Consumer Complaint: I noticed that there is an alleged bankruptcy on my credit report, so I reached out to the bankruptcy court to see where this information came from and they said they didn't release any information to any credit reporting agencies. Which I found odd because on my credit report I see that XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX have a bankruptcy on my report. I reached out to the company LexisNexis about their reporting of this alleged bankruptcy and they removed the information from their records. I have attached that letter as well. I also attached a letter explaining the violations that were committed by these companies in accordance to 15 usc 1681e ( b ), as they didn't follow the reporting guidelines.

Consumer Complaint: I disputed a bankruptcy that was reported to the credit bureaus on my credit report by LexisNexis. I reached out to the bureau and they said Lexis nexis verified this bankruptcy belonged to me. I in turn reached out to Lexis nexis to see where they got this information and how was it verified. They told me thru the courts. I verified the us bankruptcy court does not provide information to 3rd parties. I have a right to privacy and for LexisNexis to illegally obtain that information is in violation of my consumer rights to privacy. It was not verified thru the source and needs to be removed or I will seek monetary support.
