Consumer Complaint: Due to a loss of income i have reached out several times to HSBC to reduce my mortgage rate. all they have been doing is extending the term which is putting me in more and more death. i can not understand why as a consumer trying to do the right thing and not fall behind on my mortgage they are not able to assist me. All i want is a permanent fixed low interest rate. I have even hired lawyers spend money, and all lawyers tell me is that its difficult with HSBC you have to fall behind for them to reduce your rate. My credit is already not good, i have credit deaths so why would i want to increase that i also have a kid that i have to show some sort of example for. Why when im trying to do the right thing and not fall behind i am unable to get the necessary to have a roof over my daughter head. I am sure im not the only consumer having this issue.

Consumer Complaint: I had set up a direct payment of monthly mortgage from my brokerage account. OCwen was pulling payment from the account. I moved the brokerage account and set up an auto payment EFT TO Ocwen. They did not stop trying to pull from the old account after being notified of the new account. The mortgage was being paid from the new account but now they have put a restriction on the mortgage and want payment by bank check or money order EVEN thought the mortgage has been paid each month on time from the new account. Ca n't get it resolved with there " customer service ''. Frustrating

Consumer Complaint: I emailed a copy of the XXXX agreement to Ocwen on XXXX XXXX, XXXX. Also after emailing the document, I MAILED ( the same day ) the original signed document and a CHECK for the amount of the XXXX XXXX, XXXX Payment. The check still has n't cleared and also I received another request for the signed document, almost 2 weeks after I mailed it. I have now UPLOADED the document directly the page, but I do n't want to make the payment online because last time I did that, they cashed the check I sent ( said they did n't have ) the VERY NEXT DAY and double hit my account, causing other items to bounce. I feel like this is some kind of game they play with modifications so they can deny them. This is my second modification with Ocwen because they said the same XXXX the first time. Even though I made ALL the trial payments, I never mailed the signed contract in. You can go back through my history of complaints and see that we have been through this before. I provided all the documents and they still made up go back through this process again.

Consumer Complaint: Our Original Mortgage was purchased with XXXX XXXX Bank XXXX Georgia and later was sold to a third party mortgage management company by the name of Ocwen Loan Servicing , LLC . Ocwen collects our property taxes on our monthly dues and place them on a escrow account. At the end of the tax year, they are supposed to used that money from this escrow account to paid our property taxes. Ocwen has failed to paid our property taxes on time and we are receiving delinquent tax notice from the Tax Commissioner Office. We are also been fine by the tax commissioner office for not making the payment on time. Trying to resolve this matter with Ocwen leads to a costumer service call center phone line in the country of XXXX, were they reading a script from a computer screen, and blame the costumer for the problem. Ocwen official written letters confirmed that they are ; collecting the money in a escrow account, that they are legally bind to paid our taxes from the escrow account, that they are fully aware of the property taxes payment due date, as well as to who and where the payment should be addressed to. Ocwen tarnishing our credit score and records by paying our property taxes on time as specified in our original mortgage contract with XXXX XXXX Bank XXXX Georgia.

Consumer Complaint: I have been receiving calls from Ocwen Loan Servicing since XX/XX/XXXX. Every time I pick of the phone and answer. The call is disconnected. On XX/XX/XXXX I received a call from Ocwen Loan Servicing Agent Id # XXXX who advised me before listening or answering my questions stated, " That this is an attempt to collect, any information obtain would be used for that purpose. '' I immediately advised the agent that Ocwen had called me no less than 5 times in the past 10 days and that was harassment. The Agent respond and stated, " According to state law we can call and collect like this according to state law, and that it was also in my contract that was signed with Ocwen. '' I immediately requested a copy of the contract with my signature that allows them to do this and I also requested them to verbally provide me the state law that allows them to do this. The agent immediately placed me on hold for about 5 minutes and came back and stated that they were mistaken according to the FDCPA they were allowed to call like this. I immediately pressed the representative once again and asked what state law or statute allowed for him to contact me and harass me they way that I was being harassed? The representative was not able to give me a definitive answer. I advised the representative that I would be filing a complaint and that I would like a copy of the contract with my signature that states that they can contact me the way that had been contact me. At that point I terminated the call. I pay Ocwen every month and my mortgage is always paid by the last day of the month. I pay the late fee without complaining. There is no reason for this organization that already charges me {$15.00} in late fees and {$12.00} to pay to call me every other day harassing me about a bill that initially when the calls started I was n't even 2 days late. As a consumer this is unfair that I have to deal with these individuals who can barely speak English and then why I push them to provide me information they are unsuccessful. This is not fair nor right and something needs to be done. This organization is using words such as State Law to attempt to threaten consumers, because I am an individual who will challenge anyone whom I think is lying or is speaking in half truths. If average individual who may not like confrontation this organization could potentially being doing some shady things.

Consumer Complaint: My approved loan modification agreement did not reflect the adjusted payments outlined in a letter I received from Ocwen stating that my payments would decrease after my trial modification payments were received. I began making the agreed trial modification payments on XXXX XXXX, XXXX. After successfully making all three trial payments, my payments were to decrease approx. {$250.00} effective XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. I contacted Ocwen to inform them that the loan modification documents that I received, and I have yet to sign, instead reflected an increased payment amount of approx. {$250.00}. I was instructed from Ocwen 's servicing department to contact Ocwen 's research team via written correspondence explaining my concern. I faxed my written concern to their research team on XXXX XXXX, XXXX, along with the supporting statements from Ocwen that clearly outlines the lower payment amount. To date, Ocwen has not responded to my concerns. Instead, after successfully making all XXXX trial payments, Ocwen has denied my loan modification as of XXXX XXXX, XXXX. I have contacted Ocwen on a number of occasions just to be tossed to and fro from various persons posing as servicing managers. I will contact legal representation to assist me in my pursuit of retaining my approved loan modification and at the lower payment outlined in Ocwen 's attached letter dated XXXX XXXX, XXXX. Ocwen 's continues to present itself as a fraudulent practice!

Consumer Complaint: We are fighting to keep our home. I sent in a QWR and OCWEN in return just made a document dump and sent me a box with thousands of documents ... there is no way of understanding what document goes with what question, hence I feel OCWEN is not in compliance with RESPA. Below is what I sent to them to comply. Best regards. XXXX XXXX Attn : XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX Loan Number : XXXX Ocwen Loan Servicing , LLC Lady and Gentleman. I received on XX/XX/2016 the box of documents that the Research department provided from my request through the Qualified Written Request to you dated XX/XX/2016. After going through the documents you provided and trying to match them up with the specific questions asked in the QWR, it is clear that all that was done, on your end wasa document dump of everything inthe file for this property. There is no way that any person could verify questions in the QWR to specific documents that you provided and I find that you are not in compliance in spirit or deed with the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, 12 U.S.C. Section 2605 ( e ). What I require is, you to take question by question in the QWR and match a document to each question you believe reflects it 's answer. You will have to make a " KEY '' like " A1, A2, A3, A4 and match question to document so one can understand what you are communicating. We have a lot at stake here, so lets at least be professional about it. Best regards. ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ..XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXXXXXX XXXX
