Since this is a " Slam Dunk '' mistake on Chase, one has to wonder if they are " skimming/Embezzling/ or outright Fraud as XXXX XXXX did ?

I have tried for several months to resolve the dispute with Chase requesting the original promissory note and XXXX number to prove there hasn't been any forgery or theft, all 1099 's to proof there was a loan, their terms and conditions of full disclosure, the statement of account pursuant to ucc 9-210, validation of alleged debt to prove they are indeed the holder in due course to collect and I wasn't paying the wrong party, their tax identification number to report to the IRS for tax purposes of my payments. Chase consistently ignored all my requests, continuously to NOT report to the consumer reporting agency that I disputed the alleged debt instead reporting it as late when there was indeed a finance charge 15 usc 1605 and gave my personal information to a third party to steal my vehicle without providing all proper notices and requirements and denying me of my right to rescind.

XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX A statement is a document outlining all outstanding unpaid invoices. Unlike invoices, statements are typically sent or made available at certain intervals. Statements are traditionally informal. They're used primarily for informational purposes because a customer may pay an invoice while a statement is in transit. A statement of account is not an invoice. An invoice is a formal document outlining amounts owed, details about the transaction, cost per hour or unit, and more. Invoices also typically outline payment requirements. Chase has been using the USPS to send financial statements of account coercing me to pay an unlawful debt when they were credits on the account from my social security trust account that I am the custodial trustee holder and beneficiary. The initial indorsement of my signature literally paid for the consumer transaction to be funded ( Cf. 12 USC 412 ) and what was occurring is, credit of account, growing interest to which, I am due yield on the investment ( Cf. 26 CFR 1.148-5 ). As a result, statements always come in a positive amount and not in any negative amounts, as federal reserve notes are only promissory notes ( promise to pay ). Chase unlawful took money from me and illegally repossess my vehicle when there was never a bill due and violated their fiduciary duties.

Consumer Complaint: I went to withdraw money my friend deposited into my account on Saturday XX/XX/2022 after the bank said the funds were available. I went to the Chase Bank on XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, NY XXXX because it was a large amount for ATM. The cashier refused to give me my money because it was still " pending '', and stated to wait till XXXX to come to get the funds. I called the bank to ask about what just happened. I was told again the funds are available for withdrawal as long as I come with proof of identification which I did the first time. I went back there on Monday and they still refused to give me my money. I had to start going back and forth with the cashier in front of people which was embarrassing for me. They eventually gave me the money. I tried to talk to the manager about what happened and all she told me was " It's not her workers, it's the bank, they are following what the bank wants ''. I was treated unfairly, they made me feel like a thief for trying to withdraw my money. I hate to go there but I feel like I was being discriminated against.

Chase restricted my account later on and I cld not access my funds. Called the fraud dept, talked to supervisors and explained to them there is no fraud happening in my account. Some supervisors are also hanhing up when ever you ask for more details as to when they will send me my check. They say investigation is happening and it may even take a year. This is really frustrating. I need my funds now for payment of my rent and bills but they refuse to give it to me. Called them at least 8 times already and escalalted calls to supervisor. Spoke to them kindly, nothing happens. Good thing we took most of my money we needed in XXXX and there was an amount left which is {$680.00} which I need for the holidays. I dont think it is fair to be treated as if you are a criminal just because of large deposit from overseas. Please help me in getting my hard earned money in my account. They keep on saying within XXXX to XXXX business days I will receive a check. After 2 weeks nothing happened and called again and they sais its still being investigated. Then I calles again after a wk and someone said theyll close acct in 3 business days so I shld receivey money in 2 wks. Nothing was received. Called them and a supervisor said its still under investigation and there is no timeframe as to when they wld finish. The misinformation and the unfair treatment was too much to bear already. Here is the issue..it was sent to my address with someone elses name on it ( my hisbands/my name combined ) it stated that my score was too low and that is the result.i have checked my credit score and my score is XXXX, not XXXX which is what chase bank stated. i contacted Chase bank by phone and after XXXX hours and XXXX people they stated my ss # is under my husbands name and that they can not do anything about it and said to contact XXXX XXXX. They have since ran an application again and i was denied again after i told them not to run it becuase it was false information. I have also went to the bank and explained the issue with my ss # card for proof that it is my number and they said to contact XXXX XXXX have letters sent to my home with our combined name and denial of card. I just want his name removed from my ss # they said they have no control over that. I am very unhappy and would like this corrected. Consumer Complaint: This Fraudulent and Unauthorized Wire Transfer case perpetrated upon me by allegedly Chase XXXX Department XXXX. This is regarding XXXX of XXXX of my accounts as Chase XXXX XXXX. In the case the business account for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for the Chase Bank XXXX XXXX XXXX initiated when I called back after the line dropped after XXXX minutes of terrifying chaos. | The sequence of events began with a Chase Text XXXX to my wife XXXX indicating a suspicious online purchase had occurred at XXXX. She responded to the Alert indicating " NO this was Not Me '' XXXX seconds later an alleged Chase Bank XXXX XXXX called her with her phone displaying the Chase XXXX XXXX number we confirmed on your website as XXXX. The agent required her to authenticate using her XXXX XXXX as is typical as she did not know her personal account number and she was at the gym. | The agent indicated that they were tracking a party that was logged into our accounts from XXXX GA through some sort of XXXX. XXXX instructed them to hold the line while she patched me in as I handle all of our banking. |As I joined the line I tried everything that seemed reasonable to verify that the XXXX was in fact from Chase XXXX Department XXXX including making them hang-up and call us back to prove the call was coming from Chase. As we reconnected, they stepped up the urgency indicating that the perpetrator had just wired {$13000.00} out of my account XXXX and in the rush, it appeared that my balance was at least {$10000.00} lower than expected. | That other business account which I will cover in a second Secure Email is for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and is referenced in the Chase internal Fraud Case initiated by your agent as XXXX. |The " XXXX '' indicated the {$13000.00} was somehow wired out of my account somehow evading the login user interface but " they had caught it and in order to XXXX and Recover it from the target bank, they need to mimic the transaction. They Created a Wire Recipient ( XXXX of the XXXX total fraudulent recipients in my account ) in instructed me to initiate the wire so they could have the XXXX Department recover it?? Yes sounds very bizzare but this was very intense and methodical each time putting the line on hold to verify with " an internal department '' repeatedly triggering Chase Text Messages with Codes to me. The Codes clearly say We'll NEVER call you to ask for this code '' but the XXXX said I must provide them in order to interrupt the transfers that were in process. | They stepped up the urgency indicating that the same perpetrator had just wired {$20000.00} out of my XXXX XXXX XXXX account ... XXXX " XXXX '' evading the login user interface but " they had caught it '' but in order to Recover it from the target bank, they had to mimic the transaction. They Created another Wire Recipient ( XXXX of the XXXX total new fake recipients in my account ) and instructed me to initiate wire to the new XXXX {$20000.00} so they could track and recover it even though the account balance was now near XXXX. | Then they alerted me perpetrator consolidating all remaining funds into a single account - this same one ... XXXX it turns out and also the subject of this Chase XXXX XXXX XXXX another one of the XXXX Fraudulent Addresses aka Recipients showed up on my screen and they rushed me to try and " head them off '' but registering that wire order for {$10000.00}. |In total, they stole {$43000.00} from me all under the guise of being Chase XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX
