Consumer Complaint: To whom this may concern my name is XXXX XXXX I received a copy of my credit report and after reviewing it there is one account reporting on my credit files that I had no Knowledge of. The first account is XXXX I did not authorize them to open this account. I have been in contact with the credit bureaus, i have sent over several certified letters over to your companies. I have record of the phone calls, certified mail sent to your companies and i am sick and tired. I am in XXXX and i am leaning towards taking legal actions against your companies within 72 hours of you receiving this message. If you feel that this is an error on my part please kindly take the time out to show me the process on how you verify an item and what steps you take to prove that a debt is owed. Your company has violated my rights on several occasions and have broken several laws in The FCRA sections 609, 611, 604, and several other laws in the FCRA. My consent was violated in this process because i was not contacted by anyone that i owed a debt or an account being placed on my account. I therefore know that this is a violation of my rights and i will take legal actions towards your companies.

Through a BBB complaint I requested debt verification and they sent me an identity theft packet. No debt verification. I have been in contact with XXXX who has no idea what I 'm talking about. Today I received another letter from them regarding and XXXX XXXX XXXX Account I also never had I called XXXX XXXX XXXX and I 'm not in there system as well. I want this company to leave Me alone also they placed information on my credit report for XXXX and I never received anything stating they were going to do that which is in violation of the law. I 'm not doing anything with these ghost accounts until it is proven they are mine in which they are not until it can be proven otherwise which it will not be.

Consumer Complaint: Credit was submitted to my score damaging it, I have never had an account with XXXX or XXXX, I called the collector last week and they irresponsibly could not identify the information, the user who stole my identity does not have SSN in their records. But they erroneously assigned the debt to my account, without having correct information. My identity is being used by mistake affecting my amazing score.

Consumer Complaint: To whom it may concern I have been having grief with the same companies over and over. I have disputed these debts on numerous occasions and yes they are removed but they are later reinserted, sold to another debt collection agency, with no update on my credit report or proof that I am the owner of these debts from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. They are damaging my credit and reputation substantially without any proof of original contract or signatures from me. The disputes are not even showing on my credit reports and I am aware that my reports should reflect that information. Nor have I received updates from my disputes or original time frame or contract from debt instead after the disputes these accounts are re-aging and that is completely illegal. Also following disputes it seems to me that they are reselling the accounts to someone else after showing removed and then opening again. In addition each time these inquiries are placed back on my credit report I have never received a 5 day reinsertion letter and if there is proof of such letter, please also send to my address. IF not this is yet another violation of thre FCRA section 611 ( a ) ( 5 ) ( B ) ( ii ), which states you are required to notify me in writing. I am asking for the last time for this agency furnish original contracts and proof and initial contract dates for all collection accounts they are claiming belongs to me. I will take further legal actions if these accounts are not removed. I have exhausted all my efforts with this company and the games they are playing or illegal. Please review all 3 credit reports to see the removals, re-insertions, and re-aging that is continually happening. I am really doing all I can to get my credit at a good standing but this is really impacting my credit. I was at XXXX and have received dramatic decreases.

Consumer Complaint: Please assist, this has really been a problem that has been out of hand and I have also went through you in XX/XX/XXXX complaint # XXXX to get some resolve from this account and have been very unsuccessful. Where do I turn when I have tried all that I can and no resolve. My rights have been violated extremely with no updates, dispute responses account from XXXX just constantly keeps being re-aged and resold to several debt collectors and no updates have been placed on my account from XXXX or credit bureaus advising of my disputes or resolutions. No documentation what so ever has been furnished with signed contracts or dates from me to XXXX. Now, the debt that isnt mine has been sold to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and this game should not be allowed from them. I am contacting the BBB and citing several FCRA violations on my behalf. 30 days have passed 30 times and the previous inquiry I sent through you all is still showing OPEN, how can this be so? How can these harmful impacts on omy credit not matter to anyone. Why is n't anyone forcing them to furnish information and or remove for good and never place back on my report ever again. I am hoping you can assist me in making this final goodwill gesture to allow correction of erroneous reporting, and I am maintaining a careful record of my communications with them for the purpose of filing a complaint with the Attorney Generals office, should their non-compliance continue. Consumer Complaint: The company that has been attempting to collect a debt of {$98.00} from me is called IC System. Their website is www.icsystem.com and they are attempting to collect this debt as an agent for XXXX, the phone company. The debt is under a different name than mine, I have never had a XXXX account, and I 've told them this several times. They even reported it to the credit bureau and it was added to my credit report. I contacted the credit bureau and they removed the debt from my credit report as it is not under my name. Somehow they have it tied to my social security number and are again contacting me via phone and mail threatening to report it to the credit bureau again. I just called the company and spoke to XXXX XXXX ( supervised by XXXX XXXX ) who told me that they would continue to report it to the credit bureau and would not remove my social security number from the debt. He recommended that I keep disputing it every time they report it to the credit bureau and said that was my only option of recourse. That simply can not be true. Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
