Consumer Complaint: XXXX you closed the report which is extensive and opened multiple times. You evidently did not read it and it still is unresolved after considerable time. The companies response can not be opened and I am still without credit. What can one think? Opinion -By ones works ( in this case none ) they are known. I merely post knowing you are a fraud agency. None of the complaints NOT ONE ever resolved. One must ask how ineffective can an entity or people be? Evidently there is no answer for that question because you demonstrate that time after time.

Consumer Complaint: I was cancelled by my auto insurance company, XXXX XXXX due to claims. My daughter had a wreck and they cancelled my policy and renewed her policy due to my guaranteed endorsement was on her policy. I have been fighting with XXXX XXXX because I have had them since I was XXXX because they shouldn't have cancelled me. I realized they use Lexis Nexus so I ordered my report. I received a letter in the mail with a pin code. I now know why I have been turned down from credit from XXXX a while back and others. They are reporting my bankruptcy and other debts that I'm not aware of. I tried to save my report to a file and it would not save it. I went back and tried to print it at work and it won't allow me to print it and I have to request another pin. That should not be correct. How do they get away with reporting my information to creditors and insurance companies and I'm not allowed to print out a copy of my report? I am so upset. I tried to call the XXXX number but it refers me to order another report which takes 7-10 days to get. Please assist me in getting my report as soon as possible. This has caused me to get turned down.Also, claims on the clue report that they publish are actually tows for cars that I had towed because they broke down and XXXX XXXX is counting them as claims and has caused me to be rated higher on insurance.
