Consumer Complaint: Paid a 6 year, 1 week and 6 day old account off in FULL for deletion per discussion with live representative. The representative lied to obtain payment and company wont assist with the scam nor is employee still there. Account was never deleted years later and is now past it pushing 7 year negative account deadline. I have disputed it multiple times for deletion off credit account- account is paid in full not settled for this reason.

Consumer Complaint: I received a check of {$1100.00} on XX/XX/2022, from an individual who bought my item on XXXXXXXX This individual overpaid for the item in excess of {$920.00} and for that reason he asked me to refund him the balance after I deposited the check. I made the deposit through Navy Federal Credit Union app on XX/XX/2022 and an amount of {$220.00} was made available pending the clearance of the check. The remaining funds was made available after the next business day which was XX/XX/2022 which made me to believe the check was good because according to their mobile check deposit " Funds are available within 1 to 5 business days ''. However, this individual asked me to send the excess amount to two individuals on their XXXX account. First transfer to XXXX was an amount of {$220.00} and the second was {$690.00} after the check was cleared by Navy Federal Credit Union. On XX/XX/2022, Navy Federal withdrew my funds of {$1100.00} from my checking account so I called their customer service and also went to their branch in XXXX for explanation and according to them the check was bad. I am filing this complaint because my bank could not protect my funds in this situation since they allowed the check to be cleared in the first place and could not detect the check was a scam.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I received a pre-qual email from Navy in which I applied for mortgage. I was already in contract with another Lender but decided to try Navy. When I applied I never received any communication from the loan officer. I started calling every week to get answers. I never spoke with the loan officer but on XX/XX/XXXX I received a denial, I called about the denial and was told to appeal it in which I did and still as of today have not received a call or e-mail. I feel as though my application wasnt looked at or treated fairly. The denial said debt to income ratio. I dont have any debt and currently approved with another lender so I wanted to know how was that determined and if that was the case why wasnt other options offered or why didnt the loan officer tell me what loan I would qualify for. Ive been totally ignored and want this disturbing treatment escalated to the CEO.

NFCU stole money our of my bank account to pay themselves plus interest without my consent. WHO GOVERNS THIS THEIF ( NFCU )? NFCU uses deceptive forms to undermine consumers like me to pay an alleged debt that derived from my open-ended consumer plan. In Exhibit B NFCU even said they will report my information to the credit bureaus. THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A CREDIT BUREAU only CREDIT REPORTING AGENCIES. NFCU attempt to trick me did not work and it should not be able to trick the CFPB. Navy Federal Credit Union Pay me my money, EXPEDITIOUSLY.

Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXX, I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, Georgia, to make an appointment for a recall transmission service of a XXXX XXXX XXXX. Recall transmission repairs have been done at this same dealership in the past. I was unable to drive the car and was given an appointment to drop the car off on XX/XX/XXXX, which I did. I immediately requested a loaner vehicle and was told one wasnt available. After, several weeks I was approved to receive a rental through XXXX but can not use that rental care company due to owing a balance. I had a similar issue in the past with XXXX, who immediately allowed me to rent a car through XXXX. I was eventually informed I could rent with another car rental company and receive reimbursement. However, I did not receive this information in writing, and it would incur thousands of dollars upfront with no clear standard on the rental process or when I will receive reimbursement. This is not feasible considering I am still paying the monthly note to Navy Federal Credit Union and the insurance while the car is inoperable. My most recent attempt to resolve this was on XX/XX/XXXX at the XXXX XXXX XXXX, where I was given the contact information to XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX. I made two calls to XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX. During the first call, I have informed XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX was instructed on how to approve a car rental through XXXX based on the extenuating services the manager would assist. I was told no case number could be provided because all rentals are handled on the dealership level. Following this call, I immediately texted the manager, XXXX, about this encounter and called XXXX XXXX XXXX and asked to speak to XXXX. I was informed there were no employees with that name. I again called XXXX Customer Service and was informed there was no record of my previous call. The representative attempted to contact XXXX XXXX XXXX and stated they could not reach anyone. I also called the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and was instructed to file an online complaint. I would also like to make it known I am a Registered Nurse and frontline worker and must travel from XXXX XXXX to XXXX to work, at least 40 miles one way. This hardship has created tension at my workplace because I can not take any time off due to the pandemic. There is also tension in my relationships as I beg for rides and provide them cash, increasing my debts. Since it has been almost three months with no anticipated end date due to the needed transmission module, the suitable option would be Navy Federal releasing me from this loan with no debt owed.

I created a customer log in, paid the credit union membership fee immediately, and began to set up deposits from my other financial institutions to fund my new checking and savings account. Suddenly, without warning, I was logged out and unable to access my new accounts. I immediately contacted my new bank and I was informed that I was accused of not having served in the United States armed forces. I was also accused of not being who I am ( identity ). I provided personal information to the phone banker in the security department. She began to attempt to persuade me to move on stating the Navy Federal Credit Union only accepts members who where XXXX XXXX! The website does not state anything of that alleged policy! She did not provide me my application ID, account number, or access number that is required on the security appeal form. I emailed the security department all requested documents. -appeal form -XXXX XXXX ( reason of my discharge are not required even though she demanded that ) -Drivers license copy -Proof of address ( county property tax bill ) I call to follow up and continue to be blow off and avoided
