Consumer Complaint: It was brought to my attention on XXXX2016 when my insurance company called me at work that they have not receive the XXXX renewal payment. They also advise me they had sent the lender a 30day notice of the renewal payment. The insurance company put me on hold but then had to call me back. And when they called me back they advised me the lender advised them they are sending a over night check to them for Friday, ( which is the cut date,XX/XX/XXXX2016, for my insurance renewal ). I advise the insurance I would call the lender in the morning to confirm the funds would be going out. My lender did not send my insurance company my payment for my renewal of my homeowner insurance on time due to that they updated their system and lost the data information for the insurance company for my home. I was advised this per a service manager that I spoke on XXXX/XXXX/2016. I was also advised " Sorry, but there was nothing they can do, maybe you can pay a monthly payment so you wo n't lose your insurance ''. I pay extra to have my XXXX and taxes include in my payment in my mortgage payment and the lender is going to ask me to put out more money for their error. The lender had lied to the insurance company. I was advise by the service manager that it would take XXXX 7 days before any funds could be directed out, and by that time my policy will have been canceled. I asked my lender again ; " How can you help me as your borrower, your customer since this is your error, your mistake ''? They told me ; " We are sorry, there is nothing we can do, but you have 90 days to get your insurance information to us ''. I need help please, someone needs to do something!

Consumer Complaint: I have tried repeatedly to obtain a mortgage modification from Ocwen, my mortgage servicing company. They have never offered any reduction in principal, have done their appraisal on the wrong house, and have denied me with no reason given. This is a short version of the ongoing ordeal. Giving up on a modification, I have been trying to do a Deed in Lieu for the last 9 months, with them dangling the promise of a relocation fee. They have delayed and goven me erroneous info over and over again, and have already forced me to reapply once because time had expired, even though the delay was due to actions on their part. Now a further reapply is about to occur, again because of erroneous info provided by them. It is maddening to deal with this company. I am certainly at fault for being behind in my payments on my mortgage, but it is them who have caused me to be so far behind with fees and charges and months and months and months of applying and being rejected for program after program, often with no reason given, and based on erroneous info provided by them. I have no idea if they are proceeding with foreclosure or not. I just want to resolve this issue. It is driving me crazy dealing with these incompetent, inconsistent people. One person tells me one thing and another tells me something else. Please help me if you can and tell me what I can do to deal with Ocwen and resolve the status of my home. This is certainly a short version of what has gone on over the last 3 years. Thank You XXXX XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: I had a loan with XXXX Bank. The loan was serviced by GMAC. They foreclosed illegally through a local attorney. I plied for a loan modification. They said I qualified. I just had to pay the {$17000.00} in missed payments to activate the modification. They then proceeded with the foreclosure process. They collected insurance, collected money from the sale of the property and got Federal Bailout money. Eight years ago when few people realized yet the extent of the mortgage meltdown and the extent of wrong doing by many banks it was difficult to get a fair shake. I had to leave my home of 16 years. Can anything be done now?

I contacted the state of Utah and they dont get the extra money either.

Consumer Complaint: on XXXX I was contacted by my mortgage company regarding the XXXX payment. I informed the agent that I pay by the end of each month and it was agreed upon to do a post dated XXXX XXXX phone pay for XXXX, there was also a {$19.00} fee. I was at home when I was doing this transaction. the agent told me he would send me a confirmation e-mail. when I returned to work the next day and reviewed my e-mail it indicated that I gave permission to debit on the XXXX of XXXX and I did not. The agent that I did not get paid until the end of the month.I called the mortgage company and they indicated the payment posted and I should be fine. a few days later I still show a balance in my checking and I called my mortgage company and was told that the check was returned. I will now have a delinquent credit report for XXXX and possibly a property inspection and a threat of foreclosure. I am quite upset as would anyone. I take my mortgage very seriously. I want {$19.00} fee back and I want my credit corrected ASAP or I will take legal actions. I knew this would happen because there seem to be a language barrier between I and the agent. I also want the recorded call pull for verification of this error.

Consumer Complaint: On XXXX XXXX 2016, I went onto the XXXX website to check my credit report and found, once again that Ocwen Loan Servicing has failed to report accurately to the credit bureaus. This has been an on going issue with Ocwen Loan servicing! Per XXXX, Ocwen failed to report to XXXX and possibly the other credit reporting agencies that we were current for the months of XXXX, XXXX, XXXX and XXXX 2016. Per Ocwen Loan Servicing website, it clearly reflects that Ocwen received XXXX 2016 payment on XXXX XXXX 2016. Ocwen also received XXXX 2016 payment on XXXX XXXX 2016, XXXX 2016 payment on XXXX XXXX 2016 and XXXX 2016 payment on XXXX XXXX 2016. Per Ocwen credit history report on us, it clearly reflects that Ocwen is reflecting for XXXX 2016 a " XXXX '' which means no payment history available this month! As you can see, this is inaccurate! Per Ocwen credit reporting on us, it clearly reflects the last time Ocwen reported to the credit bureaus which was on XXXX XXXX 2016. Now, Ocwen has failed to report and report accurately. As you can see with the attached documentation that Ocwen Loan Servicing failed to report accurately. Note : we recently tried to apply for a second home mortgage in Utah but with Ocwen failing to report accurately, this caused our bank to increase our rate from 3.85 % to 5.75 %. Our bank did not know if we paid Ocwen Loan Servicing for those months or not! By Ocwens actions, it can cause us to be denied credit or to have a higher interest rate.

Consumer Complaint: Ocwen Loan Servcing is refusing to pay for my insured 's hazard insurance from their escrow. This happens every year. To every client that we have that escrows through Ocwen. They refuse to pay until the policy actually cancels. At this time of year in Texas, this practice can be dangerous for our insured 's, ourselves, as well as the mortgage company. I have begun documenting every persons name, time of call, length of call, what was said and am now recording every single call to Ocwen. In XX/XX/XXXX, I filed a complaint against Ocwen and was sent an excuse letter from them. The letter stated that the first time I called on a bill that was due by XXXX/XXXX/XXXX was XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. They were billed on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. On XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, I spoke to " XXXX '' who told me that our agency did not have a payee code. On XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, I spoke to XXXX who said they had no record of our billing nor proof of insurance. This account took 6 more phone calls to collect. On XXXX XXXX, XXXX, we finally received payment. Our boss paid the reinstatement fees out of his own pocket as Ocwen refused to pay any more than what was originally billed to them on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. At the very least, these are reprehensible business practices. I never heard from anyone else regarding my complaint other than the " Ocwen Ombudsman '' who only gave excuses as to why this happened. At that time, they stated that we had been set up as a payee and our payment would be forthcoming. If we were set up as a payee in XX/XX/XXXX, why can they not pay the escrow in XX/XX/XXXX? PLEASE HELP ME AND OUR CLIENTS. This is getting very scary for all concerned with the exception of Ocwen.
