Consumer Complaint: Personal statements are ineffective and ignored multiple credit card and lending companies have ripped me off try to deny me try to deny me my legal rights and protections and then refused to get their grubby paws off of my credit files for inaccurate reporting for more than 7 years straight. Then these companies resale the information to other credit reporting agencies there are 23 listed on the ftcc website and not a single one is in compliance. Furthermore all bureaus are refusing to update my information without demanding information from me I will not be volunteering information these companies have too much of it already I'm repeatedly denied credit due to this extortion based on inaccurate data and the refusal to release information. I never locked my files they must be unlocked they must be accessible and he's bureaus continue to play games for more than 3 years straight. your Ombudsman refuses to do their job.

Neither company respected the consumer laws when it comes to my privacy, reporting to me with having full disclosure now according to the FCRA under 15 USC 1681 ( a ) ( 4 ) infringed upon the right to consumer privacy. I never gave Lexis Nexis to report or house any information on me XXXX is violating my consumer rights by proper not investigating my consumer report correctly. stated in 15 USC 1681a-e The term investigative consumer report means a consumer report or portion thereof in which information on a consumers character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living is obtained through personal interviews with neighbors, friends, or associates of the consumer reported on or with others with whom he is acquainted or who may have knowledge concerning any such items of information. However, such information shall not include specific factual information on a consumers credit record obtained directly from a creditor of the consumer or from a consumer reporting agency when such information was obtained directly from a creditor of the consumer or from the consumer. every consumer reporting agency shall upon request and subject to 1681 h ( a ) 1 of this title clearly and accurately disclose to the consumer. I have been disputing this Bankruptcy information for over six months. They buy information from a third party called Lexis Nexis which is very inaccurate. Letter to LexisNexis ( Please accept this formal letter as my second request to investigate & remove derogatory account from my consumer report. I have found it has errors. It has come to my attention that you are reporting inaccurate data which I dispute, and this letter is an appeal for your assistance. As a consumer reporting agency 15 USC 1681a ( f ), you are governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) 15 USC & 1681 et seq., which protects consumers from inaccurate, outdated, or invalidated information reporting of their consumer files. The FCRA states that its the consumer reporting agency 's responsibility to ensure that all information contained within consumer files is accurate & free from errors. Consumer Complaint: So much is going on and I have been trying to get my credit fixed for so long, it's so much that pops up that I try to get disputed from all three major credit Bureaus ( XXXX, XXXX and XXXX ) as well as other consumer agencies. I have never personally met anyone employed at the companies but yet they judge me and hurt me, my peace of mind and my well being because they deem me to be less than worthy. I'm tired of trying to properly read, understand, dispute everything contained within all of my reports, especially inaccurate, unauthorized information. My name has always been XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX name is XXXX ) but every time I dispute something because the name is wrong, the amount is wrong, the account history is wrong or does not belong to me, debt has been sold, HIPAA has been violated... they feel that it's ok to defame and slander my name and reputation. Why is it ok for them to practice and perform unscrupulous values, biased beliefs and judgements against me?? I'm tired and I'm frustrated, my mental health is suffering severely in trying to rectify and correct all damage done by their false reporting and distribution of information without my consent, expressed or implied. I don't hate people but I hate that businesses can disrupt reputations and cause adverse effects but it's ok and they get away with it and I'm just supposed to calmly accept it because they want to give it to me. My character, my life, my history and circumstances feel as if this is a form of manipulative XXXX and harassment. Please stop falsely reporting things and accounts that don't belong to me.

Consumer Complaint: Lexis Nexis did in fact report three incorrect accounts to the following companies : Data Verify, Net Credit, and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Please note that the list of companies is not complete, as it is impossible for me to know to all of the companies that received this false information from Nexis Lexis which was to deny my credit applications. Due to the lack of due diligence by Lexis Nexis, I have been put through undue mental and financial duress. Please see XXXX attached proof of such below labeled " Proof of Denial '' from when I was attempting to get a vehicle. Upon my recent attempt to purchase home, the process was halted when XXXX Judgments were reported to me by a potential lender ( see attached labeled " JUDGEMENTS '' ). My potential lender informed me that the information was sourced from a company called XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX of XXXX XXXX, informed me that their information is sourced from Lexis Nexis. XXXX XXXX , of XXXX XXXX, also informed me that the information they receive is not " official '' and must verified before assumed to be accurate before it can be used as a basis to issue credit. I have attempted to reach out to Lexis Nexis to dispute this matter, but they have not responded. The following are disputes of Judgements that are falsely listed on my Nexis Lexis report and causes me Undue Financial & Mental duress. University XXXX XXXX # XXXX This account was resolved and removed in XXXX due to my XXXX veteran 's status, though Lexis Nexis claims that this account is in judgment status. I recently reached out to the University, and they supplied me a letter for evidence of this account being satisfied. ( See Attached Letter ) TD BANK> # XXXX This account belonged to my father, to whom we have the same name. He also passed away in XXXX of XXXX. Also, the case was dismissed XX/XX/XXXX ; which is well before Lexis Nexis listed this account as a judgement. ( See Attached Court Dismissal ) XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX There is no evidence of this judgment and the Law Firm representing XXXX XXXX told me that they are not pursuing a Judgement. Also, XXXX XXXX also told me that they have no account, in my name, that is in judgment status. Please, send me a copy of the data that you used to verify that I have an actual judgement or remove this false information Without my knowledge or permission, Lexis Nexis has furnished in accurate information that has caused me Undue MentalXXXX and Financial Duress. Lexis Nexis has added to life as a currently 100 % XXXX veteran. I have attached a copy of my military ID and also a copy of my social security card for identification verification. This is the only forms of identification that I have because I do not drive due to XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: LEXISNEXIS has yet again reported inaccurate information under the motor vehicle section of my consumer report. Case # XXXX has absolutely NOTHING to do with my driving record. This case should NOT be reporting under my motor vehicle section. I literally just had XXXX other case 's removed not even XXXX weeks ago ( XXXX and XXXX ) these XXXX cases were removed for the exact same reason that I'm submitting this complaint/dispute today. This XXXX case # is also inaccurate because I've always had license and was NEVER pulled over without them. I also live in Texas not in Ohio. I think LexisNexis is mixing up my consumer file. If both case 's under case # XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ... XXXX Case # XXXX Lane Control Signals are not revised and deleted from my consumer report I'll sue for the max amount and enforce my rights under the FRCA. I'll include my Texas Driver 's License solely for the purpose of verifying my identity. I've also attached the incorrect and misreporting from LexisNexis.
