Consumer Complaint: I have a chase sapphire reserve cards which promises reimbursement on trip delays due to weather of 6 hours or more and rental car accidents. My flight was cancelled due to inclining weather, I called the bank to confirm that the situation would qualify as a trip delay/ cancellation and then I proceeded to use money to book other means of transport. After I filed the claim XXXX which goes to their contracted party, wait times are very long and they keep requesting documents which the airline already reported they can not provide. I already provided the documents explaining the situation as well as airline provided documents explaining the flight was cancelled due to weather but the claims company continues to request very specific set of statements that the airline must say so they can process my claim, i went to online reviews and thousands of other customers had the same problem. How come these claims insurance companies are not held accountable for their responsibility

Consumer Complaint: My problems started when I responded to a house located at XXXX XXXX XXXX, that I am interested in purchasing. It was listed by XXXX XXXX in XXXX, Ohio. He told me to contact XXXX XXXX XXXX - XXXX XXXX XXXX I received an email from her that XXXX XXXX had forwarded my info to her- who in turn recommended that I complete an online application at XXXX, to pre-qualify. I did this late Tuesday night XXXX, XXXX, XXXX.In this application, I was asked about where I bank- I put in Chase Bank ; but no account numbers were included. Immediately, afterwards, I received an email from her that she would be in touch with me to go over my application. On Friday Morning at XXXX XXXX. I started receiving text messages from XXXX, and from XXXX ; and XXXX that there were issues with my Chase Bank Accounts. Someone was trying to gain access and was trying to reset my passwords. I went into the online application to reset my passwords. The very next thing that happened was I started getting messages from XXXX XXXX that there was a {$180.00} transaction at XXXX XXXX XXXX, and wanted to know if it was me. I tried to respond by texting No but I continued to get- transmission failed. I contacted XXXX XXXX Support but they were closed. Their message to me was that there had been several attempts to access the account, and to try back in 24hrs. Please note : This XXXX XXXX is connected to one of the the very bank accounts in question.

Consumer Complaint: We are a small running business with a great market share and reputation. We recently decided to migrate our processing and banking accounts to chase. We have been treated horribly, our deposits goes on his for weeks including XXXX, we are not able to do business, this is causing delays in our best term which is XXXX hours turnaround, our accounts are going in the minus, they decided from the second transaction that is absolutely and perfectly low risk with every supported document that we are deemed high risk. We have been in business for XXXX years with a close to XXXX revenue a year. We are hurting, chase has our money and we need a solution, I am at a place where I call every department every day for help. No hope. They cancelled without a notice payments for jobs while it's delivering putting us at high risk of not getting paid for many reasons I'm uncertain if this bank has any support for small business as they claim to be. I need someone with decision making power to get us out of this financial slavery they put us in.

Consumer Complaint: My checking account in Chase had an unauthorized withdrawal of {$2000.00} on XXXX.It was an over state withdrawal since it occurred in Colorado but I lived in Texas and did not travel there. I called Chase 5-6 times and went to a local branch 5 times since no one from chase followed the fraudulent and provided any guidance what I need to do. Everytime I called in to check the status they will tell you they need a new item. So in order to change account number, submit the forgery packet, driver license copy and police report, I went a local branch 5 times. After 13 days waiting, I finally got my {$2000.00} back. But the worst thing is although I changed account number, on XX/XX/, exactly same thing happened again in my chase account. My account was withdrawn another {$1900.00}. Only difference is this time the withdrawal was in New York. I already filed a claim and reported to police, but I was so disappointed that chase did not do anything to improve the security level of my account since they already know I am a victim of identity theft and it is a cross state withdrawal again. Looks no fraud detection model is running in the branches and the fraudulent detection training to the front desk employees is very lacked.

Consumer Complaint: I had a Chase business complete checking account with Chase that was closed last year by Chase. The account number was XXXX. I need to open a dispute an ACH payment that was made from that account on XX/XX/2022. Chase has not responded to my inquires about this. On XX/XX/2022 an ACH payment of {$35000.00} was sent to XXXX XXXX XXXX to their Chase account number XXXX. The Transaction ID is XXXX. This company turned out to be a fraudulent company and has scammed me out of this and more money and never fulfilled the services at all for the {$35000.00} sent to them. I filed a fraud report with the FTC and they informed me to contact Chase Bank immediately to help recover my money since it was sent through Chase ACH. I have lots of additional documentation of this company scamming me and others out of money and using deceptive and false statements to get me to purchase an Amazon XXXX store that would generate income. They have not done this at all and have made me no money. They have also not responded to 20 plus attempts to communicate and rectify this situation. The FTC said Chase could assist me in recovering this money. I am attaching my FTC report, a screenshot of the ACH transaction, text message from the company showing their account info to deposit the money into and a copy of my statement showing the transaction when I made it. I can provide much further documentation if needed. This company has defrauded large amounts of individuals and the FTC and CA Attorney General are both aware and have stated that Chase could assist me in reversing this transaction.
