JP MORGAN CHASE ACCOUNT # XXXX in the Amount of {$3900.00} XXXX. JP MORGAN CHASE ACCOUNT # XXXX in the Amount of {$3700.00} To Whom It May Concern This is about consumer credit transaction entered with JP Morgan Chase Bank dated about XX/XX/XXXX and I extended your organization the credit for the account number XXXX and XXXX. I hereby give your company JP Morgan Chase Bank notice pursuant to 15 USC 1602 ( k ) that your company never provided an adequate notice which clearly and conspicuously mentions the pertinent facts of this transaction. Your company didnt even inform me about the cost of credit and the only evidence of the indebtedness was just a computer generated agreement. According to 15 USC 1602 ( k ), adequate notice means a printed notice to a card holder which sets forth the pertinent facts clearly and conspicuously so that a person against whom it is to operate could reasonably be expected to have noticed it and understood its meaning. Such notice may be given to a cardholder by printing the notice on any credit card, or on each periodic statement of account, issued to the cardholder, or by any other means reasonably assuring the receipt thereof by the cardholder. Since adequate notice was not given as per the above mention section, I could not understand its meaning which is a violation under 15 USC 1602 ( k ). Further, pursuant to 15 USC 1601 ( a ) A consumer must be aware of the cost of transaction. Since I was not aware of the transaction, therefore made an uninformed decision and it is resulted in multiple billing errors, and unfair credit card practices. From your end, I have not benefited from this transaction which is again violation of 15 USC 1602 ( p ). Issue: Managing an account
Subissue: Fee problem
Consumer Complaint: A safe deposit box fee of {$100.00} was charged to my checking account on XX/XX/XXXX. I did not authorize the charge and was previously told in XXXX by a bank officer that there would be no charge for this box since I was grandfathered in as a free safe deposit box rental for more than 20 years. At the time I agreed to rent another larger box for an annual fee of {$130.00} which was charged to my checking account in XX/XX/XXXX. If not for the promised free rental for the smaller box, I would have cancelled and closed it at that time in XXXX. The bank claims a notice was sent in XX/XX/XXXX that the free box would now be subject to an annual charge. I do not recall seeing the notice and would have no reason to even look for one since I was promised the smaller box would remain free. As soon as the charge appeared, I closed the box and requested a credit to my checking account, but the bank refused, even though there was 11 months remaining on the rental. The bank said they did not have the ability to credit back the charge.

Issue: Managing an account
Subissue: Problem using a debit or ATM card
Consumer Complaint: {$13000.00} was deposited to my business account from company called XXXX Chase being my bank and XXXX XXXX being depositor bank. Then the company started withdrawing {$7400.00} XXXX. They tried 4 times but only 3 times went through total of {$22000.00}. The bank account that this happened to I didnt use too often. When the company attempted to take out money the fourth time the negative balance caught my eye and I reported the withdrawal as fraud. When I called XXXX XXXX, the representative told me that in order to get my money back they had to debit {$13000.00} from my account and send it to the recipient and then refunds the XXXX {$7400.00} back to my account. ( This conversation was recorded ) They debit $ XXXX and gave me temporary credit of {$22.00}. The bank ( chase ) opened up a new account for me, but failed to restrict the existing account for farther debits. Couple weeks later.Chase debited my bank account for {$22000.00} again and never returned the credit of {$13000.00}. So basically I am at the loss of {$35000.00} Chase is not doing anything to get my money back. Their excuse is that the XXXX XXXX gave them correct information about my business and bank account. Chase is not even trying to lower my loss to {$22000.00} by crediting $ XXXX back to my account.

Consumer Complaint: I have the Chase Sapphire XXXX card and pay a hefty annual fee for benefits like the travel protection. I have spent 7 months supplying every document XXXX XXXX XXXX ( the 3rd party used by Chase ) requested to prove my travel claim. Every time they told me they had everything they needed, 2 weeks later they would ask for additional documents and sometimes just a different version of an already submitted document. I talked to the examiner and they even admitted that I actually didnt need the additional documentation that was requested because I had already provided it. Clearly, they didnt even review the documentation they requested. This continued on for many months of submitting more documents and having more phone calls. Around the 5 month mark they told me they would approve the claim and several more weeks go by with no update and when I call back they tell me again that I need even more documentation. Every time you call them with an issue, they request more from you and tell you itll take longer. Finally, the claim examiner left a voicemail ( which I kept as proof ) saying that all is good and that they have submitted the claim for payment and that I will receive more information in the mail. Well, more weeks go by and I call again and they tell me once again, my claim needs more information. It is clear that XXXX XXXX XXXX ( owned by XXXX XXXX ) is trying to delay paying out my claim to bully me into giving up and thus allow them to not pay out. It is clear that this falls into Unreasonable Claim Delay.
