Consumer Complaint: A number of years ago, I paid my mortgage {$20000.00} in advance. This was supposed to take care of payments for a number of years. Unfortunately, Ocwen continued to mark payments as late even though they had already been paid. I just went ahead and continued to send payments, as that helped. Most recently, I tried to make my payment on Ocwen 's website on XX/XX/XXXX, as I always do. This went as usual with no issues, or so I thought. When I returned to XXXX from XXXX vacation, I had a late notice from Ocwen in my mail. I went to their website, saw that the payment had not been made, and immediately made the payment for XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. I reported this to them, but most don't even understand English in their customer service department. They have marked me 30 days late 3 or 4 times even though my account was and is paid over {$20000.00} in advance. Now, I'm having trouble getting business credit due to this unethical company. I have hired a credit attorney and my next step will be to take action if they refuse to correct this error.

Consumer Complaint: I tried with Ocwen to get assistance but kept getting denied. My husband I eventually had to file bankruptcy with a bankruptcy attorney. On XX/XX/XXXX we filed. It put a hold on our auction. We received a new date of XX/XX/XXXX. But our bankruptcy discharge wasnt until XX/XX/XXXX. The week of XXXX we went to meet the bankruptcy trustee. No creditors attended. After that meeting we received another letter saying our auction was going to be XX/XX/XXXX. Now it took until XX/XX/XXXX to get the discharge. I contacted the bankruptcy div of Ocwen on the XX/XX/XXXX. The auction was on hold. By Monday when they received the concent by my attorney. It was off. Hold and we now only have less that 2 weeks. Shouldnt we have received 30 days. They need that much for the loan mod paperwork. Thats all I want is 30 days.

Consumer Complaint: My house was foreclosed back in XX/XX/2010. There was a full auction on my front lawn and a closing. Also, I received actual XXXX XXXX, tax documents from the bank, that I used on my taxes to prove I no longer owned the home. a few years later, I did some research and found out they illegally foreclosed. However, Then, they started charging for payments during the months and years they had legal ownership. My credit and credit report has been affected. And to start this whole process over, without working out a fair and equitable modification would be punitive.

Consumer Complaint: I previously had a second mortgage loan with XXXX. This loan was unfortunately charged off in XX/XX/2009 and the loan was re-modified through XXXX. XXXX maintained a lien on the property through the second lien while the first remained current. I have been trying to sale the home and XXXX has refused to talk to me about the loan and refers me to Ocwen Loan Servicing LLC. Ocwen has inflated the amount of the originally charged off debt by {$15000.00} with no explanation of charges. I am now in another situation to sell the home and Ocwen will no longer speak to me but refers me to XXXX XXXX XXXX. I think this is an unfair practice whereby these companies unfairly inflated debts and hold up sales on the property of debt that is past it's statue of limitation for ANY type of legal action to the consumer.

Consumer Complaint: I applied for a loan modification about four months ago with XXXX XXXX XXXX, but their paperwork still has my ex husband 's name on the paper work even though I've sent them and they have confirmed the following : Divorce decree from XX/XX/2015 Quit Claim deed notarized in Colorado They have acknowledged that my ex husband DID NOT sign the original bank note, but still insist that he must sign the loan modification papers, which him and his new wife REFUSE to do. Ocwen has acknowledged they have the documents in question, but still will not complete the modification even though I have submitted the three trial payments.

Consumer Complaint: I have recently been foreclosed on through Ocwen. This is adversely affecting my credit and I would like to have it removed from all my credit bureau reports. I have sold the home with a wrap around mortgage, I relocated and was paying rent at a new apartment. after some time the person I had that purchased my home then rented the home to another person without my knowledge. They both stopped paying the mortgage and this put me behind. I tried to contact my buyer and was unable to get in touch with him with no luck. after I was able to get in contact with my buyer he told me the tenant was not paying. I also found out that the buyer had not paid taxes as he was supposed to on the home and had taken out additional loans against the property to pay the taxes. I tried to work with the buyer and the new tenant to get them to purchase the home. after about 8 months and them not paying me any money I tried to have them removed from the home. the court would not allow this and I was stuck with a buyer that I could not remove and a tenant that would not leave the property. after some time Ocwen foreclosed on the property and it still took a couple of months for them to even remove the tenant who at this point was basically squatting in the home. I would like to request that the foreclosure be removed from my credit reports as this has caused a great deal of stress and issues for me.

Consumer Complaint: We purchased our home in XXXX for {$100000.00}. In these 18 years we have absolutely nothing to show for it because we now owe {$160000.00} because of mortgage fees, etc. Our loan has a huge " Balloon '' payment due at maturity. In XXXX we were granted a modification with Ocwen. At that time, we were told that Ocwen would " forgive '' roughly {$40000.00} of our " underwater '' mortgage if we kept up with our payments for a specified time. This " forgiveness '' was part of a Settlement that Ocwen had to comply with. During this modification, we lapsed in payment and were told that the " forgiveness '' was null and void. A couple of months later, their lawyer contacted us & scheduled " meetings '' with the court over the phone with me. During those meetings, Ocwen decided to offer a new payment ( {$830.00} ) to us which was {$250.00} HIGHER than our previous payment. I brought this to their attention on the phone meeting with Ocwen, their lawyer and a court magistrate. I was told by the Ocwen representative that the higher payment was because they were purposely punishing me because of the default on our loan modification. I was dumbfounded. Their lawyer and the magistrate heard this as well and I'm sure this conversation was recorded. We tried making this higher payment but ran into problems when both of our vehicles needed repair. We ended up having to replace one of them and, since we have bad credit, are paying a very high car payment because no other options were available. We both work in different cities and having 2 cars is a must so we can work and provide for ourselves as well as our XXXX children. We're tired of being bullied by Ocwen. We now owe {$160000.00} on our {$100000.00} XXXX XXXX XXXX on XXXX of an acre which is in so much need of repair that we can't afford that either. We want to stay in our home. We want to be able to COMFORTABLY afford the payment. We don't feel we should be penalized by Ocwen any longer. We want the settlement that is owed to us. We want a lower payment. We want to be heard.

Consumer Complaint: I'm reporting a serious issue with my XXXX XXXXXXXX. Ocwen has continued to report false information to the credit bureau and mishandling my private identifiable information. Each time I have to try to spend weeks collecting data to prove they made a mistake. They have " accidentally '' mailed me someones financial information mixed in with my information, as well as given my information via mail to unauthorized persons. As per, for the third time they recent reported to the credit bureau that I'm made a partial payment XXXX of XX/XX/XXXX. This significantly lowered my score ( evidence attach ). Each time Ocwen makes this mistake they state if will be corrected, but as soon as I know inquire about another lender, Ocwen again response false information to the credit bureau with 30 days of my inquiry. This time Ocwen also reported that I'm in a paying plan currently. This is absolutely false. I make full monthly payments and have not missed or been late on a payment in years. I'm not in a payment plan. I have attached proof that's Ocwen falsely reported to the credit bureau that I making partial payments. It is a federal crime to knowingly report false information. This is the third the Ocwen has done this to my account. Each time I've had to send written notifications to get it fixed. I'm now going to escalate this issue to determine if I can press charges again Ocwen for continuing to make false claims on my account to the credit bureau which effects my ability to change mortgage companies. Ocwen is on purpose violating my right with continually padding my account with negative and false information. I demand my account be fixed to reflect that I have made on-time payments and that I'm not in a partial payment plan. I also demand the Ocwen fix the false reporting they did to the credit bureau for XX/XX/XXXX - XX/XX/XXXX that I'm in a partial payment plan. The false information from Ocwen is negatively impacting my credit score. This is the second time in 8 months that Ocwen has made this mistake three times total. It must be correct immediately. I invoke my right to be notified in writing that the issues have been resolved. Thank you, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX
