Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/2022 CHASE Bank XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, DE XXXX To Whom it may Concern : I didn't need or want your credit you coerced me into applying, by offering me a special deal offering to save $ 80+ on my current purchase that felt hard to refuse all the while interrupting my shopping experience, who is going to stop and read policy while they are already busy and the offer only takes 30 seconds to check, but took XXXX points off my credit score, I didn't even realize it was a bank until after I clicked the pop up to see what would come of it. I do not overextend myself on anything and my credit has been cultivated and stable for years and affected by this. I will be putting a blanket complaint to, XXXX, and whoever else I think should see this tricky tactic and sending this letter as well as the ridiculous letter refusing me your unwanted/ unneeded credit to all of them. My purchase was paid in full at the time of purchase. How many other people have you tricked? XXXX XXXX XX/XX/2022 To Whom it May Concern : I feel it's necessary to report these unethical tactics, used by CHASE Bank, I feel I was coerced, and was not actively seeking credit from them or any bank, I am glad they refused me because I am working on my current debt and not on the lookout for more, I am proud of how I have maintained my good credit for the past 6+ years and I think the capitalistic tactics of lenders preying on vulnerable incomed people is outrageous. I hope you take this complaint seriously and try finding ways to protect consumers from this predatory behavior. Thank you, XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: I tried to use my Chase Business Ink credit card on XX/XX/2022 at XXXX XXXX and the card was declined. There is nothing due on my account & the balance is {$1500.00} with total credit line {$10000.00}. I did not receive a text, email, or account alert about why my card was declined. I tried to use the card again on XX/XX/2022 at XXXX XXXX and it was declined again, same thing no alerts sent to me as to why my card was declined. I called Chase Business today XX/XX/2022 was told by the fraud department the purchase was thought to be fraudulent on the XXXX and so they froze my account after the XXXX XXXX attempt to purchase. They told me they do not handle notifications & transferred me to Customer Service department because they thought it was my alerts that were not set up. My email & phone number were already added to the account so no one could figure out what was wrong & why I didn't receive an alert. Customer Service tells me it's the Fraud Department. I get transferred 7 different times between the 2 departments/supervisors. I finally get someone from both sides on the line at the same time and they finally admit they DO NOT have an alert for fraudulent activity. I would have NEVER chosen a credit card & opened up an inquiry on my credit report as a new business for a company that does not have fraudulent alerts sent out!! This is literally INSANE that in 2022, one of the most important notification alerts about potential fraudulent activities are not available from Chase to their customers. The rep from the fraud department said that each time it gets declined, I will need to call Chase.. so as a business owner, they want them to roll the dice and see if a charge will go through based on Chase every single time??? Having nothing to do with the actual account credit limit or past due payments? I need to know what can be done about this as now I have an open account with a company who fails to notify their customers about fraudulent activity.

Consumer Complaint: I disputed a claim from XXXX for the amount of {$42.00} at chase bank. The company only sent 1 of the 2 items in my order and they sent me the wrong size/not to spec item that did not fit my knife. The item is a ball bearing and I am missing one set which I paid for out of the 2 I ordered. I talked to Chase claims in around XX/XX/2022 and opened a case for the incomplete order and wrong/not to spec part. The part they sent me is slightly larger in diameter. I sent in photos and the invoice for my order to prove the item is incorrect and the invoice to show I ordered 2 items. Chase denied my claim, they did not look at the evidence I sent and refused to reopen my claim. They state the seller showed some kind of proof, but I showed them exactly through the picture of the item, that it was completely the wrong size and showed the purchase amount for a set of 2 of the bearings through the invoice. I tried to work with the seller, all I wanted was a refund or the correct item sent to me but they denied me. I also got blocked by the seller and can not access their website to pull up information on the bearing they sent. They probably know that their part does not fit or they sent me the wrong part and do not want to refund or replace the item. Chase did not provide any evidence of the seller being correct, and would not help me at all with my claim. The seller pretty much stole {$42.00} from me and chase let that go. I am trying to get my money back, and shine light to Chase claims departments incompetence and unprofessionalism. They had no right to deny my claim, they did not even look at my evidence I sent in it seems. I am fully in my right to get my money back as the seller denied me refund just after a couple days of receiving the item. It was in their return policy to be able to return the item in an appropriate time, but they flat out denied me.

Consumer Complaint: I have a small flooring/flooring installation business that I run. Recently I took on a new client doing significant remodeling. I received 4 payments from her using her credit card and everything was fine. All payments went through, were entered manually, approved, and accepted and deposited in my account. Then on XX/XX/31 XXXX XXXX I processed two more payments from the client, both were entered manually and both were processed/approved. One was for approximately {$2700.00} and the other {$8300.00}. Neither were deposited to my account. I called Chase bank to find out why. They told me that my account to accept credit cards had been closed and that they were " holding '' my {$11000.00}. They said that I could not get it for at least 60 days, possible longer. I appealed to their " executive office. '' After a week they called me and said that my account has been closed and that the {$11000.00} would be held for 60 days minimum to " cover charge backs. '' They also told me that they would not give me a reason and that they do not have to give me a reason. I need to pay my contractors their wages. 4 different families are depending on these funds. I have done NOTHING wrong. Chase bank has been after many requests completely obstinate. I have NEVER had a charge back. I desperately need MY {$11000.00} returned to me. Please help!
