Subissue: Difficulty submitting a dispute or getting information about a dispute over the phone
Consumer Complaint: I called LexisNexis several times today XX/XX/2022 to file a dispute. The representatives started taking my dispute and when it seemed to be too many items, conveniently after being on hold for 2 hours said she could no longer process my dispute and transferred multiple times until I was eventually hung up on. Their website does not allow for consumers to create an account to dispute. I am at my wits end simply trying to get a dispute filed with the company with no clear direction.
