Consumer Complaint: I was shopping for ( 2 ) vehicles. I was pre-approved by XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX. I had already selected my vehicles. When I went to the dealership to complete the deals and pick up the vehicles. The sales person and finance team toke it upon themselves to run my credit multiple times threw many financial institutions without my signed consent searching for a better deal that. I didn't ask them to do. I was satisfied with the companies that I chose. To submit my information over ( 40 ) times between the ( 3 ) credit buraus was abusive and excessive. I've contacted them several times via written communication and verbal phones calls only to get no satisfactory results. I've quoted all the Fair Credit act statutes that would pertain to my situation and they still refuse to remove theses items. Telling me there is no impact to my credit file it only counts as one point even though they were all done within one to two days apart. The impact is indeed affecting me credit score as well as credit character as a responsible consumer. I'm requesting that theses hard inquires be removed immediately.
