Consumer Complaint: According to the Credit Reports I have an open Mortgage Account with your company. OCWEN At one time I had a XXXX and XXXX Mortgage with GMAC Mortgage. It was for a property at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX VA XXXX. That property was sold XX/XX/XXXX and all notes paid off. The HELOC was paid off XX/XX/XXXX. While the XXXX Mortgage was report as paid off and the XXXX was apparently not. Since GMAC went under and your company bought the what was left, I now have an open Mortgage listed with your company. After everything was paid off, I no longer have the original documents with account numbers

I 'm now waiting for the county checks office to enter it into the records and send me a letter stating that fact.

Consumer Complaint: I purchased a XXXX home loan from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX, made payments constantly until crash of XX/XX/XXXX, missed 5 payments in a row. during the time I was unemployed my mortgage servicer transferred from XXXX to XXXX. XXXX, sent me, as they have done others, a package for modification of a loan, and upon filing the paperwork out, and also being employed again, XXXX systematically and continually denied a home loan modification or refinance option. XXXX, due to bad publicity and muilti-state claims sold the loan to XXXX, who have continually done the same thing. Over 30 faxes, and over 25 emails, my account has been locked accoring to an XXXX representative attending a home free usa workshop, two months ago. All XXXX has done is rack up interest, penalty, debt without offering and approving either a modification, refinance, or allow payments to be made on the loan. Over $ XXXX in interest and penalty. XXXX refers homeowners to government agencies such as XXXX XXXX XXXX, who take all of your information, and resubmit your information back to XXXX! How many others have experienced this level of fraud!

Consumer Complaint: After the demand was made for the necessary interior BPO for the short sale on my house, Ocwen hired XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( not XXXX ) to do a mock appraisal of it. I had to beg the young ( XXXX year old ) non-broker ( who was probably not an inspector of any kind ) to take pictures. ( I saw the young man delete pictures from his phone before he left the premises, and they definitely looked like my interior house photos. [ Although, it may be that he did so after uploading them to a server ] ). I scheduled the BPO not realizing that our real estate agent could n't be there at that moment. Our broker-salesperson said based on the description of the incident and the very, very incomplete submission she and the buyer got word of, that he was probably a " runner '' ; a non-appraiser hired cheaply by the actual inspector to " run though '' the dirty work for that person 's convenience / opportunity to close more inspections in a shorter period for a higher income. Our broker and the buyer came in a couple more times to take their own pictures to be submitted to the bank and my XXXX Hope Program attorney. A pending complaint was launched with the DLLR. We know that Ocwen will try to get what they want ( as opposed to what 's equitable ) by any means. The inflated price they attached could have scared off the buyer had he not been able to negotiate skillfully. What 's at the crux of this is that we just found out that no one gets a copy of the BPO except for Ocwen and the bank, XXXX. We would have ( despite the expense ) put in for a BPO with someone we hired had we known that Ocwen could / would doctor the results to fit their own agenda. And the revised sale contract for the new amount on the house removes the provision of up to 90 days given at the buyer 's discretion for us to vacate the property. The previous contract made that provision. Also, we have found out about Dual Tracking, which definitely appears to have been done in our case.

Consumer Complaint: I once owned a home at XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, IN. I moved out my house around early XXXX due to it being placed up for auction while I was working with a company to do a short sale so as to avoid foreclosure even after having the house on the market for months. Litton Loan Servicing led me to believe they were working with the company in this effort. I still had several pieces of property in the house when I returned home to find people in my house saying they had just bought the house in an auction. I became very very despondent and depressed. So now the economy is going up in flames I lose my job about 2 years later and during the time I 'm living in a XXXX bedroom apartment I watched other people get help with their struggles of keeping homes. Programs are developed to help people but I 'm left to eventually filed bankruptcy in XXXX. I did n't think anything of it when people spoke about lawsuits and prime lenders and other things. But i am currently searching for information on my situation resulting from Litton Loan Servicing who held my mortgage. Please assist with any information possible.

Consumer Complaint: I have been behind my mortgage. I always pay prior to the 90th day past due. I paid my full payment to Ocwen financial on XXXX XXXX, 2016, XXXX XXXX, 2016, and XXXX XXXX, 2016. I sent these payments XXXX XXXX and have a receipt for the payments. I received a note in the mail from Ocwen stating that they had not received a payment from me since the XXXX XXXX, 2016 payment and that I am now over 120 days past due. They show that my other payments are in a " suspense '' account and did not apply them to the loan. When I spoke to them they said it had something to do with a loan modification ; however, I never agreed to, asked for, or signed anything regarding a loan modification. The lady I spoke with is part of an escalation department and could not answer my questions or apply the payments that they are holding in suspense. Should did verify that they had over XXXX dollars in this suspense fund. The normal monthly payment is XXXX dollars. I feel that they are trying to force me into foreclosure. I need help.

Consumer Complaint: Ocwen Loan Servicing has been charging me for Insurance of my home when I am paying the home insurance outside of my loan. 2nd ; Ocwen Loan Servicing charged me more than I owe on my Bankruptcy Chapter XXXX case. Also charged me over {$3000.00} for Asset Preservation during my bankruptcy. 3rd. Ocwen Loan Servicing took a copy of my signature to produce a Legal documentation ( Modification of my loan ) filed in the Deed Records ; supposedly in front of a notary which is false. 4th. Ocwen Loan Servicing did not give me credit for money orders paid by me which I can show that they were cashed by them. They have tried to foreclosure on my home several time.

Consumer Complaint: I had XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. I called them before and after XXXX to ask what we could do. I am self employed and would have no income for about 6 weeks. They kept telling me they could n't help me until I was 2 months behind in payments. But I called in XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX to see if we could do anything. So we got 2 months behind so they could help us. So we started a loan modification process. In XX/XX/XXXX I tried to make a payment and they would not take less than 3 months worth of payments!! I ca n't understand that! But they said I assure you there is no need to worry we will add it to the modification and it will be fine. I asked them about it every time we talked. Same answer and they would n't let us pay anything! I also got concerned because they kept stalling on getting modification complete. They needed this then that and some things they ask for over and over until time ran out! No worry ma'am we will start a new process just turn everything in again!! And again no worries about payments. Well I should 've trusted my gut because they called XX/XX/XXXX and said we are sorry your modification has been denied because you have too much equity in your home. This loan is too small for a modification!!! We had just received a foreclosure letter from a company saying Ocwen had turned us over to them. I asked about it and he said again I assure you it will not go into forclosure! ( That was before we were denied ) and now after working hard to pay off our house for 25 years they have put us in foreclosure!! I just ca n't believe it. And I ca n't believe they wo n't do anything to help us get current. 7 months of them not taking any money!! We do n't have that kind of money! I forgot to say this is our XXXX mortgage. First mortgage is current and with XXXX. We wanted to try to consolidate the XXXX loans but no bank can give us a loan because of damage of not making payments for 7 months!! There has to be something to help us save our house. This is so unfair!
