Consumer Complaint: I have collection account that are still showing on my XXXX report that have been deleted from other reporting bureaus. These accounts were deleted by using a third party agency and XXXX has yet to delete account from my credit reports. The 4 accounts could not be verified or validated. I would like XXXX to do as the other bureaus have and update my Credit report to reflect NO collection accounts. One account ( IC systems in the amount of XXXX ) on consumer report exceeded the 30 day to validate debt by accordance to FRCA requirements and is in violation but has failed to delete account. I am also submitting a complaint to the XXXX against XXXX and IC Systems for violation of FCRA.

I specifically asked for a signed agreement and other supporting documentation. I verified their receipt of said letter using the USPS tracking feature. They have failed to respond to my request in any way, therefore, they have not proved that I am obligated to pay them anything. They have reported delinquent and negative information to all of the credit bureaus and I asked that it be deleted.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I received an alert from XXXX XXXX stating that there was a collection on my credit report from XXXX XXXX with the original creditor being XXXX and an amount of {$320.00}. I immediately contacted XXXX XXXX to let them know that I did not open this account and that it was a result of identity theft. I was given a phone number and account number and was told that this number was ported out to XXXX XXXX. I was told that if I wanted this account cleared up that I will have to file a police report and identity theft affidavit and send it to XXXX. The police report was filed on XX/XX/XXXX with the XXXX police dept and XXXX Mississippi however I have not been able to get a copy of the report because I no longer live there the reason that I filed it with them is because I was told by the representatives at XXXX that one of the accounts was opened up in XXXX Mississippi and that they had no knowledge of where the XXXX account was opened at power XXXX XXXX. I have not been able to get in touch with anybody at the XXXX fraud department. Whenever I call their number all I get is an automated machine and there 's no option to connect with the live representative. however it had a billing address in XXXX, IA. At this point I 'm not sure exactly where the XXXX account was opened that I just know that I have no knowledge of it and I never authorized anyone to open this account and my name and the police have been notified. When I contact the XXXX to let them know that I did not authorize the number poor they stated to me that there was an account open there in my name also but the representatives they 're closed it and stated I have no liability for that account because it was a fraudulent account. However I have not been able to come with a resolution with XXXX XXXX or XXXX I have sent them letters asking for validation of debt or to see a to see a contract that was signed with my signature on it and they could not provide me with that they also stated to me that they could not do anything about the fraudulent account that I would have to go through XXXX to get it cleared up even though XXXX is not the one that 's reporting on my credit report it is XXXX XXXX. I 'm requesting that this fraudulent account be removed from my credit report immediately

The creditor responded back in a timely manner with a statement saying they verified the debt and its 's mines. Defiently not true. I then wrote back and ask them how did they verify this debt and please provide me with an original contract of some sort with my signature on it which should have my correct spelling of my name. All paperwork that has been forwarded to me also the credit bureaus has misspelling of my name also.

Consumer Complaint: IC Systems is reporting 4 collections on my credit and they will not tell me what they are for. All my collection are paid or taken care of through the hospital/insurance. I do not know what the debts they are reporting are for and when I call them they tell me to call XXXX. When I call XXXX they tell me they have no debts matching those amounts and they are unaware of them. I do n't think it is fair that they can report whatever they want and not prove that the debt is valid. I am contacting my attorney and I am also filing complaints against them with the attorney general.
