Consumer Complaint: Per the FCRA, I XXXX XXXX as a federally protected consumer, I am now opting out of any and all authorization I the consumer may have given you written, unwritten, verbal and nonverbal per 15 USC 6802 to report my information to a third party, effective immediately and indefinitely. Please update account to PAID AS AGREED. I understand that the debt has been charged off/certificate of indebtedness and can not be reported to my credit report. I am requesting compensation {$1000.00} for every violation. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act 15 USC 1681 section 602 a states ( Permissible purposes of consumer reports, you can not report transaction history ). " There is a need to insure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and a respect for the consumers right to privacy. '' Equifax, XXXX and XXXX etc. are consumer reporting agencies and I am the Consumer. I have the right to make sure my private information isn't shared which is backed by 15 USC 6801 which states, " It is the policy of the Congress that each financial institution has an affirmative and continuing obligation to respect the privacy of its customers and to protect the security and confidentiality of that customer nonpublic personal information. '' Also 12 CFR 1016.7 states that A consumer may exercise the right to opt out at any time. '' I am opting out of the reporting services listed above as well as your company. Privacy Act of 1974 the Privacy Act of 1974, a law that protects the privacy of individuals by regulating the collection, maintenance, use, and disclosure of their records by Federal agencies. 15 U.S. Code 1681n - Civil liability for willful noncompliance for obtaining a consumer report under false pretenses or knowingly without a permissible purpose, actual damages sustained by the consumer as a result of the failure or {$1000.00}, whichever is greater. 313.1 Purpose and scope. ( a ) Purpose. This part governs the treatment of nonpublic personal information about consumers by the financial institutions listed in paragraph ( b ) of this section. This part : ( 1 ) Requires a financial institution in specified circumstances to provide notice to customers about its privacy policies and practices ; ( 3 ) Provides a method for consumers to prevent a financial institution from disclosing that information to most nonaffiliated third parties by opting out of that disclosure, subject to the exceptions in 313.13, 313.14, and 313.15. 433.2 Preservation of consumers ' claims and defenses, unfair or deceptive acts or practices. Consumer Complaint: Despite my previous 4 written requests, the unverified items listed still remain on my credit report in violation of Federal Law. They stated in their responses to my 4 dispute letters that they have verified that the items listed are accurate but you failed to send me copies of the documents that they used to verify these accounts as per my request. The fact that they have ignored my request to send me copies of the documents that they used to verify the disputed accounts is evidence that they can not and did not verify any of the disputed accounts like they said they did. Their failure to delete the disputed accounts that they can not verify after two written requests is also evidence of their willful disregard of Federal Law.

Consumer Complaint: I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to address a concern regarding the information on my credit report. After a recent review of my credit history, I have observed some inaccuracies that I believe require immediate attention and correction. Upon careful examination, I have identified late payments listed on my credit report that are not accurate. I understand the importance of maintaining an accurate credit history, and I am committed to ensuring that the information on my report reflects my financial behaviour accurately. I kindly request your assistance in investigating and, if necessary, removing or correcting the following late payments from my credit report : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX - Those payments were made on time. I am requesting that the late payment markings be updated to reflect my accurate payment history. If there is any confusion, I suggest you contact myself or XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX customer service representative. XXXX and XXXX have already removed this account from their records. There was an error present & they were able to find it. I'm confused about how you've verified it while the other bureaus have removed it. Please delete this from my file.
