Consumer Complaint: Because I changed from XXXX XXXX XXXX to XXXX, XXXX claim I own them a disconnect fee which I never knew anything about until I changed to XXXX. However, XXXX kept billing me after the disconnect and I paid the first bill. I feel that XXXX should have return the money for bill me after they had disconnected me. The people that is calling is IC System XXXX. They use to call XXXX a day, however, the called XXXX times today. Thanks for any help.

Consumer Complaint: They continue to deleted and re add debt every few months. It was taken off and now they put back with a new date as if the debt just started today. Consumer Complaint: ic systems contacted my about a debt from XXXX, the dates were long after we had switched, so I asked for the original bill to verify, which lead to them threating me about reporting on my credit. I responded in writing asking for verification, if I owe it I will pay it but the dates do n't make sense. But they have not responded to my letter and reported on my credit. I really do n't know what to do. Its not a lot of money but I am not sure its right. Thanks for you help

Consumer Complaint: On XXXX I was contacted at XXXX I missed the call and called back at XXXX. I was then told that they had an important business matter to discuss with me and they needed me to verify my address. I then told them I would n't give them any of my personal information, they called me and should have that information. They then continued to claim this matter is affect my credit, and if I do n't resolve it there would heavy consequences. This is odd, because I have been building my credit since my bankruptcy and have really been pushing to keep it clean. I then explained that I have no outstanding debts. I then told them I know what your doing ; I will not give any of my information to a thief that is planning on destroying my good name. I then auto rejected their number immediately. I then received XXXX more calls in the following XXXX weeks. I Called and reported this to the local sheriffs office in XXXX Utah on XXXX XXXX 2015. I gave him the number and the spill they told me. He said if anything comes up on my credit to then call him again, and he would give me a case number to fight the charges. I called XXXX XXXX XXXX 2015 at XXXX and told them I know what they are doing, I demanded that they remove my number from their call list. I also told them I reported them to the local sheriffs department and if any charges are placed on my credit by there company IC Systems. I would take action against. He claimed his company is n't fraudulent, and I confirmed that he understood what I said and that the harassing calls would stop he agreed. I then hung up.

Consumer Complaint: I 've already filed a complaint once against IC Systems. Case # XXXX - they removed this from my credit then added it back. I 've contacted both IC Systems and XXXX XXXX XXXX and neither of them have an account for me. I again am asking the IC Systems remove this from my credit. The way I was talked to and harassed with phone calls is not the way to collect any type of debt and I will not be paying them or XXXX XXXX XXXX due to they were very unwilling to help me on their end with an arrangement I could afford. I again will ask this be removed from my credit report. Thank You.

Consumer Complaint: I 've received XXXX calls from people at IC System named XXXX and XXXX, and in both cases, I was asked to verify who I am and my address. But when I asked who was calling and why, they would only tell me that they were with IC Systems and that they were calling about a " business matter. '' When I asked what the " business matter '' was about, they refused to tell me more until I verified my address. They both became increasingly indignant, and contunined to refuse to tell me what kind of company they were calling from and why they were calling. Not once did they mention that they were calling to collect on a debt. In XXXX case, I told the caller that not disclosing what the call was about was illegal, and the caller, XXXX, claimed that it was legal, saying that my information was already public and they just needed to verify it before disclosing why they were calling. It was only after I looked up IC System that I learned they were a debt collection agency.

Consumer Complaint: I was contacted by I.C. Systems Inc around XX/XX/XXXX about a XX/XX/XXXX medical debt. I have not not heard about this debt so I wrote I.C. systems a certified letter requesting additional information and asking them to verify the debt. I have not received any responses, but instead, have received another collection letter threatening to escalate the issue to their attorney for not attempting to pay or resolve the issue, which is a lie. Today, I sent 2 more certified letters, one to their XXXX XXXX and another to their physical address. And, they reported this debt to the credit bureaus incorrectly showing a Date of Delinquency of XX/XX/XXXX
