Consumer Complaint: I am a victim of identity theft. Due to the Corona Virus Pandemic, we are all facing which has me sitting still at home and I saw the recent news about the multiple XXXX Data breaches. I decided to look at my credit reports from the 3 major credit bureaus and found that someone had used my Identity. I have no idea how the theft took place. I also have no knowledge of any suspects. I did not receive any money, goods, or services as a result of identity theft. I contacted the Credit Bureau and told me to file an Identity Theft Report which I am doing. I appreciate your effort in getting this matter resolved. Thank you. Please let me know if you need any other information from me to block this information from my credit report. Thank you.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2020 I was charged {$3000.00} by a company thru an ACH transaction. No mercandise was ever reveived for this charge and I first informed the seller and then when I got nowhere I raised the issue to my credit union, Navy Federal Credit Union, in early XX/XX/2020. I then raised it again in early XX/XX/2020 and finally via phone in late XXXX after no prior response from the credit union. They have not responded to ANY inquiry either by phone, secure bank messaging system, or US mail.

Consumer Complaint: Good Day on XX/XX/XXXX Navy Federal Credit Union took {$630.00} from my saving account XXXX. Alleging that I owe them from a charge off account whereas I had no knowledge off. The representative of Navy Federal on XX/XX/XXXX said a account was open up in my name. She provided the account number XXXX. ( Checking Account ). However I file a Bankrut in XXXX Whereas I was no longer to get a Checking account. Navy Federal claim that the checking account was open in XXXX. They ask me did I ever wrote a check to a Company. I told them no. This Fraudlent charge was open under XXXX. The failed to provide me a copy of any documentation. Also in XXXX I lost my Dad and had XXXX. I don't know nothing about XXXX. If you have any question please contact me XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX. Your attention in this matter is appreciate. I seeking to get back {$630.00}. Also Navy Federal refuse to speak with me on this matter they hung up mulitple times on the phone to discuss this matter. I ask them to generate this Check under my name. I will be receiving a denial letter in the mail soon.

Consumer Complaint: Year XXXX I had went into The XXXX XXXXXXXX Navy Federal Branch. I spoke with the teller and asked them that I am planning on paying of my Equity line of credit ( approx. {$87000.00} ). I specifically ask them that I have 3 accounts that were charged off and if it was going to affect me in any way, she had said no. I then asked if i should wire the payoff from my other account, the teller ( female ) had said since I am depositing a Navy federal check to my Navy federal account, it would be available the next day, it was be easier to transfer to the equity. Up to XX/XX/2020, I have now deposited over {$80000.00}. I log in to my account approx on XX/XX/XXXX and noticed transfers that was not authorized by me. I called the customer service and they have said it the three transfers were made to PAY OFF THE CHARGED OFF ACCOUNTS. I explained to them that I visited the branch and spoken to a banker that these funds are meant for my equity, they did not want to hear it from me. I asked them to reverse the transfers and use them accordingly to pay off the equity, they again said there is nothing they can do. On XX/XX/XXXX, I decided to go into the branch and remove all my funds as I did not want them to use the rest of my savings and money unlawfully. They advise me that my account has been restricted! XXXX, from thXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX CA branch ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX, CA XXXX ) was suppose to call me Monday XX/XX/XXXX to release my account. I have not received any calls, emails, or messages. How can Navy Federal take funds from my SAVINGS and checking to use them however they please. I am sure they have violated many laws and regulations by doing so. I

Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/2017, my credit card was fraudulently used to rent a vehicle. I filed a dispute with Navy Federal. Navy Federal 's follow up to my dispute elapsed over 90 days. Navy Federal kept a {$500.00} deposit, but they are also trying to hold me accountable for the fraudulent charge. The credit card was a secured credit card with a {$500.00} limit opened with a {$500.00} deposit. The Fraudulent charge was for {$350.00}. Navy Federal owes me {$140.00} but reports to all three credit bureaus that I have a {$350.00} debt. I have also filed a complaint with the federal trade commission.
