very deceptive they send you a certain report concerning the complaint ; and on the other hand they forward me different documents that they do not share with you. In fact Ocwen did forward me a document stating that the total outstanding amount of my mortgage is {$750000.00} After your agency initiated the process of investigation I received a statement from Ocwen stating that the total outstanding amount was {$390.00}, XXXX. In contrast the latest statement that I received from Ocwen states that my total outstanding mortgage amount is {$300.00}, XXXX. On Friday, XXXX XXXX, 2015, I received papers from XXXX concerning a foreclosure. All these documents that I receive from Ocwen only serve to confuse and upset me. Specially when you consider the fact that I never requested to do business with them. My mortgage loan was transferred to them from XXXX XXXX. I need some assistance and support in dealings with this very " fraudulent '' organization. I do not want them to foreclose my home. Ocwen needs to feel the full effect of the law and discontinue their deceptive practices. Ocwen was already taken to court by Florida 's Attorney General XXXX XXXX and found culpable and not adhering to lawful practices in the mortgage servicing. Kindly, assist me.
