That means LexisNexis has NOT complied with the Fair Credit Reporting Act law and continued to report inaccurate information on my credit report. Consumer Complaint: To Whom It May Concern, I recently attempted to perform a 2-factor SMS verification with my bank ( XXXX XXXX The bank is unable to complete the verification and send me a confirmation text. They stated that the SMS verification system they use is called Phone Finder from Lexis Nexis. When they attempt to use the system they are unable to do so because the information associated with the number does not match my information. The bank says that the name they get from Lexis Nexis is XXXX, XXXX. My name is XXXX XXXX. I contacted Lexis Nexis to see if I could fix the information in my file and they said that new information can not be added, only inaccurate information can be disputed. They said that the information which my bank is using comes from my unofficial file which they say cant even be disputed. Lexis Nexis gave me the option to suppress my file ( Im not sure if suppressing my file would include my official and unofficial file ) but my bank informed me that doing so would make my problems with authentication worse. As it stands I now have to go to my local branch with any option as calling the bank is no longer an option due to the negligence of Lexis Nexis. Im not really sure how to proceed. Thanks, XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: I have completed 2 rounds of disputes for this particular reporting with no action by XXXX. I am also requesting an investigation into the, third party reporter, Lexis Nexis as they are supplying this erroneous information to the bureau. It is their responsibility to make sure they are reporting correct information and they are not. I am disputing a dismissed XXXX XXXX bankruptcy that is showing on my report only on XXXX. This reporting is attached to a case with a social security number that is not mine. I sent a letter certified with delivery confirmation to XXXX and they received it on XX/XX/2022. They responded to the dispute on XX/XX/2022 and stated that it has been confirmed via a third party reporter, Lexis Nexus, and made no deletion of this erroneous information. Please mandate XXXX and Lexis Nexis to stop reporting this erroneous information on my credit report. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Consumer Complaint: I have looked into my record online - I had asked for transcripts of the information from the insurance company that made fictional claims against me, and this has impacted me in such a negative way that it is impacting my quality of life. There is a company called lexis Nexis I've never heard of them- but I know that the information which is on my Vehicle Insurance history is false. It needs to be removed from my records that were falsified by XXXX XXXX XXXX about claims that I stated incorrect dates or made a fraudulent claim in which I had requested the voice recording and logs of the calls that took place between me and their company which they failed to provide such proof of the conversation happening between myself and XXXX XXXX XXXX. I had asked them to remove these remarks from my insurance history, but they have failed to remove them. I ask that all negative remarks from XXXX XXXX XXXX and Incidents that were never made with them be removed from my insurance history records immediately. I am unsure of several remarks on my file which I do not know what they are. Please be careful when doing business with XXXX XXXX XXXX they will drop you if you make a claim and don't want to pay it out or they will try to make you " say things '' so they do not have to cover the " claim '' and they will accuse you of making fraudulent claims - I dropped them when they tried to do this with me and went with a new insurance company.

Consumer Complaint: I have filed multiple disputes with this agency. I have put them on notice multiple times that they are in violation of the privacy act. I need copies of the form SSA-89 with signature authorizing them to access the social security number and information. Not producing this form with authorized signature is aggrevated identity theft. The entity issued this tax identification number has only ONE NAME ( in proper form since your reporting for a living man individual and not a dead man or corporation ), ONE ADDRESS as listed on document attached. All other personal information is incorrect and needs to be removed at once. Your preventing the flow of commerce by incorrectly and causing harm by fraudulently reporting false information. There are multiple names and addresses attached to these fraudulent reports. This is causing much harm and injury to my person. I'm seeking remedy and removal of all items on report due to aggrevated identify theft and fraudulent reporting with no authorization to do so. Effective immediately

This is false. There was never any judgement. The judge closed the case XX/XX/2018. Lexis Nexis has been reporting false info. for years. I would like to sue them.

Consumer Complaint: Referencing my ongoing issues and previous complaint # XXXX, I received a letter from Lexis Nexis dated XXXX XX/XX/2022, with a Disclosure Report URL of https : XXXX and a PIN of XXXX, but I'm not able to access the report. I get an error and am not able to access my report. I first received the error without the option to submit the Captcha responses, then I was able to select the images and respond but I still got an error. Additionally, the current letter states that there was unverified info. associated with me from XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX, as well as from the LexisNexis XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. I am a member of the military and have tried to get legal assistance for what I think may be fraud and violations of consumer protection laws. Please help me.
