Consumer Complaint: In reviewing my credit report I noticed an account in collections with IC Systems ( XXXX ) from services provided by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, years ago. I closed the account with XXXX XXXX XXXX which had been on 'autopay ' every month through a credit card. I returned all the equipment via mail to XXXX XXXX XXXX as directed. The amount in collections is an even {$200.00}. Reasons to believe this is not accurate & have it removed from all credit reporting to XXXX and XXXX : - If I was on autopay, how could this ever have had a balance to go unpaid - The even dollar amount is suspicious as these types of services are never an even amount - XXXX XXXX XXXX wo n't speak with me because the account is closed - XXXX XXXX XXXX continues to seek my business, why is this if I was a delinquent customer? - This does n't appear on my XXXX report. With the reasons above, please have this removed immediately.

Consumer Complaint: This stems from an alleged amount still owed to XXXX XXXX XXXX, that went into collections. XXXX XXXX XXXX had been contacted numerous times with regards to this problem of a balance that is NOT owed. XXXX XXXX XXXX repeatedly transferred me from one department to another. One would tell me it was paid, and another would tell me they had no record of it but that it must owed because it went collections. XXXX XXXX XXXX would provide not me with documentation justifying the amount allegedly owed. For the last 4+ years I have been trying to get this resolved to no avail. when I changed telephone service providers XXXX XXXX XXXX would not release the phone numbers unless the balance was paid, so needless to say any outstanding balance was paid.

Consumer Complaint: On or about XX/XX/XXXX/XX/XX/XXXX we canceled our account with XXXX XXXX XXXX. I had signed a Monthly Service Plan that had a monthly term agreement and per page XXXX of our agreement stated : " no early termination fees are due if the agreement is terminated for services purchased on a month-to-month term. '' In XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter dated XX/XX/XXXX that our services were disconnected with a final balance of {$96.00} which may include equipment charges. When I called to let XXXX know I purchased all the equipment, they stated that the balance was for a termination fee. I stated that I did not have a termination fee on my contract and the representative let me know that the charges would be taken off. In XX/XX/XXXX, I received a letter dated XX/XX/XXXX, that stated we owed a balance of {$96.00} and that our account would be turned over to a third-party collection agency if we did not take immediate action. I called the XXXX XXXX Collection Department on XX/XX/XXXX and spoke for 25 minutes a representative named XXXX who stated that I owed the amount for an " early termination fee for canceling before XX/XX/XXXX. If had canceled after that month I would not have paid the fee. '' I let her know that I had a contract that stated that I would not have to pay the fee. She agreed to send me their electronic copy of the contract and that I could call back the following day. On XX/XX/XXXX at about XXXX I had multiple conversations with the collections and billing departments. Although I had a copy of the agreement that was sent by the previous representative on XX/XX/XXXX that stated I did not have to pay a fee, the billing supervisor ( ( I believe the name was XXXX ) stated that " it does n't matter what the contract says, you must pay a termination fee. '' When I asked if he had a copy of the contract to look at, he said no and that they were not given access to see it. When I asked him if I could send the contract to him as it was sent to me by the XXXX representative, he said there was no place to send it and restated " it does n't matter if you have one or who sent it from XXXX, I am required to collect the amount. '' After about an hour our phone line was disconnected. I believe it was on XX/XX/XXXX, that I called again and was routed to a phone number for the legal department. The number was not working, so I called again and after numerous calls again with billing and collections, I was routed to the Loyalty Department. After a conversation with the representative ( a woman ), she stated that she would be able to waive the termination fee within 3-5 business days. She also stated that " we do n't have to let billing know '' and gave me a ticket for reference # XXXX In XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter from IC System ( debt collector ) XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, MN for the collection of {$96.00}. I described the situation to the collector representative and they stated that I could pay off an amount of {$67.00}. I refused the payoff amount as this should not have gone to a collection based on the contract I signed with XXXX as well as the final resolution of XXXX Loyalty department. The representative stated she did not have a contact at XXXX to verify and that I could send the details to the collection agency. I sent a description of the events, along with a copy of the contract in XX/XX/XXXX. My XXXX credit alert monitor has not notified me that my account has now been picked up by yet another collection agency. XXXX XXXX XXXX Address XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, FL XXXX At this point, it appears that I will have to discuss the situation again, and likely have the account continuing to bounce from one agency to another until I yield on a bill I should never had been charged for or hopefully have the CFPB step in to help.

Consumer Complaint: I recently met with my Realtor regarding my purchasing a new home. After pulling my credit report. I was informed of a collection from IC Systems. I saw this previously and disputed. This collections with XXXX. To no avail, as always XXXX sided with the Credit collection agency. Without receiving any proof of validity. So I went looking for any paperwork. I never signed an agreement or authorization with XXXX, or IC Systems.I also, did not sign an agreement of recurring monthly payments with XXXX or IC Systems. I was asked if I 'd be interested in signing up for Optimum Wellness Plan. That was it.I was charged for a Wellness Plan.I was charged for my 1st month payment.I was never given or received a copy of a signed agreement, nor was I informed that I ' d be charged a monthly recurring fee. I wouldnt have agreed to that. Seeing as I never utilized the Wellness Plan.I received the attached document that I was given. No signature b/w myself or XXXX or IC System.

Consumer Complaint: I moved my home and transferred my service for XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX internet services in XXXX of XXXX. I had ongoing billing problems with XXXX XXXX for the next 8 months. I spent no less than XXXX HOURS of my time on the phone and online trying to get them to remove their billing mistakes on the old accounts. I was told that I had paid in full and thought my accounts were correct. I am still a current customer. I have had continuous service with both companies. Recently the company sent me to a collection agency in the amount of {$710.00} without making any attempt to notify me first. I have disputed these incorrect charges with all three major credit reporting agencies. I refuse to spend more time contacting XXXX XXXX billing department. They were able to keep turning off my XXXX XXXX services ( 4 times ) during these 8 months. I demand that they remove the collection attempt from my credit file.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX. I received a debt collector letter how much I had to pay. I responded on XX/XX/XXXX. I requested for a validation and still waiting for respond. XX/XX/XXXX I found out it was reported on my credit report. The letter states that I have 30 days if I do n't respond they will report to the credit bureaus. IC System has violated the US Code Title15, Chapter41, SubchaterV- debt collection practices. They reported early to my credit bureaus at the XX/XX/XXXX day. Unfair and false statements. I contacted the credit bureau and sent in the docs and was removed. They do not have the right to do that. I looked in to the company and they really have bad ratings. This company should be fined for improper activity.
