Consumer Complaint: ocwen has given me bad credit because they say I have not made payments when I have proff that I did.now I cant even get HARP help because they say you need 6 months of making payments and ocwen says I have n't when I have bank statements proving I have .so now I cant get gove.helpor get someone else to take my mortgage even though I made some times two payments a month.i am XXXX.i cant XXXX.i cry all the time.i lost my son and my husband in the last year.now I am going to lose my house.and no ome will help me.can I sue ocwen for putting me through this and making it so I cant even get HARP.my interest is over 10 percent.thats just plain criminal

Consumer Complaint: I became XXXX XXXX/XXXX/2016, was out of work and underwater with my mortgage so contacted Ocwen for assistance with HARP program, told do n't have that but will help me with HEMP. I advised Ocwen I was getting help from peers paying my mortgage so my credit score would not be affected, I provided all requested documents. During loan modification XXXX 2016-XXXX 2016 I experienced extreme frustration to get assistance.I was expected to provide documents in short periods, wait for followup calls, then asked to resubmit the same documents, sometimes more than once. I provided all documents requested. In XXXX 2016 Ocwen advised my modification was denied due to " I paid my mortgage on time, can only be approved once my mortgage is 6 mts late. However being 6 mts late does not guarantee approval ''. I have been misled by Ocwen and believe their process is not clear. I am aware Ocwen calls are recorded, which will show how I was misled. On further discussions with other lenders i was advise Ocwen does have the HARP program and should have assisted me. As of today XXXX/XXXX/16 I am still with Ocwen underwater with the mortgage, keep getting late fees and no assistance from them.

Consumer Complaint: This is my 3rd and hopefully my last Complaint. If OCWEN really wanted to help me, they would give me the time to get to a closing and not put the property on foreclosure sale only days prior to me concluding a deal and going to closing. Every time I get to a point of potential closing, I am thrown under the bus and put back for foreclosure. Now XXXX/XXXX/XXXX - 4 days before XXXX. I can not close by XXXX/XXXX/XXXX because in qualifying for a Reverse Mortgage I had to get married, Correct my credit, pay back Taxes and Provide additional income to prove I could pay for Taxes & insurance on or before time so as not to cause another foreclosure. I have sufficiently done so, but my Partner of 25+ years works as an XXXX jobs had to submit XXXX & XXXX Taxes although no Taxes were due because actual income was below Taxable amount for XXXX & XXXX.

Ocwen Servicing agreed to rescind the property foreclosure sale and modify my mortgage loan to lower my payment. My mortgage has been modified, but Ocwen is reporting on my credit report Foreclosure redeemed. That is incorrect information that has reported to the credit bureau 's. I would appreciate your assistance in this urgent matter. This information on my credit report has hindered my employment opportunities.

Consumer Complaint: My wife and I have a first and second mortgage through Ocwen. Our mortgages went through a loan modification a few years ago under which XXXX of the terms declared that upon sale of the loan ( or refinance ) we would be subject to a fee of 25 % of the current appraised value of the home minus the amount owed on the mortgage. However, the fee of 25 % could be reduced based upon improvements completed on the home after the modification of the mortgage. We submitted the appropriate invoices for work that met the criteria of reducing the 25 % fee and we were denied by Ocwen citing that they " could not verify the invoices. '' The 25 % fee totals close to $ 25XXXX and the invoiced improvements total close to $ 20XXXX. We know the improvements to our property are valid improvements based upon the IRS regulations XXXX XXXX ; XXXX and do not expect to pay {$20000.00} to Ocwen because they simply " could not verify the invoices. ''

Consumer Complaint: I was approved both by XXXX ( owner of my loan ) and my servicer Ocwen for a loan modification on XX/XX/2016 ( Attached ) trial that went from XX/XX/2016 to XX/XX/2016. I made all of my required trial payments on time. Then in XXXX Ocwen stated they made an error on the first trial and issued me a revised trial dated XX/XX/2016 that went from XX/XX/2016 to XX/XX/2016. I made all of these trial payments on time. Then in XXXX Ocwen stated they could not issue the final modification documents until they cancelled out my first trial that was issued in error. So I kept paying my trial payments for the months XX/XX/2016, XX/XX/2016, XX/XX/2016 and XX/XX/2016. This last week my attorney who I hired to help me with this process advised me that Ocwen now states that they have cancelled both trials. My attorney states Ocwen makes mistakes like this all the time and what we believe happened is that they were only supposed to cancel out the first trial and they ended up cancelling both trials. I have now been paying trial payments since XX/XX/2016. Ocwen has messed up my modification process now two times and I am now back in foreclosure without any explanation from Ocwen except that they are working on it. My attorney has been calling them every month since XXXX and if we did not file this complaint Ocwen would just ignore their mistake until my house foreclosed. According to my attorney Ocwen can not put me into a trial unless I am already fully approved. Obviously Ocwen is violating the guidelines and they are also argumentative with my attorney every time they call. XXXX is even stepping in advising Ocwen to offer the modification. According to XXXX the modification has been approved since XX/XX/2016 and they have no idea what Ocwen is doing all this time.
