Consumer Complaint: I contacted the Collection agency to question the validity of the alleged debt however, upon providing my personal information the agent on the phone stated that I had provided a different social security number, I asked the agent what number they had on file she responded that she's unable to provide the number because although it has my name and addresses the social was incorrect. I asked why they continued reporting to all XXXX credit bureaus. I want this removed from my credit files for inaccuracy, not my Social Security Number. Midland Credit Management

Consumer Complaint: Midland credit company called me from XXXX XX/XX/XXXX I ignored the call and couldn't find anything online about the number Midland called again the following Monday I called back they asked for XXXX an individual who has been asked for repeatedly on my number for the last 10 years so I told them I am not XXXX. Midland then proceeded to continue calling me every day after that I even attempted to blocked their number only to then be called by XXXX and XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX. I reiterated that I am not XXXX again Saturday XX/XX/XXXX. I can understand accidently calling me when many others have made the same mistake till they where informed otherwise but continuing to make the mistake speaks to a failed noting system for their company.

Its copies of court papers from XXXX, XXXX that states that Im being sued but I was never aware of this. I have never received proper paperwork prior to this, nothing for me to dispute anything in writing, no paperwork for me to respond or settle any debt. Just copies now. Please cease and desist all communication for harrassmemt. My family is now being harassed. Im in the middle of paying off my bankruptcy to file. Im being sued with out any knowledge. Continue to send and tape letters on my familys homes. Im sickened, embarrassed and stressed. This is the only debt collector that has done this to me.

Therefore insufficient information was provided and there is not enough evidence to prove debt validation. Midland Credit was not able to provide proper debt validation to establish a right to collect this alleged debt.
