Consumer Complaint: I went from having a family of 4 Auto Insurance policy coverage to getting a policy for 2 of us. During the last 6 months of the family of 4 auto insurance poicy coverage period, I was moved from 2nd person on policy to 1st person, primary policy holder. I was moved into the primary policy holder position because of my credit rating being better then my spouse. When this happened, I became the primary policy holder. When I became primary policy holder for family of 4 plan, for the 6 months, all the previous accidents went against me when I tried to pull up rates from online auto insurance rate companies. They said that they use Lexisnexis system to pull up policy accident reports. 3 of these accidents belonged to my daugher. 1 accident belonged to my spouse. I was trying to get a policy for me and my son. Neither of us had any accidents. But the accidents were now being used against me because Lexisnexis system shows all these accidents were from my family of 4 auto insurance policy, and I was primary policy holder on the date I was trying to get a new auto insurance policy. My online auto insurance quote, from XXXX XXXX, went from {$70.00} a month to {$170.00} a month. I have to get another auto insurance policy in XXXX. I need these accidents removed from my Lexinexis profile. I just got done paying an extra {$100.00} a month, for 6 months, because these accidents, that weren't mine, were applied to my premium. I need Lexisnexis to remove these accidents. On XX/XX/XXXX, I ordered my Lexisnexis consumer report from their website and I have not received it yet. I need Lexisnexis to remove these accidents, and I'm running out of time to do this in their system. Please start a complaint investigation in your system. These are the accidents that were used against me from my family of 4 auto insurance insurance policy : XX/XX/XXXX Daughter Rear ended XXXX XXXX vehicle at a stop light in the XXXX XXXX XXXX Paid out {$2500.00}, claim number XXXX, policy XXXX XX/XX/XXXX Daughters friend, driving XXXX XXXX XXXX, slid on snow/ice, hit trees. Driver complaining XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX Paid out {$7000.00}, claim number XXXX, policy XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX Insured driving XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX when driver side front tire fell off- Male Spouse Male Spouse was the driver, paid out {$3400.00}, claim number XXXX, policy XXXX. This was a claim that paid out under comprehensive. Everything else was collision. XX/XX/XXXX Insured vehicle turning left on XXXX from XXXX. XXXX XXXX had the green light, other vehicle turned in front of her to make his left onto XXXX, hot other vehicle on passenger side. s Paid out {$8100.00}, claim number XXXX, policy XXXX. Consumer Complaint: Bankruptcy Courts DO NOT report to Consumer Reporting Agencies because they know its not legal. Lexis Nexis and other secondary bureaus fishes for information and they sell it the larger consumer agencies like a XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. The Consumer Reporting agencies claim that they investigated and it came back verified. Who did they speak to, to verify this? They didnt speak with me. Did they speak to a competent witness or the court house clerk? It is illegal for the Consumer reporting agencies to access public records and furnish to my consumer report. This is a violation pursuant to 15 USC 1681 and my consumer rights to privacy pursuant 15 USC 1681 ( a ) ( 4 ). Another violation pursuant of 15 USC 6802 ( b ) ( 1 ) a financial institution may not disclose nonpublic information to a nonaffiliated third party. and violating 15 USC ( b ) ( 1 ) ( c ). Anything between me and another party comes into play its not public information and its illegal and I have to give my consent to share my non public personal information. The courts stated in the letter that they dont provide or report any information to 3rd parties consumer agencies. Also I never gave written instruction to furnish this account on my consumer report pursuant to Pursuant to 15 USC 1681 ( a ) ( 2 ) subject to subsection ( c ), any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other : ( 2 ) In accordance with written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates. I sent numerous a letters and time to seek justice.

Consumer Complaint: On XXXX, I sent communication to Lexis Nexis via certified mail requesting their method of verification regarding the bankruptcy that is listed on my credit report. I did not receive a response from Lexis Nexis. I sent a follow-up communication on XX/XX/2021, again requesting the method of verification with no response from Lexis-Nexis. My final communication was sent via email to Lexis Nexis on XXXX XXXX. I received an auto-reply back advising that my email was received. I have not received ANY communication back regarding any of the three requests for the method of verification used for the bankruptcy listed on my credit report. Due to a lack of investigation into this matter, and multiple requests for method of verification, I am requesting to have the information removed immediately from my credit report.

Consumer Complaint: I tried to contact LEXISNEXIS to get incorrect information listed on my MOTOR VEHICLE RECORD removed and the representative that I got on the phone advised me to contact XXXX XXXX back as they are the ones that submitted the incorrect information to LEXISNEXIS. Here is details : I filed a claim with XXXX XXXX regarding damage to my vehicle. The estimate was for XXXX with a {$500.00} deductible which resulted in XXXX XXXX in the process of issuing to me a payment of {$71.00}. In regards to issues with the bank account they were to send the {$71.00} to I asked of my Claims Advisor over TELEPHONE that the ENTIRE AUTO CLAIM REQUEST be CANCELLED. XXXX XXXX my claims advisor stated that she reversed the direct deposit of {$71.00} and CLOSED CLAIM OUT. Well to my surprise XXXX XXXX has reported the accident to LEXISNEXIS ( which handles MOTOR VEHICLE REPORT DETAILS ) that there is an accident listed under my MOTOR VEHICLE RECORD ( MVR ) OF AN AT FAULT ACCIDENT WITH PROPERTY DAMAGE OF $ XXXX WHICH RESULTED IN MY HAVING XXXX POINTS AGAINST MY DRIVING /INSURANCE RECORD. So when I contacted other vendors for auto insurance the rates was excessive and when I ask why I am told that because of the " XXXX points '' on my MVR listing an AT FAULT ACCIDENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $ XXXX I have contacted XXXX XXXX about this and was advised to call LEXISNEXIS and when I spoke with LEXISNEXIS I was advised that XXXX XXXX is the company that gave that information and I would need to contact them back to get corrected. Well as of XX/XX/2021 that information is still on my MVR report WHICH IS INCORRECT and I can't get XXXX XXXX to remove it. I NEVER RECEIVED A PAYOUT FOR PROPERTY DAMAGE WITH XXXX XXXX FOR CLAIM # XXXX IN ANY AMOUNT. PLEASE HELP.

Requested that they validate where they are getting this information from and delete it off my credit. This was a public record which was dismissed and never given to them by the courts. I havent sent multiple letters asking for the item to be deleted from my credit only for them to continue to keep it on my credit.
