Consumer Complaint: In XXXX 2017 , I C Systems be gan reporting a XXXX debt of {$370.00} to my credit. As seeing it on my report was the first I 'd ever heard of the debt, I attempted to dispute it. But to no avail. I have not received a response from I C Systems, or documentation that the collection is, in fact, mine. XXXX Having never received a collection notice, I was not given the chance to dispute the debt before it was reported to my credit. And from what I see on the reports, they did n't even wait the 30 day period before reporting it, since they got it in XXXX and were reporting it by XXXX . Which makes me believe a letter was never sent, they just reported without even trying. Is that even allowed? Are n't consumers supposed to have a chance to dispute or pay a debt before it ruins their credit?

Consumer Complaint: Complaint # XXXX was filed against IC System and I received a very vanilla response to my concerns about them trying to collect an unverified debt. I have no idea what this debt concerns. I spoke with this company and they came to the conclusion that the address is incorrect where any so called notices were sent. CFPB you have my correct address so please ask them to verify it. I also requested them to send me any information used to verify this debt and what methods they used to verify it. Nothing was provided to me. I never used XXXX 's services and never will. I now have a paper trail and will definitely contact a lawyer and sue I C System, they are used to it by now.

Consumer Complaint: I contacted I C Systems last month via letter sent on XX/XX/XXXX, which they signed for on XX/XX/XXXX. I have proof of my communication with them and they have not responded within the 30 day mark. I requested viable evidence of the account they claim I owe. They are reporting negatively on my credit reports without proving the account is in fact mine, which it is not. I have attached my proof of communication with them.
