Consumer Complaint: Ocwen Loan Servicing had me agree to a trial period for modification. At the end of the trial period, I received a notice that I would need to pay over {$3000.00} to reinstate my loan. I submitted needed documents and I feel like I was mislead in the way it was handled. By them having me pay the schedule that they set up, I should not be behind anymore and my mortgage should me now current. However, they did not do that. They put me under a trial modification and then at the end told me I did n't qualify with no explanation other than an issue with the title that had nothing to do with me personally. I submitted the appropriate documents to them and they are still trying to charge me over {$3000.00} to get my loan reinstated. I was only behind XXXX payments of {$740.00} to begin with and then they had me skip a month before beginning the modification which was another {$740.00}. By my calculation, I should only be behind the two months I did n't pay seeing that they had me skip a month for the modification. I am a single mother of XXXX and working XXXX XXXX jobs trying to stay afloat. I can not afford to loose my home. PLEASE HELP

Consumer Complaint: I own my home free and clear. Pretender lender loan servicer " Ocwen Loan Servicing '' using its cozy relationship with XXXX and XXXX, using fraudulent trustee sales that was taking place in just days as a weapon to coerce me into signing a increased none negotiable fraudulent {$750000.00} loan modification settlement in order to save my home from being auctioned off by crooked shady Ocwen 's buddy XXXX in just days. Then Ocwen and its crooked lawyer " XXXX XXXX '' would not allow me the right to have a congressional hearing before congress to tell my story about all the years of being under severe stress by these companies servicing 's abuses which has caused me serious health troubles, serious harm. Now, after Ocwen, XXXX and XXXX all threatened with fraudulent trustee sales, Ocwen is now using pretender lender loan servicer impounds account as another weapon, forcing my private homeowners insurance into the pretender servicers phony impound account. I paid my private homeowners insurance policy in full because I own my home free and clear. I received a refund from my homeowners insurance company. Pretender lender loan servicer Ocwen Loan Servicing, pretender beneficiary XXXX and pretender trustee services XXXX, all have committed fraud against me. I have evidence of Ocwen putting years of forced placed insurance policies on the pretender lender loan servicers account when I had my own private homeowner insurance policy at all times. Do n't worry Ocwen litigation crooked lawyers puppet XXXX will tell everyone 2=2=5 the sky is green grass is blue.

Consumer Complaint: I am in forbearance on my mortgage. I have made the agreed upon payments before the due date and Ocwen has accepted the payments yet they still send default notices which when I call they tell me to ignore the letters. If I ignore the defaults and they foreclose I hace no defense in court. Ocwen has a history of fraud and other sleazy business tactics. They have paid XXXX dollars in settlements. This is more of their scam. I am paying as agreed and they keep threatening me. Their escalation managers are condescending and have no desire to do anything other than read from a script.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I mailed out XXXX money orders to the Ocwen processing center in XXXX Texas. One for {$1000.00} another for {$580.00}. The money order for {$1000.00} was received and processed. The {$580.00} money order was not. I assume they must have been stuck together. I contacted customer service and they stated that payments received on Saturday 's are processed by machine. I contacted Ocwen 's research department, but they could not find the money order. I contacted Ocwen 's ombudsman office and spoke with XXXX. I told her that the post office has a 60 day policy for investigating whether or not the money order had been cashed. This was XX/XX/XXXX. During this time period of 60 days XXXX tells me to continue making payments until the investigation has concluded. I make a payment for {$1500.00} on XX/XX/XXXX which was received and noted to my account on XXXX XXXX, XXXX I receive a check from the post office on XX/XX/XXXX I mailed the {$580.00} amount along with a payment of {$1500.00} these payments were returned with a letter stating insufficient funds for reinstatement. From XX/XX/XXXX- XX/XX/XXXX I tried to contact XXXX but she does not return my calls. XXXX weeks have gone by. I speak with a rep in the ombudsman office and tell him my concerns. He states that possibly they can contact the cashier office, and bring the account up to date. He would have to talk to XXXX about this matter. XXXX weeks have passed finally I get to speak with XXXX. I explain what her associate tells me. XXXX ask what would I like for her to do? I suggest what her associate told me about updating the account. I mention to her about our conversation of the postal money order and the 60 day period, and the post office letter that I faxed to her. She says she would see what she could do. XXXX days later I get a response from her stating there is nothing she can do, the account is in foreclosure.

Consumer Complaint: Lender " Ocwen '' took over my loan ( from XXXX ) in 2006. Ocwen never recorded the assignment with the County of XXXX. I discovered this while working with my City 's engineering department on a substantial remodel to my aging home. Permits are pulled, crews are at the ready. We are also required by XXXX, to have the Lender If Record sign off on a required easement for a planned future sidewalk. We received a brief extension of time to accomplish these items. After speaking with XXXX outsourcing, then XXXX, I finally reached the XXXX manager, XXXX, who promised a 48 hour resolution. That was 4 days ago. I have left her 10 messages asking for a call back. Even with her direct number, that department does not accept incoming calls. I 'm facing renewal of the permits, almost {$10000.00}. if this is not resolved soon and I am unsure how to proceed. Please help me get Ocwen to record as the lender of record ( which they should have done in 2006, and sign off on the XXXX easement for the sidewalk. Thank you for any assistance.

Consumer Complaint: My mortgage loan has transferred to Ocwen and I have run into nothing but problems dealing with them. I never received a formal notice that the loan was transferred and several months passed before I realized the change in servicers. I have struggled due to loss of job and have tried to engage the loss mitigation department at Ocwen but have dealt with customer agents who speak very poor XXXX who are hard to understand. I have dealt with people giving me conflicting information and receive conflicting letters regarding what options may be available for me to save my house. Now Ocwen is trying to sell my home at auction and I have had to take extraordinary measures to stop this from happening. I have owned my home for 18 years and feel that Ocwen is not being straight with me or giving me a chance to fix this problem. I feel I was misled from the beginning when I took out this loan. I had refinanced in XX/XX/XXXX into a bad adjustable rate loan with an interest rate of 9.95 % and then just five months later the same people at XXXX steered me into a NEW adjustable rate loan. They made it seem like a good deal at the time but I did not realize they were slamming me with points and junk fees and a bad loan with a rate starting at 9.9 % that could go up to 13.9 %. I feel they steered me into these predatory loans so that they could keep me refinancing over and over as property values were going up in order to maximize their points and fees. When the recession hit in XX/XX/XXXX I was in a tough spot. I worked in XXXX and lost my job, and then was in and out of work for a couple of years. At the same time my mortgage had adjusted and the payment went up and due to these two factors I began missing payments. Eventually the loan was transferred to Litton Loans and my job situation stabilized and I reached out in hopes that I could be reviewed for a loan modification. I went through the ringer with Litton, submitting and resubmitting my information on multiple occasions and never making any progress. It was beyond frustrating, because at that I time I was making good money and wanted to resolve my mortgage problem. Unfortunately I never was able to actually get reviewed. I then found that the loan had been transferred to Ocwen ( several months after the transfer actually occurred! ). I call in and speak with agents who tell me that I am eligible for loan modification options and receive letters that say the same thing. But when I apply and send the paperwork in I receive a response letter that there are no options available except for short sale or deed in lieu of foreclosure. There is no explanation as to why these are the only options available, the letter just says that is the way it is. Then when I call in I am invited to apply for modification again and then I receive new letters that tell me to apply for modification. So it is like I am on a hamster wheel going round and round and making no progress and getting no answers. At this time I am unemployed, but have an unemployment hearing coming up in a couple of weeks. I believe there are programs available that allow homeowners who are unemployed to defer payments or receive some type of forbearance plan while waiting for benefit approval. Why have I not been considered for any of these types of programs? Why has Ocwen been so difficult to deal with and not given any straight answers? Why is Ocwen trying to sell my home without at least giving me the option to fix this problem?

Consumer Complaint: My mortgage payment was due on XX/XX/XXXX. Ocwen has not been willing to do a loan modification on our account. As a result, the payments have been due on the first of the month and I have been making my payments on the XX/XX/XXXX or XX/XX/XXXX of each month. The FCRA says that an account should not be reported delinquent unless you are XXXX calendar days past due. It appears that Ocwen 's logic does not comply with the FCRA requirement in XX/XX/XXXX that only has XXXX days this month. I made my payment on XX/XX/XXXX and they reported me as XXXX days past due ( XX/XX/XXXX would actually be day XXXX )

Consumer Complaint: I contacted Ocwen Loan Servicing, XX/XX/2017. The representative told me the system will not allow Ocwen representatives access the pretender lender loan servicers account, and that Ocwen litigation lawyers are the only ones who have access, and the XXXX lawyers will contact me within 24 hours, between XXXX and XXXX, XX/XX/2017. I can not believe all the years of Ocwen Loan Servicing getting away w/ harassing me, committing fraud against me, playing games with me, using its cozy relationship w/ XXXX, using fraudulent trustee sales as a weapon leaving me with no choice other then to sign a increased none negotiable pretender lender loan servicer loan modification to save my home from XXXX fraudulent trustee sale. I do not owe Ocwen Loan Servicing XXXX a single penny, Ocwen owes me a refund for paying on fraudulent loan modifications to avoid fraudulent trustee sales during the time I was XXXX with XXXX. Ocwen needs to reimburse me XXXX of dollars for incompetent lawyers fees. My health has greatly improved and now Ocwen and its XXXX lawyers must be brought to justice.
