Consumer Complaint: Had 7 transactions totaling {$300.00} from XXXX that I did not make or authorize. Contacted JPMorgan Chase Bank to file fraud claims on the transactions. Chase is denying the fraud claims stating they have no authority over XXXX fraud claims, even though I have to go through my Chase app to use XXXX! XXXX claims they have no authority over the transactions and that Chase denied my fraudulent claims. Chase says there were no log in errors before the money was transferred so the transactions were valid. I have just lost {$300.00} and JPMorgan Chase Bank nor XXXX will do anything about it!!!

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I went to a branch of Chase in XXXX to seek application for the Chase Freedom Unlimited Credit Card, with their Cash Back Rewards & Benefits shown on https : //creditcards.chase.com/cash-back-credit-cards/freedom/unlimited. In addition to the normal cashback, they should offer " {$200.00} bonus plus 5 % grocery store offer - up to {$800.00} total cash back '' detailed on their website. I got approved and I waited for the physical card to arrive. Since I had XXXX XXXX, I could immediately use my approved credit card. However, I did purchases at groceries stores like XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX 's, but the cashback did not reflect with the 5 % they promised, but only the regular 1.5 % rate. I went to the branch asking for information about this problem, and they said they would be looking on that. Next week, I went back to the branch with the received physical card, and they answered that they could not honor the 5 % cashback, because they had system issues and asked me to call customer service line. I went back home and called the customer service, and they said that they could actually see the benefit on my card, but I had to wait for the monthly statement to actually see and receive the 5 % cashback on groceries. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received my statement and report on the points I earned, and there was no 5 % cashback on groceries at all. I reached out to customer service again, and they said I didn't have the offer at all, and there was nothing they could do, even though I applied for the credit card during the offer period.

Consumer Complaint: Chase gave us a balance transfer of XXXX on XX/XX/2022. This was supposed to be interest free for 15 months. On our XXXX statement we were charged XXXX for interest on our transaction balance. We paid the transaction balance before the due date. When we called the representative said the Chase charges for the transactions when they occur. So if we charged for example {$10.00} on Monday it would have to be paid on Monday ( the same day ) to avoid paying interest. When we got the balance transfer we were not told about this. Also if this is the policy why didnt the bank charge interest in XXXX and XXXX? Thanks

The ATM shutdown and malfunctioned resulting in eating the {$300.00} i deposited into the machine. I immediately called chase customer support as advised on the machine. They issued me a temporary reimbursement the same day. Today XX/XX/2022 Chase issued a claim reversal and the amount of {$300.00} which was reimbursed, was taken from my account again. I called Chase and they told me my claim was denied as they did not find the {$300.00} in the ATM. I find this impossible as i did insert {$300.00} and was never deposited into my account due to ATM shutting down. There must be video footage in the ATM that can show me inserting the money.

Consumer Complaint: in XXXX my cards were stolen. my Chase atm card and my capitalone cards. i reported my cards being stolen to teh financial institutions. XXXX did they investigation and found that the charges were indeed fraud so they refunded me and mail me new card. i feel like i was victimized twice chase did the same, refunded me but then again took teh money back stating that a pin was used. The individual that stole my card did 4 different transactions at different banking location and different times, one of the transactions was done at XXXX. the transaction that were done on XX/XX/XXXX i was out to dinner for my birthday which i have proof and faxed all the proof i had to Chase so they can see that it was not me that did those transaction. i also obtain a police report so they can review the cameras at the ATm location to show that it was not me. Chase refuse to view the camera and pay me back. {$720.00} withdrawal was done. Chase told me to take this outside of Chase for results. this is why am contacting you. I went to the branch several times sat with a banker, Chase ; s claim dept will not even try to review and reopen my case. the claim number with chase XXXX here are the transaction dates and times ATM time XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX, {$200.00}, {$200.00} XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX {$200.00} XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX please help me to get my hard earning money back. i work at a XXXX and had to work OT to save this money. That my ratio of credit limits is too high ( yet no late payments and I always pay much more than minimum and on time. Also that I had too many accounts ( again, paid on time and paid off! ) And the delinquency is unknown, XXXX has no idea! XXXX has for many years given these false, undated and unknown credit reporting and clean my files and continue to update.
