Consumer Complaint: The company, IC System is trying to collect for a pet health plan that I nop longer want yet they keep renewing. I am not interested, as I explained to XXXX XXXX XXXX in keeping this plan, yet they continue to : '' auto-renew '' it. When they would not stop billing me or harassing me on teh phone, I changed my credit card number to stop teh fraudulent charges yet they continued and have now placed this with a collection agency damaging my credit.

The collection was reported as settled for less than full amount and when I called to get it corrected I was told they had no record of the extra {$40.00}. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was hung up on.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX cancelled my phone and internet service due to my adding XXXX service to my office in XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. It sent a revised final invoice on XXXX/XXXX/XX/XX/XXXX, which seemed to suggest there was a termination fee. I asked XXXX & XXXX for proof of any termination fee, as I did not have such a contract with them ; XXXX XXXX XXXX provided a copy of a XXXX page fax that did not have any termination terms and did not reflect the type of service listed in the bill. Despite having disputed the payment with XXXX XXXX XXXX and getting a resolution, XXXX XXXX XXXX placed the debt with XXXX. XXXX called my office repeatedly, and in XXXX XX/XX/2014, I filed a Notice of Dispute with XXXX XXXX XXXX. My attorney was assured that collection calls would stop while XXXX XXXX XXXX investigated the file, however, XXXX XXXX XXXX never responded to the notice with documents showing that I had any obligation to pay the {$1400.00} bill. Instead, XXXX XXXX XXXX transferred the alleged debt to IC System, which continues to call to collect a nonexistent debt. Litigation was filed with XXXX in XXXX of XX/XX/XXXX however IC System continues to phone at my office, where I am a XXXX, interrupting patient care. I have informed IC System that they are not allowed to call at my office, however, XXXX XXXX of IC System says that she will continue to call.

Consumer Complaint: I received a credit alert that a collection agency known as IC System stated I owed them a debt of {$610.00}. I was not aware I owed a debt to anyone. I contacted them immediately. The debt belonged to a power company I had n't used in several years. IC System said if I paid off the debt immediately it would be removed from my credit report and not further reported to the credit bureaus. They promised me this debt would be deleted. I paid it off immediately. IC System still reported it to the credit bureaus. I called IC System and they verified the debt was paid, but still they did not properly report this to the credit bureaus for removal. It has been several weeks since I paid this debt in full and the derogatory remark remains on all of my credit reports.

Consumer Complaint: I was unaware of our debt to XXXX via IC systems, as my payments were supposed to be auto deducted, and I never received anything in the mail saying i owed them anything, or that it was being sent to collection. They repeatedly called my cell number, but no one would be on the other end when I answered ( only found out it was banfield by looking it up ), then they stopped calling. I have recently learned they have been calling my parents ' home- sometimes asking for me, other times just silent. My husband called IC systems requesting they stop calling my parents ' number and call his, but they have not done either. I have been at my parents home when they call ( everyday ), and when i pick up the phone to ask why they are still calling this number, no one responds. My husband gave them his number of XXXX, but they have not once called. Please have them stop calling my parents!!
