With all of the medical expenses, I was forced to refinance and an online broker filled out the paperwork so I would qualify for their XXXX XXXX. I was desperate and sick. I was being charged up to XX/XX/XXXX XXXX % on a house that was under water! The loan was bot and sold many times to different ( Loan Servicing Companies " Debt Collectors '' ) I finally was able to receive a Loan Mod. From XXXX ( Really Crooked ) that took about a year and a half! It was affordable at first, but now the interest rate is making it unaffordable again! The loan now is owned by Ocwen Loan Servicing ( More Crooked than Any Debt Collector )! Impossible to deal with! In XX/XX/XXXX I sent a Certified Letter & Claim re : The XXXX and the original DEED that was fraudulentl from the start. It was made by XXXX Mortgage in XX/XX/XXXX Ocwen has never replied the XX/XX/XXXX Certified Mail. All they have done is send me copies of the original Loan Modification Documents and avoid/ignore the fraudulent claim against them! They are stalling because my house is now longer under water and they would love to own it! I am now XXXX years old and try to work as much as I can, but I 've had a XXXX, I 've had over XXXX in my lifetime and still do have XXXX removed about every XXXX months, due to a compromised Immune system from trans plant. Consumer Complaint: After Hurricane XXXX, I contacted Ocwen to inquire about disaster assistance. I was given four months and told the payments would be put on the back end of my loan. Today, I received a call form Ocwen asking if I had been affected by the Hurricane. I feel that Ocwen should have known this already, because you have a file on me. The conversation went on, and I was told I never sent the forbearance agreement back. I never received anything in the mail requiring my signature and stated this. According to Ocwen as of today, I need to make payment arrangements for the months granted the forbearance. Its shows I am behind on my payments to Ocwen. This is a scam, they never sent paperwork and now state it too late to resend it. Why did you wait so long to notify me or ask if they were ever delivered, was my question. I have not gotten a response, however they begged me not to contact you. This company is not forthright with important information and has a history of deceptive practices. This should not have an adverse affect on my credit, due to their deceptive practices and ineffective record keeping. I would like to have these added to the ended of my loan as agreed upon in the beginning and the opportunity to sign the paperwork reportedly sent months ago.

Consumer Complaint: I have a mortgage with Ocwen Loan Servicing on a house in XXXX Louisiana. XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX Louisiana experienced massive flooding. My house in XXXX was flooded. It took me several months to secure a disaster relief loan, but I finally recieved XXXX and began to renovate the house. Today ( XX/XX/XXXX ) my contractor called me to state that he could not get into the house because a company called XXXX put lock boxes on the doors to the house!! I called XXXX and found out that they are a restoration company and a subsidary of Ocwen Loan Co. They claimed that they have been going by the house and it is " unoccupied ''. The house is unoccupied because it is being renovated by my contractor after being flooded! I am currently 2 months behind on my rent due to extenuating circumstances, but I will fully catch up this month. Ocwen has violated the laws in several ways 1 ) They NEVER contacted via email OR mail to ask me the status of my property. 2 ) They house is NOT in foreclosure. It is still my legal property and they had no right to put any thing on my property without my consent 3 ) The house is not abandoned, it is actively being renovated after flooding. 4 ) I am simply two months behind, they have NO RIGHT to do anything to property that is not legally theirs.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX2017 Ocwen received my monthly payment for XXXX 2017 in the amount of {$2600.00}. ( my payment for XXXX 2017 is in the amount of {$1100.00} ) On Ocwens website on XXXX2017 I noticed that Ocwen never applied the EXTRA {$1500.00} I sent in towards the principal. Ocwen never applied any part of the {$1500.00} to my loan at all. ( I do n't know where that money went? ) The principal balance of my loan for the month of XXXX 2017 was {$140000.00} and on XX/XX/XXXX2017 Ocwens website says that the principal balance on my loan is {$130000.00}. That is only a difference of {$460.00}. The total amount that should of been applied to the principal of my loan should of been {$1500.00} PLUS my regular principal payment of {$460.00} add those XXXX numbers together and you get {$1900.00}. You take the {$1900.00} and subtract it from the principal balance owed in XXXX 2017, {$140000.00} and you get the amount of the principal balance owed going into XXXX 2017 which is {$130000.00}.

Consumer Complaint: Deposition attached evidence of XXXX attorney " XXXX XXXX '' spoon feeding questions to his robo-whitness during my deposition attached. Ocwen is scum of the earth committing fraud against me and all its corrupt signals all over our country. Ocwen Robo-Witnesses Have No First-Hand Knowledge Of Homeowner 's Mortgage The law firm representing XXXX Bank XXXX XXXX XXXX in a Florida foreclosure action are demanding that the homeowner 's attorney, XXXX XXXX be removed from the case because XXXX accused XXXX Bank of using Ocwen Robo-Witnesses in foreclosure cases. XXXX alleges the expert witnesses from Ocwen Financial, who is servicing the loan for XXXX Bank XXXX XXXX XXXX, have no first hand knowledge of the homeowners mortgage and are told what to say in court by Ocwen executives. Three days later, XXXX allegations of Ocwen Robo-Witnesses being used by XXXX Bank and Ocwen appeared in the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Attorneys from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX who are representing the former XXXX, are fuming mad about the article that detailed how XXXX Bank 's servicer on the loan, Ocwen provides scripts to its unqualified witnesses to crush homeowner defenses and allegations of improper conduct by financial services sector employees. XXXX provided the Daily business Review with XXXX questions and answers prepared by XXXX XXXX, a former XXXX XXXX attorney who represented Ocwen in the case against his clients, XXXX and XXXX XXXX, in 2013, as proof the lender coached " robo-witnesses '' with no first-hand knowledge of mortgage details. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX allege XXXX sought to influence the outcome of the trial by publicly disclosing privileged information inadvertently provided to him. They also accused XXXX of releasing the information in a ploy to discredit XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, the XXXX law firm that handled the litigation in 2013 before XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX took over the case. In his XXXX XXXX motion, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX attorney XXXX XXXX requested the judge block XXXX and the XXXX from introducing the documents in court and filed a motion to disqualify XXXX Legal from the case. The dispute apparently started when XXXX accused XXXX XXXX, a former attorney for Ocwen of improperly spoon-feeding questions and answers to unqualified records custodians testifying in foreclosure cases against Florida homeowners. Ice provided the media with XXXX questions and answers prepared by XXXX XXXX, a former XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX attorney who represented Ocwen in 2013, as proof the lender coached the so-called Ocwen Robo-Witnesses who had no first-hand knowledge of mortgage details. The cheat sheet detailing an in-house witness preparation strategy was accidentally emailed to XXXX during a discovery disclosure in 2013 when the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX was still involved. XXXX told the XXXX XXXX XXXX that he discussed the documents detailing the use of Ocwen Robo-Witnesses with the previous attorneys and later and later with the attorneys from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to ensure the email contained no privileged client information. In his defense, XXXX claims that opposing counsel did n't assert privilege as required by Florida XXXX XXXX XXXX Procedure until after the article was published. XXXX told the Daily Business Review, " We 're taking the position that it was n't privileged. The act of trying to disqualify XXXX Legal is pointless. It 's just trying to get even with us for letting the world know what they 're doing. You ca n't protect future fraud on the court by way of attorney-client privilege. ''

Consumer Complaint: I am disputing Ocwen 's account that my realtor and the buyer 's realtor could provide {$1500.00} each to me for my relocation fee as long as it was not on the XXXX form. That does n't make sense because they never provided a means by which the fee could be allocated to me. When XXXX XXXX, my realtor spoke to me he was uncertain how to make that happen if it could not be addressed on the XXXX form ... .also the paragraph from XXXX XXXX, 2016 that XXXX informed Ocwen to move forward without incentive is untrue. I never gave consent to that and there is nothing in writing to that consent. I needed the money to move. This response does not address the relocation funds from my initial complaint from case # XXXX ... I have submitted another offer for the short sale at $ XXXX and learned that the negotiator is still refusing to pay the relocation money which contradicts what is in the contents of the attached letter. Ocwens ' response did not address my concerns. I need the relocation fee to move.

Consumer Complaint: I have logged previous complaints, reference # XXXX and XXXX. I signed my mortgage note in XX/XX/XXXX with XXXX, OCWEN purchased it in XXXX XXXX. In the note that I signed, there was no escrow, I was responsible for my property taxes and homeowner insurance. I have complied with the terms of my note to date. I pay my mortgage every month, I have paid property taxes and insurance. OCWEN has added charges and fees to my account that have nothing to do with my mortgage payment. In XX/XX/XXXX OCWEN stopped accepting my mortgage payments, every month I sent in what they returned plus the current month. After XXXX months, they accepted my payment in the amount of {$6900.00}. I requested a loan modification. The terms of the modification were XXXX % apr, account by law must be escrowed and at the end of the XXXX ( XXXX ) years a balloon payment of over {$38000.00} was due. When I stated that I would not accept those terms, OCWEN started returning my payments. The principal balance due on this loan is {$93000.00}. OCWEN states that pay off amount is {$100000.00}, the difference being {$10000.00}. Including XX/XX/XXXX 's mortgage payment, {$5400.00} is due leaving a balance of {$5000.00} which are charges and fees that have nothing to do with mortgage payments, OCWEN has initiated foreclosure proceedings. How is it that OCWEN can report to the credit bureau that my mortgage payments are behind when every month that I send in my payment, they return it unsubstantiated. My last payment of {$4600.00} for the months XX/XX/XXXX through XX/XX/XXXX was returned. In addition to returning mortgage payments, there are XXXX years of duplicate taxes with the county, the last installment for XX/XX/XXXX, OCWEN paid twice. I am requesting that the situation be investigated. I have adhered to the contractual commitment that I signed. I have paid my mortgage, property taxes and insurance as required. How is it that OCWEN can report negatively to the credit bureau and initiate foreclosure proceedings.
