Consumer Complaint: Date of Inquiry : XXXXClaim Number : XXXXCard ending in : XXXXClaim related to Account1 ending in : XXXX Fax number : XXXX Im writing to dispute the chase of {$500.00} from XX/XX/2022. I lost my wallet and all major credit card including CHASE business debit were compromised. Since they dont have 24 hr service I notified CHASE BANK the very next day XX/XX/2022 ( I notified within two business days of discovering the loss or theft ) which means the bank or credit union cant hold me responsible for more than the amount of any unauthorized transactions or {$50.00} After faxing compelling documentation proving without reasonable doubt, I was a victim of credit card fraud, where multiple unauthorized transactions were made on all 3 credit card including Chase. I was never at fault, I never failed to to protect the details of my card, PIN or password in a way that allowed the transaction. I never gave permission or authorize any family member to withdrawal from my chase account, in fact were we all at the movies, when the incident happened. Said proof was sent to Chase. however, Chase bank simply denied my appeal, even though, I never acted fraudulently or because I deliberately failed to protect the details of my card, PIN. All my credit card companies, except for CHAse, have been able to credit back my account, after concluding without a doubt that I was never at fault. I believe they had no careful consideration, no reasonable investigation, instead Chase blindly denied my appeal claiming the following We found that the transaction ( s ) was processed according to the information you provided or was authorized If a reasonable instigation was conducted by Chase. They would have found, the fraudulent transaction doesnt match my purchasing pattern, such as types and amounts of purchases, with the consumers previous purchases. purchases/ withdrawals were not made relative to the my address and typical shopping venues Therefore, Id like to request a proper reasonable instigation, on said dispute said transaction, Im terribly dissatisfied with Chase handling my case. Briefly, Id like for Chase to please correct the error on my account promptly. Sincerely, XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: I keep experiencing the following problem with Chase Bank. The problem has never been resolved and I'm very concerned about Chase 's banking integrity and confidentiality. XXXX, 2022 : Could not automatically access my account via phone XXXX, 2022 ; Could not automatically access my account via phone XXXX, 2022 : Could not automatically access my account via phone XXXX, 2022 : Could not automatically access my account via phone I was unable to access my account via phone with my PIN # ( which I have been using for years ) ; the prompt told me to enter my complete Social Security Number ; which led to a live representative. At first the representatives said there was a system wide problem that didn't allow PIN # 's to access accounts. They told me this numerous times over the months. Then a supervisor told me the problem was unique only to my account, that they would create a case #, correct the problem on my account and contact me to confirm resolution within XXXX hours. I never received any communication, nor has the problem ever been resolved. I'm very concerned that this issue continues ; that I always have to use my complete Social Security Number to access my account ; and I'm concerned that the bank has never informed their clients that this problem exists.

XX/XX/2019 needs updated as it wasnt missed. I was also military XXXX XXXX. I gave them a plethora of information. The phone team read the disclaimers and advised the XX/XX/2019 payment would be skipped as it was not due, but because of their redemptions teams error it is showing I missed a payment still. Please update this on all credit agencies. XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. Please also provide me a letter in writing to both email and conventional mail once corrected I can have for my records. I can not speak on the phone due to a XXXX currently. Please fix this error asap. I should have no missed payments showing from your company.

Consumer Complaint: My name is XXXX ; XXXX XXXX The Agent for principle XXXX XXXX, a federally protected consumer, holder in due course, attorney in fact. It has come to my attention your financial department of JPMorgan Chase & Co, can not disclose to a nonaffiliated third party any of my nonpublic personal information. In addition It has also come to my attention that your financial department does not have the ability to loan its own money or money of its account holders. Notice the existing credit card agreement which am in question of the credit that was allegedly loaned. Please provide evidence of the money that was loaned to me for family and household purposes. I would like to request a audit trail according to XXXX ( Generally Accepted Auditing Standards ) to show proof of this loan. Notice, repayment needs to be made only in equivalent kind. Notice, this be a matter of emergency. Notice, am demanding for the account to be reopened, with the original limit set to {$10000.00} and zeroed out each and every bill cycle upon lack of supportive documentary evidence. Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/22, I purchased XXXX XXXX tickets to a XXXX show for {$3400.00}. To be clear, I am NOT disputing THIS transaction. Almost immediately after the purchase, I received a text message from Chase alerting me to a possible fraudulent charge. I responded and confirmed I made this purchase. Later that same day, I noticed XXXX additional XXXX tickets to a XXXX XXXX in my XXXX account. I did not make this purchase and I did not authorize the use of my credit card to purchase these additional tickets. In addition, I didnt receive a text message from Chase asking me to verify this was a legitimate purchase. My XXXX XXXX XXXX son reluctantly admitted to buying these tickets. I reached out to XXXX and explained to them that I did not purchase these tickets and I would like a refund. The XXXX rep was sympathetic, but told me there was nothing they could do as all sales are final. She told me I could transfer the tickets to friends or family. While this is true, I dont know many people who can absorb the cost of a such a large purchase. Also worth noting, these tickets were purchased for a location over XXXX miles away! ( Ive included the transcript from the conversation as an attachment ). I decided to reach out to Chase because this was an unauthorized, fraudulent charge. I explained the situation to several Chase customer service specialists. I was transferred between the dispute department and the fraud department several times, each telling me that someone in the other department could help me. In the end, I was told I could not dispute the case because there was no problem with the tickets which were purchased. I was told I couldnt file a fraud case because, although my credit card was used without my knowledge or permission, I knew who made the purchase and it was a member of my household, therefore it wasnt fraudulent. I was told that a fraudulent case is a criminal case and Chase doesnt view my XXXX XXXX XXXX son as a criminal. So essentially, anyone who lives in my household can use my credit card without my knowledge or consent and Im subsequently responsible for the charges? At no point during my conversation with Chase, did any representative tell me they were opening a dispute case or give me a case number. So you can imagine my surprise when I receive 2 letters from Chase letting me know We have resolved your dispute ( XXXX ). I explained several times to different customer service specialists, the charge for {$3400.00} was a valid purchase that I myself made. I was only disputing the charge of {$4600.00} for the XXXX XXXX tickets to a XXXX show, which were purchased without my knowledge or consent and by an unauthorized user. Never the less, unbeknownst to me, 2 disputes were opened. Both letters have the same claim ID number ( CLAIM ID XXXX XXXXXXXX ) and are attached below. The first letter states I am disputing the charge for {$3400.00} because I canceled the charge and expected a credit on my account. This is absolutely false. I never told anyone that I wanted to dispute this charge. The second letter states I was disputing the charge for {$4600.00} because I believed the merchant didnt provide the services I purchased. This is absolutely false. I would like someone to listen to the recorded conversation I had with the Chase customer service specialists. Clearly, Chase felt they needed to send something indicating they completed an investigation to appease me. After speaking with Chase, I asked for a copy of my cardmember agreement. Please note page XXXX under CARDMEMBER AGREEMENT, states that this is an agreement between you ( the cardmember ) and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.. I would like to point out that XXXX XXXX is the cardmember, no one else is an authorized user on this account. Also note, page XXXX of the agreement under USING YOUR CARD, states You may use your account to buy goods and services. The agreement doesnt state any member of your household may use your card to buy goods and services. Nowhere in the cardmember agreement does it state I am responsible for charges I have not made.

Consumer Complaint: This money was taken from my Chase account. I submitted a claim XXXX and then after not hearing from Chase I called and sent them a 46pg fax on XXXX They denied that claim and then told me to submit more information. I sent them another 52pg fax on XXXX which they also denied. I had to pay a computer science major to look at my computer around XXXX he found, and I quote (also had to pay for this): "IT ANALYSIS - XXXX XXXX XXXX Phone, Computer & Router Major Breach From my IT standpoint there is no doubt that this was a targeted hack and other than just fixing it there is no real way to trace anything. I would assume that a malicious app was installed on the phone via the XXXX XXXX feature where you can install applications directly to the phone regardless. It did show up on the scan and I was able to secure the phone. They could have gotten, and it looks like they did, access to all of his accounts in a way that it disgusting yet impressive. This was very sophisticated and had a definite sign the said phone was infected with a RAT Trojan by the name of XXXX. I suggest doing a XXXX for it and I think it would clear the air here. Here's a link with info: XXXX XXXX which creates a back-door program that is capable of uploading and downloading files to and from the system. The RAT (Remote Access Trojan) is also capable of logging keystrokes and executing commands on the system. I also was about to find this simply using the RDP software to log in to the router (typically with default settings) then forwarding/DNS settings through a proxy of sorts, but I did not get a screen shot of that as my only option was to default the router. Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX Chase credit card took {$2900.00}. from an autopay that was not set up. I had made a {$600.00}. payment on XXXX and then another {$100.00}. payment on XXXX XXXX. The prior month, Chase did not expect the autopay I had set up because they said payment was not enough to cover monthly fee. Which was completely false. The payment due was {$95.00} and I paid {$100.00}. which they did not accept. This is theft. This is shady and against all good business practice. The balance on my credit card is now {$18.00}. Why leave {$18.00} when they seemed to take the entire balance without permission.
