Consumer Complaint: LexisNexis has been reporting an old inaccurate bankruptcy on my credit reports since XX/XX/XXXX. I have sent them a letter regarding the inaccuracies that's being reported to XXXX and on XX/XX/XXXX I was sent a response from XXXX that the incorrect information has been investigated and is accurate. I responded to XXXX and explained that LexisNexis is reporting the wrong date and it's been 10 years reporting these inaccuracies and should be deleted by now. The other information that's incorrect is the status of this bankruptcy that was immediately discharged due to me not pursing it so it should've never been reported. XXXX did not do an investigation before reporting to XXXX. This bankruptcy was removed from XXXX XXXX as it has inaccuracies. I called XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and spoke to someone named XXXX who said they will start a dispute and that's when LexisNexis reported that this over 10 year account is accurate when it's reporting inaccurately. The account # XXXX. I called the XXXX Bankruptcy court on XX/XX/XXXX & XX/XX/XXXX and was informed by a person named XXXX that they do not report to credit bureaus but LexisNexis gets consumers information and reports and don't always report accurately. XXXX also told me that bankruptcies only remain in the system for 7-10 years and what was reported for me was passed 10 years. This should immediately be removed and not continue to report inaccurate data & dates to deframe my character.

Consumer Complaint: The Bankruptcy court does not report any information to credit reporting agencies or third party vendors. Per my dispute that was filed with XXXX and XXXX, the bankruptcy item was not deleted because they received information from a third party which is Lexis Nexis however, the information is not obtained through courts and was obtained through public record which is false and not correct. Both credit reports are reporting different dates and courts of record on my credit report which is inaccurate. I demand that the bankruptcy be removed from my credit reports. I have attached a letter from the courts. Thank you

Consumer Complaint: I'm composing this complaint to LEXISNEXIS. I wrote to them about the errors in my report, including dates of last activity, dates opened, dates reported, and payment status, among other things. They claimed to have conducted a thorough investigation, despite the fact that it took them more than 30 days to finish it. However, when I reviewed my report, I found that nothing had changed. The false information is still being reported. Numerous times, my rights have been violated. According to 15 U.S.C. 1681, section 602 A, I have the right to privacy. Section 2 of 15 U.S.C. 1681, Section 604 A. It also says that a consumer reporting agency can't give me an account unless I tell them in writing

Consumer Complaint: I received a letter from my homeowners insurance dated XX/XX/XXXX, " XXXX XXXX '', stating that an insurance score was received by LexisNexis Risk Solutions XXXX Inc., which has affected my insurance score. On XX/XX/XXXX, I submitted a letter by certified return receipt to LexisNexis Risk Solutions requesting a copy of my FREE report. After making a phone call to LexisNexis in XX/XX/XXXX, I finally received my report dated XX/XX/XXXX two months shy of ONE YEAR of requesting this report. Once I reviewed this report, I noticed that the most of the information UNDER my NAME belonged to my DECEASED FATHER. I have disputed all these errors with proof of identity multiple times via certified mail and LexisNexis STILL HAS NOT CORRECTED MY REPORT deleting ALL my DECEASED FATHER 's information and my mother 's information from my report. My next step will be filing a lawsuit. This inaccurate report has cause hardship, pain and anguish, as well as, so much time spent in the attempt to resolve this issue.
