Consumer Complaint: Chase-Slate credit card : Transactions : XX/XX/2022 XXXX {$590.00} XX/XX/2022 XXXX {$390.00} XX/XX/2022 XXXX {$390.00} I purchased the service of creating a working website from XXXX within 2 weeks of XX/XX/2022. I was in communication with various people, mostly XXXX, at XXXX frequently. A non-working attempt was presented to me on XX/XX/2022. The entire purpose of this website was to receive hopeful future customers when said customer completed the " contact us '' area and submitted their info to our email. This never could work and I spent multiple calls trying to get this functional. XXXX indicated they had this problem with many clients. However, they couldn't get it to work. I asked for reimbursment to which I was declined. I then disputed all charges with the 2 credit card companies I used. Bank XXXX XXXX VISA immediately reversed charges without difficulty. Chase VISA asked for documentation which I provided. They declined disputes indicating it wasn't a billing error, nothing pertaining to the complete lack of product/service that was purchased. I again disputed and sent in documents again-this time to numerous Chase employees that should be concerned and again this was declined with a final note that any future correspondence regarding this issue will be ignored. I have a complete file of documentation now plus I've sent you by mail a good majority of it. You responded to my email indicating to submit on line. Please refer to ALL the good documentation I sent by mail to back this up. This is not right, I have nothing to show for this {$1300.00} plus interest which I have finally paid because I didn't want interest to grow anymore... Please help this receive justice and what is correct. Please don't allow this company to take advantage of me.

Consumer Complaint: CHASE bank Equity Line of Credit 2nd mortgage ~ I applied for a loan modification a year ago and was only responded to in XXXX XXXX I think. I had no income at all and also was on a forbearance with my first mortgage. This very bad loan was started by Washington Mutual as an interest only loan at 3.125 % in XXXX and then Chase bought out Washington Mutual. The interest rate hadn't changed in a long time and I paid out over XXXX for this XXXX loan over the course of time without any decrease in the principle balance. I explained about extreme financial hardship and was also surprised to find out that they wouldn't even consolidate this loan with the first mortgage even if I could do it. So, I get qualified for a modification with the first trial payments due in XXXX, XXXX and XXXX XXXX for {$210.00} ea. I have a relationship mgr. XXXX XXXX at ext.XXXX which will drop my calls mostly and I've been calling for at least 2 weeks every day and even before that. I told different customer service workers ( and XXXX ) that I was receiving the bills anyway with the high interest payments now at 6.85 % and 8 %? and was told to ignore the bills because I was making the trial payments. Now the modification documents are including 2 high interest payments to the principle balance ( {$1300.00} ) and I think this is dishonest and goes against the fact that I was already engaged in the modification trial payments!! They come back with a lame excuse that I could cancel the modification so therefore they think adding these payments is justified but that's ludicrous!

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2022, I used my Chase XXXX ( Presidential Plus ) to pay for a XXXX taxi ride from a restaurant to an airbnb. In XXXX taxi drivers are required to provide receipts for rides over XXXX. When I returned to XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, I saw a charge on my card for {$1600.00}. I called Chase to dispute the charge. They told me to file the complaint online, which I did. I documented the actual journey of the ride, which was about XXXX minutes. XXXX was the company that processed the charge. They provided me with the name of the business " XXXX and XXXX '' after numerous requests and filing a complaint with the XXXX banking regulator. I have provided Chase with all of this information. I will sign a notarized affidavit stating the facts. I sent multiple updates to Chase, with no response. I called today, and the agent said that without the receipt showing XXXX which I do not have, there is nothing they can do. There is no protection whatsoever. Furthermore, they said, " Don't worry about payment in the meantimethe amount disputed and any interest or fees won't be included in your balance while your dispute remains open. '' There was never any acknowledgment of the dispute and no hold on the amount. I had to pay it. I have had this card for over 20 years.

Consumer Complaint: Hello, I had a credit alert last summer of 2022 that my score had dropped immensely. I logged into XXXX account to see if anything was ontoward. I saw that there is a credit card with JPMCB in my name in the amount of approximately {$67000.00} that was unpaid. The address attached to this card is an apartment address in XXXX XXXX. I live in XXXX XXXX. Prior to that I lived in XXXX XXXX. I have never had another address in Florida or the XXXX. I have never had a credit card with this company either. The card is also opened in a business name with my name. It is similar to me but not the name of my company. I have spoken directly to JPMCB XXXX XXXX to dispute this and also with XXXX XXXX reporting where I keep an eye on things. I had experian remove this address from my file. I have received a letter from JPMCB saying that after months of investigation they have determined that I am responsible for this account and that they determined the address via public records. Also, basing their information on the fact that there were no returned statements and that previously the card had been paid by money order before I am assuming the person stopped paying. WHat doesnt make sense is that I explained to them I have never had an address in XXXX and if that is what is attached to this account, why would that person who opened the account return the statements? It seems also obvious that if that person wanted to make larger or more purchases, wouldn't they would pay something so they could continue to use it? In any case, please can you help me to remove this address from the public records and or advise me how to prove to JPMCB that this is in fact not me. I have no other blemishes on my credit report. Thank you.

I am not under any investigation and they have confused me with someone else, which has happened due to my name being similar to others who have been in financial trouble.
