Consumer Complaint: I have loan with JP MORGAN CHASE & CO. HOME. I have always made my payments on time. For some reason, I realized that there were 30 days late payments on my credit report. I have read enough to understand my rights. The 3 Credit Bureaus are required to verify for themselves, but they failed to neither verify nor update me about these complaints. I believe the company is violating Sections 616 & 617 of the FCRA. I believe theyre unwilfully noncomplying with federal law & this issue is creating a ton of emotional physical stress. Id like this matter resolved ASAP as it is impacting my health & wellbeing. Please update or remove the late payment from this account. Consumer Complaint: I have to drive across town to the only Chase ATM. I've gone there and sometimes that one ATM is out of order. This has happened at least eight times since I switched to Chase a year ago. Sometimes there's a line that is wrapped around the building. I waited in line for over 30 minutes only to get to the ATM and my debit card got stuck inside and I was lucky enough to be able to retrieve it before I left. And I left without depositing or withdrawing money because the ATM was out of order. This is an issue because my local Chase Bank is 35 miles away and I have to call chase to despute fees. It shouldn't be my responsibility to call chase to let them know their machine is down. And there should be a easier way to report it to chase at the ATM or on the app.

I provided Chase with the correspondence I had sent Enterprise dated XX/XX/XXXX, requesting from Enterprise its invoice for any outstanding amount ( s ) due, and since Enterprise was authorized to charge my debit card, out of precaution, I also sent Enterprise correspondence revoking authorization for any future debits. More importantly, I also provided Chase with Enterprises invoice dated XX/XX/XXXX, showing a {$0.00} balance. On XX/XX/XXXX, Chase informed me that they had denied my dispute. On XX/XX/XXXX, I sent Chase a Stop Payment Order and requested the documents Chase relied upon to make the denial pursuant to 12 CFR Ch. X, Pt. 1005 ( Regulation E ), et al. Chases findings that the transaction processed on XX/XX/XXXX, or 51 days after revoking authorization, in the amount of {$650.00} was properly " processed according to the information I provided '' is clear evidence that Chase has failed to properly initiate an investigation in accordance with Regulation E. On XX/XX/XXXX, Chase debited my checking account in the amount of {$650.00}, without providing me with the requested documents pursuant to Regulation E.

Consumer Complaint: In early XXXX, Chase Bank closed four accounts that I had for many years without notifying me. I was humiliated when in line to pay at a store, and was then asked to call my bank. Thats when I found out. It has been almost two months now, and I still have not received the remaining funds from one of the accounts they closed, in the amount of {$950.00}. I have tried over thirty times to contact the bank and escalate the call, to no avail. This is causing me great distress and frustration on a daily basis, and I need the funds. The branch can not help me because corporate is in control of this situation. Nobody at Chase will help me. They mailed out the funds once and they were returned ( so they say ), and were supposed to reissue another check, but have not. They also will not send it with tracking info ( via overnight mail ) as I requested. Seems silly to use regular mail with funds over a certain amount. Note - the account number I provide here is the main business account, as I no longer have access to see the other business account to which this claim is being made. Chase can locate it under the main business account, but it was for the other one. I only memorized the account number of the one provided.

Consumer Complaint: I have been an Amazon customer for many years. In order to get additional points you are required to use their credit card. I had and used Chase CC because that was what was required. I managed to accumulate more than {$1500.00} in points. When I reached {$1000.00} they offered to send the money to me however I didn't want the funds to get used for other purposes and I had something I wanted to purchase when it reached {$2000.00} so I said no. Chase Bank seemed to have endless security breaches. I was getting many " customer fraud department calls. Dept does not exist however I had to get a new card on more than one occasion because of a compromised account. We have 3 other credit cards and while at the time they didn't get used like our Chase account we have never had these problems with other cards. It is a nuisance to change account numbers. We had many charges go directly to the account and it took months to undo the mess every time we had to change accounts. We had another breach last spring ( date? ) and I had had enough and I told them to close the account and send me my reward money.j The agent I spoke with told me I had to get the money from Amazon. If indeed they record their calls, which they say they do, this should be verifiable. I spent MONTHS trying to get through to Amazon reward dept,. I keep getting " system down being worked on, ( not the exact verbiage ). I was sent from one customer service person to another. I do have some correspondence from Amazon where they told me if I didn't get resolution from Chase to call them back. I did and endless agents later was told I had to reopen a Chase account. I did and when the account was established I tried to recover my rewards again and was told I the time had elapsed and I had lost the money Back to Amazon, endless customer service people again only to be told they could not help me. I confess I gave up but I just can't let it go. This is a lot of money to me and I feel I was cheated out of the money. Any help you could give me would be appreciated. Thank you

Consumer Complaint: Someone opened a credit card with Chase Bank in my husbands name, we only found out about it when we went to apply for a car loan and saw we had a balance of {$18000.00} from chase bank. We have never banked with chase and after this never plan too. We contacted the credit agency, and chase bank and got it resolved, the balance wiped from our credit, and chase bank closed the alleged account and have noted it as fraud. Since then we have been getting calls from a so called chase bank saying we owe a balance on our chase credit card of {$18000.00} and they want our social to confirm and make a plan for payments. A total scam and they call me every day XXXX a day. So sick of these scammers. Their phone they call from is XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX please get these credit card scammers and stop them from taking peoples identities.
