Consumer Complaint: I live in a state that has legal online gaming, This is a processes I engage in regularly for entertainment. I am XXXX XXXX because of my XXXX. So this helps me to pass time. I have asked customer service more then once to look into my checking account for errors. I have had my account overdrawn several times from transactions made from from many different online casinos. I have come to watch my balance every time i deposit into my XXXX acct. to ensure that the deposit comes off of my online checking account ledger with every purchase i make. ( It always dose! ) I look at my ledger and see my balance drop by the amount of my purchase. Sometimes when i look the next day my balance will change over night. There are many more transactions added from the dates earlier that have already been paid. By that time it is impossible for me to track because every thing is move around in the balance column of my acct. ledger. And all of the balances have changed. Bottom line I am being charged twice! I have asked to talk to several supervisors to help with this problem. all they tell me is they don't know why this is happening. So they connect me to another department they tell me the same thing. And it never gets resolved. All they can seem to say is something looks wrong. Please Help! I just want to know why this is happening.

Consumer Complaint: Chase Cardmember Services continues to mail what appears to be debt collection letters to a former resident at my address. I am the sole resident at my address and do not know the person these letters are addressed to. Since I've consistently received these letters over the last 2 years, there's no evidence that the person has set up USPS mail forwarding. Thus, there is no reasonable expectation that mailing my address will ever be able to reach the addressee. I have clearly communicated this to Chase, but they continue sending these letters. At this point, I consider them to be harassing me and want the letters to stop. I believe I've been receiving a pair of letters approximately every 40 days ever since I took up residence at my current address in XXXX of XXXX. Since I started recording in XX/XX/XXXX, I've received these letters on XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, and XXXX. For the first instances, I marked the unopened envelopes as " not at this address '' and returned them to the USPS. Since they were sent with First Class postage, USPS should have returned these to Chase 's return address in XXXXXXXX XXXX. I have no records of how many I sent back, but extrapolating on other data, it's likely I sent back 16 letters this way. Starting in XXXX of XXXX, I reached out to Chase customer service via XXXX informing them of the situation and requesting the letters stop. In total, I contacted them 4 times on XXXX XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX Two separate times I visited the local Chase branch and handed over one of the unopened letters ( marked with " not at this address '' ), verbally describing the situation and requesting them to get the letters to stop. One of those was XXXX and the other one I'm unable to find my record of. On XX/XX/XXXX, I sent a formal request via Certified Mail, which was confirmed delivered by USPS on XXXX. In this letter, I stated that continuation of the mailings would be considered harassment. After the 60 day grace period, I continue to receive these mailings.

These accounts are from : JPMCB in the amount of {$42000.00} XXXX XXXX XXXX in the amount of {$22000.00} XXXX Bank in the amount of {$8000.00} XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ), the amount does not show on consumer report XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ), the amount does not show on consumer report All XXXX of these accounts show Charged off on my consumer report. According to the Internal Revenue Service ( IRS ), a charged off account on a consumer report, must me filed with the consumers tax return as cancelled debt, with form XXXX. Which I have done. Once the account is charged off by the creditor, it is no longer debt, but filed as gross or ordinary income on the consumers tax return. Therefore, the XXXX aforementioned creditors, are inaccurately and incorrectly reporting these accounts on my consumer report to the consumer reporting agencies. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, a consumer 's consumer report MUST be 100 % accurate. These XXXX accounts on my consumer report are, in deed, inaccurate, and I request them to be deleted from my consumer report, effective immediately.

Consumer Complaint: Hello Roughly two years ago, I applied and received the chase business ink unlimited card. Upon receiving the card, I signed up and enrolled in autopay to the statement balance and to avoid interest and fees. I was fairly hands off with the card as I did not use it for much. Upon reviewing my account today, I noticed several interest related charges and fees because the card was NOT enrolled in autopay. Primarily this is due to a monthly recurring subscription from XXXX for {$1.00}, which later increased to {$3.00} earlier this summer ( in XXXX, or XXXX ). I am hereby disputing the interest and fees that I've accrued on this card as I did enroll in autopay. I do not understand why it did not go through but I should not be penalized. I am requesting that Chase Bank refund my interest and fees that I've accrued on this card as it is unjustified and unwarranted.

Consumer Complaint: Chase sent me a letter dated XX/XX/19 saying they're closing all of my accounts, without giving me a reason, after absolutely no wrong doing on my part. They're telling me I need to close the checking and savings as well as the credit cards but somehow the brokerage accounts are ok? I need an answer as to why they're creating this storm for me. There is nothing at all fraudulent about my life I've been a full time employee of companies my entire career.

Consumer Complaint: I attached a Chase Freedom credit card to my XXXX account to make payments. When I make a payment, I am asked to agree to a 3 % charge before proceeding and I agree to that. When I received my latest credit card statement I saw that for each XXXX payment I made, a {$10.00} fee was charged. ( This month {$60.00} in fees. Next month 's statement I saw online there were {$110.00} in fees ). I did not agree to these fees and was unaware that I would be charged. I called the credit card and customer service told me that I would have to contact XXXX because they made the charge as a cash advance. The agent told me that Federal regulations would not allow him to reverse the fees. I contacted XXXX and was told that I would need to contact the credit card compant regarding the fees as they are who received the fees, not them. I called Chase Freedom again and a customer service agent told me that he could give me {$13.00} toward the fees. I declined as I believe all of the fees should be returned. He said he could not do that. I asked for a superviser and she told me that she " was not allowed to waive the fees ''. Had I known about these exorbitant fees I never would have attached my credit card to my XXXX account. Needless to say, I will no longer use XXXX as a means to pay others.

I didnt even use my card to pay for my duplicate license. I used a credit card!
