Consumer Complaint: I deposited a check of XXXX dollars on XXXX XXXX and it cleared XX/XX/2022 I have power Of Attorney for my uncle who is in prison. I did not know about XXXX party not been accepted at chase bank. I was told to upload the document which the bank did. Then was told it was expired to get new Form which I did with my uncle. Took it to banker he uploaded called customer service which was told it was accepted and will mail check out because they had closed my account. Or to open new account and will be deposited. Which never happened I called customer service again was told forms were not accepted they would need to verify with my uncle I gave them all information to them to call prison to verify. Nobody is trying to help with that I have everyone name times who I spoke to it's going on 2 months. I asked for them to send back check to the maker XXXX XXXX. My XXXX needs his money it's not right and they have no reason to hold the check its XXXX they cleared. I dont know what else to do. I just want them to issue back to the maker of the check. Subsequently we have sought to obtain financing on the property but this has been complicated due to the failure of the sellers ' mortgage servicer ( Chase Bank ) to file a satisfaction of mortgage with the city. Efforts to contact the lienholder XXXX XXXX XXXX, successor to XXXX XXXX Bank ) and Chase have been unsuccessful. Chase will not discuss the matter with me because we are not the persons named on the mortgage note, which is in the name of the sellers of our property. We have copies of the cheque issued to Chase as part of the closing from our title company and other documentation but it is seemingly impossible to get this XXXX lifted from our property.

I understand them taking my money out of my private account to making the account good with the joint. And close both account. On XX/XX/XXXX Spoke with XXXX Chase employees and they advise me on a record line that I would received the remain balance XXXX??? in XXXX to 7 days that was taking out of my private account without my daughter 's name. But as of XX/XX/XXXX I have not received a check, so I called to speak with the same employee and he advised me that my check was sent to my daughter and it was nothing them could do, because they account was close. I ask why did yall give my money to the person that account was in the negative and my account made it good. That don't make sense. He said they are the Bank and they would do whatever they want to. I begin crying and saying can I speak with XXXX please. this cant be right it was my remain balance not my daughter 's. The money was in my private account without her name. So can the bank send me to whoever they want?? please help me understand. I did right and pay a off set on a joint account but cant get my remain balance back. Also this was account was set up when she was in College XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX when do they terminate a college account she is XXXX XXXX now. So the BANKS have no accountable when they do wrong. Why the check was not made out to both of us and if it was she was able to cash that mean fraud happen. HELP someone help me make sense of this.

I had my debit card in my possession and did not authorize anyone to use my account and I didn't lose any phone or tablet but someone used outgoing wire transfer. XX/XX/XXXX {$10000.00} + {$75.00} fee XX/XX/XXXX {$1200.00} + {$25.00} fee So I called to chase fraud center on XX/XX/XXXX and made claim, the claim number is XXXX They said they will call back to me about this problem within 5 days but I did'nt get any response so I spent XXXX week And on XX/XX/XXXX I called again they said the claim is denied. It is said that the same IP was used in Chase. I don't know about that. This is fraud issue!! When I called on XX/XX/XXXX, I don't know if they did a wire recall or what kind of investigation they did. I want to know details of the investigation. ( includes date and time ) And I found traces that someone entered my account and changed my phone number and email. attach it. I visited Chase Bank on XX/XX/XXXX and sent a complaint letter through the bank teller. She said agent would call soon, but there was no call.

Following over 2 months of no communication from this office, in XXXX the attorney informed me they would no longer be able to provide the promised services and my retainer would be refunded. Another month passed and my refund was still not not issued, so I filed a dispute with Chase on XX/XX/XXXX. Chase acknowledged the dispute the next day and requested additional information on XX/XX/XXXX which I promptly provided by XX/XX/XXXX. In the meantime, XXXX XXXX XXXX called and bullied to threaten that if I did not drop the dispute, I would never get my retainer back. I then called Chase 3 times between XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX for updates as I had zero communication regarding my dispute following the XX/XX/XXXX notice. I was told that the dispute would be resolved by XX/XX/XXXX. I called again XX/XX/XXXX as I had still not received any notice of resolution after over 110 days. I was told over the phone that my dispute was denied and that the {$20000.00} will be reapplied to my credit card balance on the XXXX. I was told by one agent that the reason my dispute was denied was because I was issued a refund by the vendor ( which isn't true ) and another agent said that the vendor was able to provide proof of services ( impossible XXXX XXXX XXXX are the ones who ended the engagement before it began b/c XXXX XXXX lacked the necessary legal skill to take the case ). At this point I will be forced to pay chase {$20000.00} for services I never received and they have allowed XXXX XXXX XXXX to bully and steal money.

Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX my son, XXXX years old, was contacted by a person who identified themselves as a Chase bank employee ( where he banks ) and was able to get him to provide them with his banking information, sign in, account numbers, debit card number, social security number. They said there were issues with the account and needed to check XXXX and have him XXXX XXXX, all funds would be returned. He did as they asked and they showed him on his account that the money was returned but right after they would recall the deposit. They also deposited money into his account and had him XXXX it out. On all occasions they would remove their XXXX information. The would transfer money from his savings to his checking and then XXXX it out. They did all this by accessing his account by using the information he provided them. They also picked some charges on his account that were large ( he trains for XXXX at a facility ) XXXX and XXXX and reversed them by filing a fraudulent claim. We filed a fraud claim with Chase bank and they provided a temporary credit of XXXX and sent a text saying they were sending a temporary credit of XXXX dollars, the XXXX was never received in my son 's account and when we called the bank said they are denying the claim because his information was used to access the account. No matter how much I tried to make them understand that he was a victim they kept saying it was him. An actual transaction was done on the last bit of money in my son 's account while I was in the parking lot of the bank. My son was in school and did not have access to his account. Just yesterday ( XX/XX/XXXX ) a debit of XXXX and XXXX was done on my son 's new account making the account overdrawn. I contacted XXXX and they said they took the other credit back and the XXXX was them re reversing the reversal ( I actually already paid that company in cash after it happened ). I asked why were we not notified and they said a letter was sent out, it was days ago and they didn't even allow time for the letter to arrive. I feel the original claim should be filed because this is fraud, they are calling it a scam but they are the same thing, someone depriving someone of their funds.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX2023 my car broke down on the side of the road. I called Chase United 's Premier Customer Service line and was hung up on and they failed to dispatch a tow truck over XXXX! phone calls over XXXX hours, under their advertised benefits for my {$450.00} / year card. In successive calls ( 2-8 that day ) I spoke with a supervisor and was told all they could do was transfer me to unmanned Interactive Voice Response System which required a Policy Number to complete the dispatch request for the tow truck. When Supervisor 2-8 were informed of this and I politely asked them to remain on the line while I completed the call they hung up and never provided a policy number. Finally, I called a tow truck myself and got towed at a cost of {$160.00} which I paid with the same Chase card and submitted via their website on XX/XX/XXXX for credit or reimbursement which they refused. I followed up again today by phone, XX/XX/XXXX23, and was told XXXX ) Chase doesn't handle this, DESPITE PAYING CHASE $ XXXX for this card, XXXX ) They refused to do anything and they keep directing me to ( XXXX ) XXXX that requires the policy number to complete the call despite my Chase card being affiliated with the same phone number. This is UTTERLY UNACCEPTABLE. Chase 's delay cost me 3 days of hotel ( almost {$750.00} in hotel fees ) + Rental Car fees since the car didn't get to the dealership until XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. The issue is NOT that it took XXXX hours for a tow truck to arrive but Chase 's absolute refusal to help fix the problem. On my XX/XX/XXXX call they informed me that " Chase does not have a policy number to share, '' and when I asked " Has anyone out of Chase 's XXXX staff ever tried testing the benefits you advertise to see if you can actually deliver what you advertise for, '' they said " No. '' In short Chase is FRADULENTLY advertising " Premium Benefits, '' to FRAUDENTLY elevate the perceived benefits of a {$450.00} / year XXXX XXXX XXXX and not delivering and worse yet hanging up on XXXX phone calls over XXXX hours. A formal investigation needs to be opened into Chase and they should be forced to pay retribution in the amount of the annual fees for anyone that has tried using this " benefit, '' which they know they are not delivering. Pointing me, and I would assume others, to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( for a tow truck ), XXXX ) XXXX is insane. Chase is the XXXX billing and collecting for this fee and CHASE should be responsible for delivering what they are charging members for.

The TSA letter should be way more than sufficient to prove that my wallet was stolen, I sent the same letter to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and they all kindly did an investigation and the results were that it was indeed fraudulent, they all refunded my money but Chase.
